Excellent. I have never had a septic tank before. Mr. Wells not only provided these services in an efficient and effective manner, but was very helpful in teaching me about septic tanks, their maintenance, and their function. I highly recommend him to others.

Dave and his helper responded quickly on a day when there was a very high demand for service due to extended rain and flooding in our area. He quickly identified the problem, augered out the drain, and resolved our issue in an efficient and professional manner. Highly recommended

It didn't go. At first contact, 6 days before I wanted job done (on a Tuesday) - "Sure - I can get you in next Monday, the job doesn't sound bad. But I'm out on a job now, leave a voicemail on my office machine and I'll get back with you regarding the hours on Monday." I actually left him 2 voicemails on the office number. My bad for being busy the rest of the week and trusting him and his word. I never heard from him during rest of week, did get a hold of him on cell Saturday morning and his answer "Oh no. We're too busy on Monday - you'll have to find someone else." Had I know this earlier I could have made other arrangements - now I'm scrambling... thanks for NOTHING Joe!

Excellent. Called to get work done timely and stayed until the job was completed. Nate Klingenberger completed the basement wall and drain work, reviewing each step with us to make certain we understood what he was doing and were happy with the entire job. Mike and his assistant did the work on the concrete steps. Explained everything and did an excellent job of doing a complete clean-up and made sure we were satisfied with the job.

Called on a Friday and they serviced my 2000 gallon tank the following Monday. Previously used this company in 2008 at a cost of $310. The same service was provided in 2017 for $335. I certainly plan to use them again.

The staff were prompt and courteous.  My calls were either answered or I received a response the same day that I called.  They actually sent the wrong size water heater initially, but had someone bring out the correct size within an hour.  The plumber showed me how to work the new heater and cleaned up after himself.  I believe he was there for about 4-5 hours.  I might have been able to get a better price, but I doubt I would have gotten better service.

What hard workers they were! It took 2 days to do all of the work. Was done very professionally & with great care. Of course, a crawlspace is not tall enough in which to walk; must crawl on your knees to work. The crew sent, led by "Jose'", was down there long hours during the 2 days that they were here. The first day, I didn't even notice that they ever took a break for lunch; they did so the second day. They are to be commended, working very, very hard in a physically challenging area. Jose' kept me informed of all that they were doing, answered any questions that I asked, and showed me the crawlspace when they were finished. He explained to me how to operate the dehumidifier (unfortunately, I probably won't remember how to do so later, but I have a booklet!) They all seemed to take great pride in their work and were very pleasant. Of course, we don't go down in the crawlspace on a daily basis, but thus far, everything seems to be ok; will be sure to contact your company if needed. All in all, a very professional job done by very efficient & hard-working crew.

This kitchen remodel was a large project that was completed in a thoroughly professional manner from start to finish.
Thomas Defibaugh is the business owner. He came to our home to discuss what we wanted and did an excellent job of asking questions as well as answering our questions and helped us get a better understanding of what was involved with a kitchen remodel. He had several ideas that we adopted. After that meeting he prepared a design draft and an initial quote and provided us with various material samples. We met again and worked out further details. Our next meeting was at the Home Craft offices on Westbourne Avenue. There we were able to see cabinet and granite samples and, after going over all the details in the contract, signed and placed a deposit. The work was then scheduled. This entire process was entirely amicable and devoid of any sort of pressure. We appreciated Tom's patience and the good advice we received from him.
The work began in a timely manner and continued at an appropriate pace. Two members of his crew -- Mike and Matt -- did most of the work other than install the flooring and the electrical work. Matt did a masterful job with the drywall and ceiling plaster. All of their work was professional grade and it was clear they took pride in doing quality work. Tom stopped by from time to time to check on how work was progressing and kept us apprised of the work schedule.
We love our new kitchen. It was a pleasure to work with Tom Defibaugh and all the folks at Home Craft Remodeling -- so much so that Home Craft will be doing our next project -- a family room makeover.
We highly recommend Home Craft Remodeling.

They responded quickly and the price was fair. They had my old pressure tank out and a new one installed in less than an hour. A few days later I had a small leak in a pipe and they came out and fixed it free of charge. The leak was not due to their work.

Placed a home warranty service call with AHS for a sump pump that quit working.  AHS said they would dispatch A Water Solutions to take a look.  Waited for three days, didn't hear from AWS so I called them. AWS said they would send someone out on Tuesday which is five days after I placed a service call.  Luckily I had a back up sump pump but AHS and AWS didn't know this so it could have been a huge problem.
Unfortunately I had to go out of town on business by the time Matt shows up  and says the sump pump replacement isn't covered by warranty.  I still disagree with this but it is what it is.  My wife pays for the initial service call.  Since I was out of town I asked my wife if AWS would be willing to replace the pump and how much it cost.  I told her to go ahead and have Matt come back to replace it.  He did, but then waited in the house until I called with my credit card to pay for the service call.  My wife said it creeped her out and she was getting ready to call 911.
When I returned home I inspected the work that AWS had performed and can't believe a licensed plumber had actually replaced the pump.  The pump was not level and was sitting on a brick.  The cord was hanging in the water.  He left the old tie wraps that he cut off the old cord laying on the floor but did not tie wrap the new cord so that it would not hang in the sump water.
The next day I called Matt to ask him a few questions about his work.  He then proceeded to yell, cuss at me, and call me names.  I have never in my life had a conversation like that.  His basic excuse for his poor workmanship was that the previous plumber had done a poor job so he did too.  I asked him why he waited in my house after the service call and he said "because people don't pay their f****** bills".
I asked Matt to refund a portion of the service call for the poor workmanship and he refused, called me a few more names, cussed some more, then hung up.  I filed a claim with the BBB but the case is unresolved.
Let this company in your house at your own risk.  Be prepared for a verbal tirade if you question the workmanship, warranty, or cost.
