I had a good relationship with my clinician. Treatment was the standard the the medical condition reported. Unfortunately, the staff with whom all phone calls are filtered, are poorly trained to interact with the extremes of verbal and emotional pattern possible with neurological patients and seemed to react emotionally to my anger when scheduled medication renewal was requested, but staff failed to manage the request promptly (within five days), during which time I suffered.  I believe a staff failed to keep her word in scheduling a renewal that had been performed dozens of times over years of treatment for a chronic condition, then when I pressed the issue of not receiving prescription treatment scheduled by the Doctor, the internal politics of the Neurology and Neuroscience Associates offices developed into an unprofessional and perhaps unethical treatment outcome resulted in the denial of medical treatment that had been ongoing over many years.
Further, I requested that two pharmaceutical substances, prescribed under the exact same schedule from the same pharmacy, to be synchronized, so that I could make only one trip the the local pharmacy per month, instead of two. Somebody at the offices become offended or confused about what that meant and how I suggested it could be accomplished. As before, the response from phone talkers at NNA seemed to result in the request being contentious. When I received a word salad of denial and misattribution I again (from a clinical condition resulting in a propensity for an anger response) received an unwelcoming and uncooperative response.
In my opinion, the doctors and managers failed to control this interaction and denial of service by staffers in a medical setting where I expect staffers are supposed to be compassionate, kind, understanding, professional and truthful, when such staff are properly trained.
The end result was that the relationship with a doctor I had a good and trusting clinical interaction for many years was sabotaged  by staffers, resulting in a loss of service from NNA that I regret.
I don't know about you, but when anybody in a business or professional capacity fails to fulfill their duty and apparently lied about it to the NNA group, including my clinician, I do get angry, all-be-it and exaggerated reaction. This was all a regrettable and unnecessary result of office and clinical support staff who are not trained to keep the controlled professional communication separate from a personal emotional reaction saturated with a formal and stiff authoritarian attitude of pride about professional medical relationship with a failed attitude of reasonable compliance toward patients, which we are all supposed to do when we are paid to act in accord with a professional setting and are paid quite handsomely to to so.

The first appointment he seemed like a dream come true; that he is going to help me with my problems. He just seemed extremely concerned and very interested in what's going on. Then trying to get back in to get test results or anything like that makes me pull my hair out. I can't count on him for anything. He told me that I couldn't come back. I was getting ready to go to my appointment to get some blood results; they said that they couldn't see me because Medicaid said that they wouldn't pay my bills anymore. I called Medicaid, and they said that they didn't know what Dr. McPherson was talking about. They gave me a hotline for them to call. I doubt it that they called because it was just made up. I have a dizziness problem and I thought that I should get help for that, and he wouldn't even see me again. It is kind of heartbreaking because I thought that I can count on somebody. He seems to make a habit of this. I really liked him; it's just that I don't know what happened. But I do know that I am not the only person that this has happened to. I finally gave up and one of my other doctors pulled my blood test results, so I was able to get that. I would not use him again in the future.

.They are very efficient.  I like the councilors at the office. The help that they provide is very good.  They are highly recommended.  They are very good in communication. In fact they will call up if they have an opening and if you want to get in earlier.  I find that very convenient. I will use them in the future.

My pain was not controlled. My medications were not appropriately monitored. He misled me regarding medication side effects including sexual side effects. He consistently did not take my concerns seriously. I waited over an hour for my scheduled appointments more than once and one time I waited three hours for my scheduled appointment. The receptionist was one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life.
