I work for a local company that genetic testing that allows patients to better identify which antidepressants work best for the body.  I got the test for free as an employee and was thrilled to see why I was always experiencing so many side effects and lack of therapeutic response from my medications.  It was because >75% of them do not get broken down well by my liver.  Anyway, I brought my test results to Dr. Yadwakar and she wouldn't even look at them.  I told her I wanted to change to Pristiq (one that is genetically effective for me) and she kept trying to push Effexor on me.  I told her to please look at my test results and that it was in my "not effective, high side effects" category.  Again, she wouldn't look at it.  She eventually gave me the medication I asked for but told me that I shouldn't have high hopes for medications as most depressed people "are always sad regardless of medication". She had terrible bedside manner and would not listen to her educated, knowledgeable patient.  I will not be returning.

We go to Dr. Tracie Bolden for primary care. She's part of Fairfield Road Physicians. I've been with that practice for maybe 25 years. She took over for my physician, Dr. Park who took another position up the hospital. I knew her beforehand. I would use them again.

She performed or prescribed all the test necessary on an annual physical.  She is very caring and compassionate.  I am
really impressed with her office staff, too. Sometimes Dr. Jeanne is the one to call you with results, not her staff.

I have only been to this place once, but my first impression is a very positive one.  The staff was very helpful in making sure I had filled out the paperwork correctly and letting me know everything that needed to be done prior to the appointment.   The nurse (Toni) was one of the most friendly people I have ever met, and that helped greatly to calm my nerves.  Dr. Faber is by far the best General Medicine/Internal Medicine doctor I have been to in my entire life.  He knew just about everything about my thyroid condition and wanted to get an immediate idea of how it was affecting my body.  I had lab work done right after the appointment, and the lab tech was very friendly and seemed to know what she was doing (I have had a few bad experiences with drawing blood).  Overall, I had a great experience and am actually looking forward to going back in a couple weeks.

Dr. Adib is very thorough and was again. Both my spouse and I have been her patients for over 10 years. She reviews everything. Our current medical situation and ongoing health issues we have developed as we have aged. I have recommended her to others and continue to do so.

Finally, after my relative did manage to get her appt. moved up one day (she was reduced to tears at that point), she seemed to have been fitted into the doctor's lunch hour. The doctor scarcely looked up from her monitor, asked an insufficient number of questions to obtain the history (leaving out some essential points that I was trying to get across on behalf of my relative), and was insistent on scheduling a colonoscopy even though we timidly suggested it might be done AFTER stool lab results were in. When the patient could no longer suppress the urge to have an explosive loose stool, I had a heck of a time getting a and quot;hatand quot; to catch it. They wanted her to go home, collect the stools, then bring them in, not sensitive to the distance and inconvenience this would cause. After I collected the stool, the lab tech. said she was not allowed to divide it up into the 4 little specimen bottles the doctor finally ordered. So I got a pair of gloves, a plastic spoon, and did the work for her.
As predicted, c Diff was discovered, so the nurse called and cancelled the patient's colonoscopy. Unfortunately she had already begun the first part of the prep, the laxatives, which added a great deal of misery to her already weakened system. WHY DIDN'T THE GASTROENTEROLOGIST FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE ANYONE WOULD RECOGNIZE AS LOGICAL, and wait for test results first? And she gave absolutely no follow up instructions as to what to do at the end of the 14 day's worth of Flagyl that she ordered over the phone.
It is common knowledge that colonoscopies are rarely indicated in that patient age group, and then only when advanced cancer or a blockage is suspected. I hope my relative does not go back to this doctor, and I will certainly never recommend her to anyone else.
A nurse, named Peggy Sue, saw our confusion, frustration, and distress, and then tried to be helpful. However, more than a week later, when my relative tried to call to get further advice and to see if a f/u appointment was needed, no one would return her calls.

The visits have been great. I've had early morning appointments and barely waited to get in so far. The desk staff is helpful and quick. Dr. Dange went over my entire medical history, gave me advice, and really helped me out.
The nurse I dealt with drew blood, gave me additional advice and made me feel much better about the news I'd been given. Overall, a great experience.

The receptionist was very friendly when scheduling my appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly. Dr. Boyd's nurse was very friendly and answered my questions. Dr. Boyd arrived close to on time. The exam seemed a little rushed but she answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I have called in to have prescriptions refilled. The nurse is always timely in completing my request and very friendly when she calls me back.

    Zapf, Dr. David M.
Although he is my primary doctor, he is the best as he helped me with my diabetes.  He studied at Cleveland and should be a specialist, but doesn't charge specialist's prices.  When I was in the hospital, he always hung around and showed up at my bedside.

    Leithold, Dr. Joseph S.
My son had a routine physical with the doctor and thought everything had gone well. I visited him once but did not return.  because I thought he was a bit rough with his treatment of my infected finger. Anyway, out of the blue, about a week after the appointment, we receive a letter stating that the patient/physician relationship was irreparable severed. Huh? Repeated phone calls to the office were never returned. Very unprofessional! He can treat who he wants, but at least let a patient know why they were dropped!
