    A Team Transmissions
    Took my truck in to have a transmission rebuilt that they had rebuilt a couple months ago. It was no cost because it was under warranty. Other my transmission, there was nothing else wrong with my truck. after a month they called and said I had a bad axle and axle boot and was going have to get that repaired. finally got my truck back today and now the brakes are making a grinding and high pitch screeching noise. odd thing is, a put new brakes on two weeks before the transmission went out... coincidence.....I think not!!!

    The vehicle was a big mess but Collison One LLC did a great job with it. It took a bit longer than originally thought but that's pretty much the way it goes. We wanted the car fixed correctly and we feel this goal was met. And they have great Customer Service. I received a weekly call as an update on the status of the repair and I greatly appreciated that.

    It was in relation to an insurance claim. I didn't have to pay, since it was with the insurance. This is a hard one, because although I was frustrated with the service, it was not all in their hands. The insurance company was delayed in providing
    accurate information, and gathering information. Flexibility stood out the most.

    Sammy's Mobile Clean LLC

    Exceeded by expectations in final results.  The vehicle I took in was around 15 years old.  When Sammy's crew was finished, the interior looked almost like new. 

    One needs to be aware that there is an up-charge for larger vehicles.  I was a little surprised that there was an additional fee for my cross-over sized SUV.  But fee was minimal and results were well worth it.

    There was a little confusion on pick up time, so I had to wait around a bit for them to finish up.  Their facility does not have much of a waiting area, so I just walked across the street to a coffee shop.  Definitely worthwhile to call ahead to confirm that your vehicle is ready for pick up.

    Owner Clint Allerton was very responsive.  He courteously worked me into a busy schedule.  He was self-effacing as he viewed the interior of my 6yo rural truck.  He would not promise to remove all evidence of my canine co-pilot; but he did. Double A plus, plus for this young man. I'm impressed.

    Five Star LLC Mobile Detailing
    Jimmy did an excellent job of detailing my car inside and out. My car looked better than when I bought it when he was done. to do the job myself would have taken 8 or 10 hours, and as a busy professional, I appreciate someone who works hard, does what they say they will do, and do it with a smile and a pleasant attitude.

    GREAT!  I LOVE my pick up truck but there was an intermittent (more on then off) squeal in the rear end that was driving me crazy.   Crazy to the point I was considering getting rid of it.  I'd had other garages look at it with no success. Sure they'd replace parts, usually related to the brakes, and say they fix it but the next time I'd jump in and head down the highway the squeal was back.   
     I had  found Russell's by chance as I was looking for a garage that was willing to do work on a company vehicle which was being managed by a fleet mgt company.  At the time there were no "approved" garages in the area so I went out looking to see if any in town were interested.  Russell's agreed and were put on the approved list.  So, I started using them to service my company car and was happy with the service so I decided to see if they could fix my beloved p-up.  I AM SO HAPPY I DID!   They had the truck for about a week but when I got it back there was no squeal and hasn't been since!

    It was easy to get the car in to be fixed, we didn't have to wait too long and they worked on it when they said they would and it was ready when they said it would be ready. The price was exactly what they said, it wasn't over. It was good, no problems.

    The job had to be rescheduled on the business' part but it worked out ok for our schedule.  Other than that, they were professional and punctual and exceeded our expectations for amount of work done and the quality as well.

    I received very poor service from start to finish. After making the appointment, I received a call back asking what time the appointment was for as the service person could not remember. Then when I show up an hour early for the appointment, dropping off the car for the entire day, I am told there is an additional $70 fee. Later, the vehicle is not diagnosed on time and an additional two days are needed just to get a diagnosis. I received very poor service from Bob at the Isuzu service center. Take your vehicle somewhere else!
