Joey and his coworker Cody were awesome! They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and truly care about their work. They did an awesome job, I couldnt be happier with the outcome. We will definitely be hiring them again!

    Baker Group Remodeling
The Baker Group was outstanding. It could not have gone any better. We interviewed five companies with four coming to our house to look at the project. We liked Phil right from the beginning. He was easy to talk with and would honestly express his opinions when asked. He told us what he thought would work in our situation and what would not. He always ended by saying, "It is your bathroom. Make it the way you want it." Every vendor he directed us to for materials was great to work with. All were very helpful, fairly priced and had nothing but good things to say about the quality of the Baker Group. Phill did the custom cabinetry and his brother Mike did everything else. Both are protectionists taking pride in their work. Communication was great. We always knew what the next step would be and when they needed materials. The project took about six weeks. We felt very comfortable having them in our house. Mike even let the dogs out for us if we were running late! It was like having your friends working for you. You can't beat the quality of the Baker Group's craftsmanship. And to top it all off, they are competitively priced. We could not be more satisfied and very proud of our bathroom. We have another remodeling project coming up and will be hiring them again.

    Custom Home Works
Owner came to my house so a quote could be prepared for a countertop and backsplash, and told me what a nice job they could do on my kitchen. I checked with him after 9 days and asked for an ETA on the quote. The ETA he gave me has long come and gone. I have never heard from him again. This was a total waste of my time that this contractor obviously has no respect for.

Mark and team from Palace Aid did a great job in remodeling our kitchen and a few other projects around our house.
Mark won a competitive bid process for the kitchen I did with a number of service providers.  His pricing was very competitive, he started and finished in the timeframe quoted.  His price at the end was what he quoted and he did some add on services I requested for very reasonable price.  He was very accommodating to our needs and schedule...
At the end of the project, Mark personally went through the completed project with us and did some "fine tuning" my wife requested to ensure our satisfaction with the project.  We are very happy with the work Mark and his team did on our kitchen and we are planning to use Palace Aid again in the near future when we remodel our master bathroom!!
     I highly recommend Palace Aid.....

    Home Craft Remodeling Inc
This kitchen remodel was a large project that was completed in a thoroughly professional manner from start to finish.
Thomas Defibaugh is the business owner. He came to our home to discuss what we wanted and did an excellent job of asking questions as well as answering our questions and helped us get a better understanding of what was involved with a kitchen remodel. He had several ideas that we adopted. After that meeting he prepared a design draft and an initial quote and provided us with various material samples. We met again and worked out further details. Our next meeting was at the Home Craft offices on Westbourne Avenue. There we were able to see cabinet and granite samples and, after going over all the details in the contract, signed and placed a deposit. The work was then scheduled. This entire process was entirely amicable and devoid of any sort of pressure. We appreciated Tom's patience and the good advice we received from him.
The work began in a timely manner and continued at an appropriate pace. Two members of his crew -- Mike and Matt -- did most of the work other than install the flooring and the electrical work. Matt did a masterful job with the drywall and ceiling plaster. All of their work was professional grade and it was clear they took pride in doing quality work. Tom stopped by from time to time to check on how work was progressing and kept us apprised of the work schedule.
We love our new kitchen. It was a pleasure to work with Tom Defibaugh and all the folks at Home Craft Remodeling -- so much so that Home Craft will be doing our next project -- a family room makeover.
We highly recommend Home Craft Remodeling.

Kitchen Fronts of Columbus Inc/DBA Wall To Wall

To begin with, they were much later in starting the job than promised.  It was supposed to take a total of 3 took 10!  The kid they sent, while nice, needed help but didn't receive it. He would tell me that so and so was coming that day, but they never showed up.

The day after they finished, I sat in a different chair in the kitchen and noticed some of the drawers looked crooked from the side.  I called and spoke to one of the owners who had finally showed up to help the kid finish and collect our check, and he said the kid should not have installed the little plastic bumpers on that style of drawer.  He further stated I could remove them.  I took off 2 on one drawer and decided I didn't want to do that.

Later that day when I turned on the dishwasher, it would not fill.  They had incorrectly hooked it back up after putting in the sink!

Two nights later, I heard a loud "POP" from my kitchen.  The ceramic top on my stove cracked all the way across the cook-top.  The kid had yanked that thing in and out so many times it put such stress on the ceramic it busted!

There is a piece of trim that is loose at the top of my cupboard and a small area right at eye-level where 2 cupboards come together that isn't right.

We finally got the plumbing run to put in a gas stove (something the owner called "too small of a job for him to bother with") and we bought a beautiful, standard size gas stove.  However, it would not fit into the opening for the stove.  My husband had to take off part of the trim on the side of the counter-top just to slide the range in. The opening was less that 30" at the front and over 31" at the back.  While installing the new range, we learned that some of the white covering put over the bottom of the cupboard below the sink and beside the stove was sticking out, so when the stove was moved out, part of that covering broke off.

But what really got us going was one of the drawer fronts fell off.  Just fell off!  Then we learned the kickboard under the sink cupboard was just leaning up there and not nailed on.

I emailed Kitchen Fronts but heard no response. I called them the following week and "the lady who checks the emails" was not there and he would have her call me. I told him a drawer front popped off and the kick board was not attached.  NO CALL.  My husband called 2 weeks later and spoke to a woman who said that was definitely a problem and she would have them call us as soon as they were back in.  That was 3 weeks ago.

The man who sold us this job, Bill Michael,  is the one who started the company. He  was a really nice guy we felt we could trust.  He had great ideas for a number of jobs we wanted done in our home and he had the experience to guide us in the appropriate direction.  I don't feel we would have had this awful experience had he still been working the field.

We are terribly disappointed and angry about the work we received from Kitchen Fronts and equally upset about the lack of caring and follow-up we have received from them.  As I mentioned, we have numerous home improvement jobs to be done and were hopeful this company would fit the bill but they will never set foot in our home again and we will NEVER recommend this company.

    Simple Bath & Simple Kitchen
We needed two bathrooms updated. Work included new floors, two new showers, two new vanities, mirrors and awhirlpool tub. It was a complete gutting and renewal. All of the workers were professional and their work was excellent. We are very pleased with the results and are planning to have two half baths done later this year. Dick Ransom was exellent to work with. He walked us through the process and visited the job site several times to insure it went well. We were able to choose from a wide range of materials and finishes to make our rooms unique.

The service did not work out very well. We met with them a while ago, and we still haven't gotten our plans from them. We met with somebody at least 3 or 4 times at the house, but they have never sent them. We have placed several calls to them, and then they say they have lost them, and then come back to the house, and so it has been basically throwing our money away. We haven't gotten anything about it. We purchased our big deal in September of 2012, and have seen them 3 or 4 times, and the most recent time being November 2013. They had to cancel or reschedule 2 or 3 times, and then they couldn't find the paper work, and that is not professional. We first met with the gentleman in November 2012, we weren't in a hurry, so we gave him a couple of months, and we contacted him again, met with him again a second time, and he visited the house a total of 3 times, and the third time he said he had some plans drawn up, and he had lost them on his computer, and he said he was going to recreate them within a couple of weeks, and that was maybe 3 or 4 months ago, and we have not heard a thing since.

    One Fine Finish LLC
Our project began with purchasing hardwood flooring and looking for somebody to install and remove our ceramic tile.  One Fine Finish, LLC provided an estimate for the flooring and also gave us an estimate for refinishing our 1/2 bath.  When we discussed having new countertops installed, Josh, the owner, provided us with samples of granite and made arrangements for new countertops to also be installed prior to the Thanksgiving holiday.  We were very excited to hear that all of our additional items that were added on would be done in our allotted time frame.  Josh went out of his way to make sure that all our needs were met.  We were very pleased with how smoothly the whole process went.  Our home renovations turned out beautiful. We especially love the custom wood inlay in our dining room floor.  The block O design using maple and teak turned out spectacular.  We have received lots of compliments already.  One Fine Finish, LLC did a fabulous job.  We love our new flooring and granite countertops.  Josh was wonderful to work with throughout the whole project.  He went over and beyond expectations. We would highly recommend One Fine Finish, LLC for a job well done.

I had originally called Greystone for a small project, and that small project ended up becoming an entire first floor remodel/redecorate.  Pat, Dale, and the rest of their team made the entire project go quickly and efficiently.  They went out of their way to ensure we were without a kitchen for as little time as possible.  Our family was anticipating not having access to the first floor until Christmas time, however we were using the space well before Thanksgiving.  Construction began in September.   Some of the fine tune decorating extended past the holidays, but it was nothing critical and did not detract from the overall beauty of the project.
We were so impressed with Greystone that we hired them to remodel our parents bathroom to make it more handicapped accessible.  That project turned out beautifully as well.  We plan to have Greystone back in this spring and fall to continue our makeover on the house.
