    Collins Waterproofing & More LLC
Couldn't find where the water was coming from in my basement. Called Collins waterproofing, found the entire problem was caused by my needing a sump pump installed. They had the sump pump next day installed it and everything went well. No more water leaking in the basement. Couldn't ask for faster service at such a reasonable price.

They helped us out this summer when we found out we had a couple Interior foundation cracks. They were very professional and so friendly! The pricing was the best that we found and only cost us $400 per crack. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Very happy! Frank came out and was very professional. Called to say he was running late and then showed up when he said he would. Told us that is was a job that we could do ourselves and told us how to do it.

Tony showed up on time, but after that, the scheduled service appointment went quickly downhill. When my husband asked Tony to remove his work boots since we just had new carpet installed, he refused. He then proceeded to walk off the job, claiming that he doesn't remove his shoes for anyone. His lack of professionalism and his gruff demeanor were shocking. A construction manager who had referred him couldn't even persuade him to apologize. Do not let this jerk in your house, with or without shoes!

So impressed at how friendly Michael was, courtesy reminder call the night before the appointment, his promptness and the fact that he was honest about the work needed to be done when he could have overwhelmed us with technical terms and a hefty quote to make us think they needed to do the work. While they didn't actually do any foundation repair work, they were very helpful in helping us solve our leak issue and we would recommend them for fair and honest work.

    Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing & Drainage
Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing came out and removed all the soil away from the foundation, laid tile below the footers, waterproofed the walls and put a plastic seal. They also connected all the downspouts to the tiles and put in a battery-backup sump pump. The men on the job worked hard and the job was finished quickly. Over the weekend with over 1 1/2 inches of rain the basement stayed dry. Good job.

Dug a trench around the basement perimeter directing water to a sump pump they installed.  Removed the trench dirt from the basement bucket by bucket and hauled it off in a truck.
They placed plastic on the tiled floor to protect it.  Ensured everything was covered and sealed all the down to the floor with plastic to protect from the dust of the jack hammer.
Repaired any wall cracks, sealed them, installed thin sheets of plastic over that to ensure that any water that might still get through got directed into the drain trench.
Replaced outside window wells and directed water from them and the interior sump to a underground drainage pipe they installed.
These guys worked their butts off!  They wanted to make the customer has happy, and they did.  The basement was left as spotless as they could before they left.
We are very pleased with our dry basement.  After an extremely wet spring, we haven't seen one bit of water since!
    Excellent company!

We were really impressed by and grateful for how comprehensive the inspection was and how helpful his explanations were. He took multiple pictures and generated an elevation diagram. He did a great job explaining why the current sump pump was insufficient and what improvements should be made. He also walked around the exterior of the house to inspect it for any signs of foundation issues, and he spotted a tiny crack in the brick that was hard to see--that's how thorough he was!  He explained what we should be concerned about and what was due to normal aging.

When he finished his inspection, he set up a mobile office with a laptop and printer on the kitchen counter.  He was able to complete the report on the spot and provided the hard copy of his report before he left.

He was punctual, thorough, polite, and trustworthy.  We feel confident moving forward with the home purchase, and we would definitely hire him and The Basement Doctor to perform any of the suggested upgrades.

    Sohan & Sons Waterproofing Co
Sunjeet was very honest.  He told me that I could do the work myself  and that it didn't require the extent of the work his company performs.  I highly recommend him and his company.   If we ever need basement work done, I wouldn't hesitate a minute to use Sohan and Sons.

There was no 'salesman' in my home today! I had a lovely man who came in and spoke no-nonsense honesty to me and my husband. He answered every single question- which ranged from mundane to crazy. Upon our request provided us with the estimates of the 'extreme' waterproofing job and then proceeded to explain- in depth- why that would be costly and potentially unnecessary. He provided us with estimates for more moderate solutions. He walked with us around our home exterior explaining how and why landscaping and proper drainage should be our first solution as it would likely solve our issue and be the most cost effective. What was amazing to us was unlike other contractors/salesman who have recently been in our home to provide free estimates, he wasn't trying to push work on us. He also was not 'passing us over' like some do- you know the type. James was a straight shooter. He knew he didn't need to sell 'time shares in heaven' because his company does honest work. It is that honesty that has guaranteed his company will be the only one that gets our business.
