    ALL CHOICE HOME IMPROVEMENTS LLC
The bathroom was completed and exceeded our expectations. When we had a follow up item some months later, Mike came right out and handled it. So the bathroom remodel and follow up were both excellent. We have now selected Mike to do a complete remodel of a 3 bed/2 bath investment property we've purchased.

    Home Craft Remodeling Inc
This kitchen remodel was a large project that was completed in a thoroughly professional manner from start to finish.
Thomas Defibaugh is the business owner. He came to our home to discuss what we wanted and did an excellent job of asking questions as well as answering our questions and helped us get a better understanding of what was involved with a kitchen remodel. He had several ideas that we adopted. After that meeting he prepared a design draft and an initial quote and provided us with various material samples. We met again and worked out further details. Our next meeting was at the Home Craft offices on Westbourne Avenue. There we were able to see cabinet and granite samples and, after going over all the details in the contract, signed and placed a deposit. The work was then scheduled. This entire process was entirely amicable and devoid of any sort of pressure. We appreciated Tom's patience and the good advice we received from him.
The work began in a timely manner and continued at an appropriate pace. Two members of his crew -- Mike and Matt -- did most of the work other than install the flooring and the electrical work. Matt did a masterful job with the drywall and ceiling plaster. All of their work was professional grade and it was clear they took pride in doing quality work. Tom stopped by from time to time to check on how work was progressing and kept us apprised of the work schedule.
We love our new kitchen. It was a pleasure to work with Tom Defibaugh and all the folks at Home Craft Remodeling -- so much so that Home Craft will be doing our next project -- a family room makeover.
We highly recommend Home Craft Remodeling.

    GREYSTONE INTERIORS
I had originally called Greystone for a small project, and that small project ended up becoming an entire first floor remodel/redecorate.  Pat, Dale, and the rest of their team made the entire project go quickly and efficiently.  They went out of their way to ensure we were without a kitchen for as little time as possible.  Our family was anticipating not having access to the first floor until Christmas time, however we were using the space well before Thanksgiving.  Construction began in September.   Some of the fine tune decorating extended past the holidays, but it was nothing critical and did not detract from the overall beauty of the project.
We were so impressed with Greystone that we hired them to remodel our parents bathroom to make it more handicapped accessible.  That project turned out beautifully as well.  We plan to have Greystone back in this spring and fall to continue our makeover on the house.

    Rosati Windows
    1. 1) The high points to this job would be the quality of the the front door install and the curb appeal of the portico.  The front door required removal of some very rotted wood.  They were able to remove the damaged area without damaging the floor tile just inside the door.  The front door install looks great.  The door seals well and opens and closes with ease.
    2) The low points would be the details on the portico, quality of the concrete work, 2 exterior service doors that won't stay adjusted, and a lack of follow up on Rosati's part.  Once the job was completed, several weeks passed with no follow up call from Rosati to see if anything needed corrected or adjusted.  I had to call them out to finish the job.  As with any large job there is going to be something that requires redo or touched up.  Small items like caulking and filling nail heads were handled with no problem.  The big problem is the portico columns that were dented during install. We paid 850.00 to upgrade to composite wrapped columns that are damaged.  When I politely suggested in early May that at least one column should be replaced that was the last I heard from Rosati's rep.  Lack of follow up hurts any grade.  Still waiting for nickel finish screws to replace stripped screws in storm door.  Unfortunately the concrete work is what it is.   At best a C grade do to a overly rough texture for a front porch, new concrete stains on existing concrete, and stains on siding.  As for the service doors, I'll need to learn how to adjust myself.  Rosati showed great enthusiasm and interest at the beginning but once that final payment was made we did not matter.  Never make that final payment until all problems are solved.
