    My son goes to Kent and we are out of town. He took his car to an other auto shop for overheating and after getting a new radiator, new water pump, new timing belt, replacement of spark plugs and wires, the engine was running rough (new problem) though the overheating was taken care of. I took the recommendation on Angie's list and asked him to take it to King's Auto. My aggravation with the other place was through the roof, and Rich at King's was awesome. He went through the whole car and found we had a hairline crack on the head gasket. The other guy did $800 in repairs and didn't know this. Rich fixed some of the other guys work so the car will run for the time being. He was very knowledable and I was more than impressed. I was so thankful!

    Very good service. Allen got me in right away and did repairs. The price was very reasonable. Very nice atmosphere and super nice people working there. I will go back for further work on my car. I would recommend anyone to go there and have their car serviced.

    It is a family run business. He and his son do the work and the mother does the bookkeeping and ordering of the part so it is just wonderful. They keep you advised how long you are going to have your car, but it is a nice run business. Anything they do it they justify it. If something that can't be repaired you know I had a dodge van and he says I would not put anymore money into this, this is unsafe. He showed me the wheel you shouldn't run that because you are taking your life in your hands and I donated the van. If it can be fixed they will tell you, if it can't be fixed they will tell you why not. They have always done that. It is hard to find an honest mechanic especially with older vehicles but he is good. I would absolutely use them in the future.

    I always had good positive experience there. They are wonderful. They always explain everything. This will have to be looked at sometime in the future, but for right now you really need to do this. I trust them. They have women too and the women are very knowledgeable and I like that. They are all very polite always. The price was fair. You can get your car in quickly and you can wait which is nice without a vehicle. They will give you an update on how they are doing and how much longer it is going to be. It is like a family run business close to at least 48 hours and they have always been there. I just don't feel like I am taking advantage off.

    I really like the people in there. They are really honest with you. If they cant fix it they will refer you to someone who can. They don't do things that don't need to be done. If you think you have a problem with something they wont find other things that need to be fixed and charge you for those too. I like them for that reason. The only thing I have ran into a problem with is that they are so popular that sometimes its hard to get in to see them. That is the only thing.

    We purchased our cars there and we get good service from them for a good price. We like their professionalism and also because it is kind of close, it is convenient for us to go there. They are very good and very open. They really try to get you the car that you want. The negotiations of the prices are quite open and honest. We have had good experiences with them over the years. I have dealt with them since the mid-'90s and when I have done comparisons, they seem to have a very good price. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

    This family run business is the best. You can get an appointment for a time that works for you. The work is quick and efficient. They never find problems that do not exist. They are honest and will be upfront with you if you just need to think about doing something in the future. They have saved us thousands over the years!!

    My car was having trouble starting; I thought it might be the starter or the alternator. When it finally started I took it in and they looked it over, but said nothing was wrong with either the starter or the alternator, that it must be a bad battery, even though the car would not respond to a jump. So I took it to have the battery replaced, but that had no effect. A week later the car wouldn't start at all, so I took it to another mechanic who found that the car had a bad starter. He replaced it, have had no problems since. They missed the problem altogether at Joe's.

    From my first phone call, Dave was responsive and helpful. He was upfront with all costs, and each item was detailed. I had sought several other quotes for my 100,00 mile warranty service previously - it's hard to tell if the final cost was better than others, since no other service center provided me as much detail on what the final cost entailed than Dave did. From what research I did, I think the service was very fairly priced. I also appreciated that both times my car was serviced there, I was called by Dave. The calls were made when they said they would be - not once did I have to call Christopher's because I was waiting for them. The office staff is helpful, friendly and professional. I am very happy to say I've found an auto repair and service shop which I trust.

    They give me reminders and service updates through telephone calls and through mails. It is very easy for me to do all the stuff with my car that needs to be done. I didn't spend anything on my last visit because for the first two years all the oil changes are free for this car.
