    H & B Construction Services
We couldn't be happier with the job that Greg did. He does a wonderful job. He is professional, timely and honest. We always felt that he had our best interest in mind. He was always trying to get us the highest quality of products while keeping in mind price at the same time. He always gave us a more than fair quote and it never changed. I would recommend H&B construction to anyone.

    Rosati Windows
They did a great job. I was very happy with the windows. With the quality and service provided, I am going to get them for work again. I have already recommended them to my mother and she has her windows replaced. They were punctual and did a great job. They were not messy and cleaned everything up.

That service turned out great. They had 4 employees come out, but 3 stayed to work the full day. They were quick and efficient. They knew what they were doing. They were comparable with the higher end of other competitors.

    Rosati Windows
Rosati was very prompt at returning my request for an in home estimate and got it scheduled within a few days. When the sales representative (didn't know his name until he emailed me a quote after visiting my home) came to my home I explained to him that we were redoing a bathroom and found a window had a leak and we were concerned about the rest of the windows because they were showing the same types of damage as the leaky window. Immediately, before taking a look at any windows he said that they are running 12-14 weeks to install from time of signing the contract. He asked if I still wanted to proceed with measuring or if "it would be a waste of time"? I wanted to proceed because I was thinking to myself I would like to see the product because if it is that good it would be worth the extra wait to have a quality window in the home we plan on living in for a long time. We went through the measurements and could tell that he was in a rush and was wanting to leave. Our appointment was at 4:30pm so I'm guessing he wanted to get home early. I began to ask questions hoping he would go into detail about the windows and what Rosatti windows offer. I had done a little bit of research over the internet about replacement windows but still didn't know enough about them to make an informed decision as a consumer.

The sales representative did answer my questions and I told him I liked the idea of their wood and vinyl window and was interested in that. He said he would price them out over the weekend and email a quote for everything Saturday or Sunday. All in all he was at my home for about 20-25 minutes. I did not receive an email from him (at which time I also learned his name) until Monday morning which is not a big deal, but he could of said Monday.

Since then I have scheduled 3 more in home estimates within 4 days of having Rosatti come out. All of them (including Home Depot) came in my home and took their time with me. I did not feel rushed or unimportant. They sat down with me and brought in sample windows and showed me things to look for in quality windows. They answered all my questions and concerns.

After having 4 in home consultations done Rossatti was hands down the worst. My wife and I were very surprised by this due to all the advertisement they do ranting about their customer service and the good things we have heard word of mouth about them. Nonetheless, we are still shopping around but wanted to put this out there because this was a very recent experience we had and I know with the weather we are having in central Ohio I am probably not the only customer shopping for windows.

    Thank You

    Rosati Windows
Rosati Home Improvement came to my house on 5/2.  We discussed new windows/walls for my porch which only has storm windows.  I discussed with the salesperson an option (option 1) about my idea for the porch.  After the salesperson left I wrote a note that afternoon discussing a second option (option 2) that I would like to see designed/estimated.  No email was returned.

I did not hear anything back from my 5/2 email so I left a message mid-May to see when I might have an estimate.  On 5/24 after never getting a phone call or email, I wrote an email asking about my estimates. This note was a forwarding of my note written on 5/2 with the conversation about the second option.   Finally on 5/29 the salesperson wrote apologizing for the delay and told me the drawings would be sent by 6/1.  I received the drawings on 5/31 from the architect.

I traveled on vacation starting 6/1 for the next week and I was playing catch up with work when getting back.  I finally had the opportunity to look at the drawings on 6/19.  I noticed there was only one set of drawings for option 1 and no estimates were included.  After telling the architect and the salesperson my correct name, I discussed wanting to see option 2.  The salesperson apologized stating he missed my second option note from 5/2 (which he did get because he replied on 5/29 with my email attached about the second option).

On 6/20 I got a single drawing (versus 6 drawings on option 1) on the second option.  I emailed back stating I thought the door placement was wrong (needed to use an existing landing) and I wanted a better look on the accent wall.  I also had a concern about the look below the header.  On 6/21 I was informed by the architect to talk with the salesperson about option 2.  Basically I felt Rosati was busy with other work and was just delaying me.

On 6/19 I was promised a meeting and estimates by 6/28.  I finally received an estimate on option 1 yesterday (7/3).  No meeting was ever schedule by Rosati.  In the note from the salesperson yesterday, he apologized once more for the delays and said we can discuss other options (probably referring to option 2) sometime.  No mention of a meeting or a phone call.

Summary:  During this entire time I never received one phone call or request for a meeting from the salesperson to give me status or to review option 2.  While no promises were made for a date of completion we did discuss my son's graduation party in July.  I understand contractors and delays but we never got to first base with the designs and estimates.   While I delayed the process, Rosati needs to be straightforward with expectations when dealing with potential customers.  Two months for designs/estimates on a very simple porch (no heating, flooring, or electrical work needed) redo is not acceptable.  It makes me question if Rosati is really in the Home Improvement business.

    GREYSTONE INTERIORS
I had originally called Greystone for a small project, and that small project ended up becoming an entire first floor remodel/redecorate.  Pat, Dale, and the rest of their team made the entire project go quickly and efficiently.  They went out of their way to ensure we were without a kitchen for as little time as possible.  Our family was anticipating not having access to the first floor until Christmas time, however we were using the space well before Thanksgiving.  Construction began in September.   Some of the fine tune decorating extended past the holidays, but it was nothing critical and did not detract from the overall beauty of the project.
We were so impressed with Greystone that we hired them to remodel our parents bathroom to make it more handicapped accessible.  That project turned out beautifully as well.  We plan to have Greystone back in this spring and fall to continue our makeover on the house.

    Ed Compton Construction Inc
Ed was a big help in giving us ideas, options and prices. They quoted prices for several different brands and styles of windows. He was careful to explain everything up front from how they would install the windows to the amount of time it would take. It took Ed and Matt just over a day to install both very large windows and install new trim inside and out. They were always on time, cleaned up after themselves and very professional. The new windows look amazing inside and out. I would definitely use them again!

    Davison Construction LLC
We buy the materials and pay him for what needs to be done. He is awesome. He wouldn?t even stop for lunch till he is finished with his work. He also would?ve done our shingles, but we got another company to do it for us a lot faster. I would highly recommend him.

    Rosati Windows
Keith assisted us in placing the order and getting the process started. Next, Sam came out and measured the windows on two separate occasions, and then John scheduled the installation date. James and his crew came to install the windows.
