We felt like we had a partner during what is normally a very high stress process, from the girls at the office communicating updates and deliveries to the on-site crew scheduling. Tim assured it all came together on time and on budget, including meeting all the inspection requirements. AKaye Construction, LLCThis started right after COVID hit, so it had it's rough patches with getting supplies, sub-contractors, permits, etc. But Ron was very good about keeping in communication and letting us know about the delays. The finished product came out better than I had hoped. Any issues or concerns I had, Ron fixed for me right away and made it right without trying to charge me for extras. I have worked with contractors in the past that stick exactly to the agreement and any slight extra they charge you for. The reality is, things change a lot during the process, and you find yourself wanting to changing things up a bit. Ron was very receptive to listening to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the finished product, and was very flexible with the original agreement making it easy to make these small changes on the fly. This is a family business, which means they treat you like family too. I look forward to working with the Kaye boys on our next project.- Eric S.

Chris showed up quickly on the morning after our roof was punctured by a tree limb and arranged to have a temporary patch until we could talk to the insurance company and get permanent work done. The temporary patch lasted 2 weeks with no leakage which allowed us to go on an already planned vacation and delay the work on the roof until we returned. Everyone was easy to deal with, the work was done on time and the guys were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Needing a new roof isn't anyone's first choice of things to do, but it couldn't have been easier!- Albert R.

AI have nothing but positive things to say about the project. From the start of the project Jim listened to what my plans were and created a blueprint to match it. He took careful consideration in all areas and made a couple changes for the better during the course of the build. His attention to detail is top notch and he uses the best materials available. Jim was very good at explaining how he performs his work and why he does his certain things. Jim definitely takes pride in his work and it shows. His price was very fair and he helped me save a little bit in some areas too. Great guy and great work.

At the Cerha Kitchen & Bath Design Studio we specialize in kitchen and bathroom renovations and much more.

AWe recently contracted with Cerha Kitchen and Bath Design to refurbish our shower and tub area. We found Cerha staff to be professional and friendly from the beginning to the end of the project. When we first walked into the showroom at Cerha, we met two friendly, knowledgable and patient ladies, Christine and Jenny. These ladies looked at some photos we had brought in of our bathroom. Then they helped us select the type of tile and color combination that fit our bathroom. Their suggestions were very helpful and insightful. We were very impressed with them. Two very accomplished craftsmen, Robert and Antoine did the tear down work, the rebuilding and retiling work. These guys did an excellent job and were always on time. They even sent us a text message everyday about thirty minutes before they planned to arrive at our home. At the end of each day, they cleaned their work area and left the house spotless. Jim, the owner, communicated with us throughout the project. He let us know what to expect with each phase of the project and was prompt in answering our questions. We are very satisfied with our new shower and bath area. Cerha will definitely be our preferred vendor for our future projects.
