    Excellent. Reasonable prices. Just worked on what was needed. Did not try to upsell me anything. Was comfortable with me watching. 90 day warranty. Prompt (a little early, actually). Friendly. Gave me his sermon on washer and dryer safety and how to prevent devastating water damage from washer leaks.

    In my opinion this is a very unorganized and unprofessional company. My washer dryer combo was broke. It was not dispensing hot water when the temp gauge was set to hot. My water from other faucets was very hot. I filed my claim with the extended warranty company. They assigned Nuvizion Tek to my claim. I spoke with Nathan on 8/24/18, he asked me about the problem and said he thought he knew what the problem was and he would order the part(s). A few days later, I was able to speak with Nathan . He claimed he ordered the parts but they had not arrived yet. I called the warranty company and they told me the parts were not ordered and they called Nathan . They both got that worked out and finally the part arrived. When he showed up the next day he worked around an hour and then stopped and told my wife he needed another guy to help him. So they came back the next day and claimed they were done. I wanted to test this. We did a test and the water that dispensed was luke warm. I told Nathan it was not fixed and he said he would need to replace the motherboard and he needed to call the warranty company. I called the next day to confirm what he was going to do. The office manager answered the phone and said he was not aware that I was not satisfied. He said he would check into this and get back to me. I called again today to find out the status and Nathan told me he considered it fixed and the problem was on my end ! I According to him I was being rude and he said for me to contact the warranty company and tell them I was not satisfied. And he said I'm ending the call now and he disconnected. This has been the most bizarre company I've ever dealt with.

    It went very well. He took time to look at the fridge and determined cause of ice forming. It was a struggle to pull the appliance from its nook but with sweat and persistence, he succeeded. He found the reason water wasn���t draining as it should and made the repair. Time will tell if it was successful, but I���m pretty sure it will be.

    It went well, except he did not have the part and had to come back. He did explain why and it is understandable they can't carry everything. I would hire him again. Checked on google, as to how much it should cost for this to be replaced, they were right on with the cost. The part has a warrenty of a year. He e-mailed receipt, never received, asked for snail mail, never received, have my credit card bill for proof. I could have done it myself after watching him, but don't have the strength.

    Avoid this company at all costs. First we didn���t choose them as they were sent out by our home warranty company to replace our dishwasher. Second they show up without their own supplies they actually asked to use our bath towels for clean up and both are very rude, this includes the owner, they didn���t introduce themselves didn���t explain how long it would take., etc. At this point my wife calls the office and the owner and tech start talking about her behind her back. After the phone call they walked out the door without saying a word, leaving not only trash on my floor but a pool of water on our kitchen laminate floor

    After reading everything I could and, going to a variety of big box stores I opted to make my purchase through Logan. The price was identical to the big box store. I am going to have to wait a few days as they did not have it in stock. I will also pay a delivery fee to have it brought to and installed in my home. They will be hauling away the old machine. I trust this business to install correctly and provide good service when necessary in the future.

    We have a Samsung refrigerator that needed repair. I chose Logan based on not only the Angie's List reviews, but also on the fact that they are a local business I have seen and heard of most of my life (I'm originally from Kettering :). My service questions were answered during the first call, appointments made and communications from the office/dispatch staff were as promised. Technician was prompt, courteous and professional in demeanor and appearance. Cost of repair, service call and replacement parts were within our budget. We figured the repair might be a little spendy but we were not ready to purchase a new refrigerator. Would definitely recommend and will certainly keep Logan Master Appliance Service in mind for any future repairs.

    Used them to replace a burner on a kenmore range. Came on time for 1st appointment. Got the part within a few days and did a great job. They also showed us how to clean the oven door. Price was reasonable and service was great
