Everything was so easy with this company. I was not able to be home for the appt but my mom was there to let them in. The repairman called me after looking at the washer and let me know what needed done. I asked him to take a quick look at the wiring on the dryer and he did that for me as well. Took payment info over the phone which was very convenient. I will definitely use this company in the future for appliance repairs.

Paul S. looked it over and determined it needed a new pump. Discussed pros and cons of replacing pump or washer in relation to age of washer. We made a decision to replace pump. He had part in his truck and replaced it immediately then tested it. Very pleasant and efficient technician. Works great.

I've used him for about 18 years. He'll walk in and I'll ask for a new washer and he will make sure that I buy nothing I do not need. He makes only the necessary repairs. We love this guy. I believe he is super affordable.

Andrew called and asked if he could come a little earlier which was great for us.  He arrived and promptly went to work.  One of our burners was not igniting so Andrew took the burner apart and cleaned the gas orifice and adjusted all of the burners so they worked perfectly.  He also recommended that eventually we should change out the burner, but since we are selling the home, the future buyers will probably change out the entire unit as it is 13 years old.  Andrew was efficient and effective.  He is very congenial and we would not hesitate to have him repair any of our appliances.  Give this company an A+ and call him if you need quality service at a fair price.

We felt very comfortable with Andrew in our home. He was up front with the cost and was here when he said he would be. He was a nice guy and I would not hesitate to contact him again. I have given his name to co-workers looking for a dependable appliance repair-man.

I had called because the soap dispenser wasn't dispensing the soap and some dishes were not getting clean. The repairman turned the dishwasher on and immediately diagnosed that it wasn't getting the water.  He replaced the water valve, put the dishwasher back together and it has worked perfectly since then.

They came out really fast. The price was fair. My stove went out 3 days before Christmas. He did the repair and I was able to cook my turkey. I mentioned Angie's List and he came out a day sooner because of that.

Washer stopped agitating in the middle of a cycle and emitted a strong burning rubber smell. Company was called 9-16-2011 and promised a service call between 8 and 12am on 9-20-2011. I was called about 10am on that date and notified we were the next call for the serviceman. He arrived shortly and proceeded to examine the washer. He was very professional and careful about protecting surrounding areas and confirmed my analysis, the transmission had seized and would require the replacement with a rebuilt transmission. I asked for an estimate and he called his manager for a consultation which resulted in an estimate of $580 for the repair and they weren't sure all the required parts were currently available.

Although not surprised at the estimate, it was too much to put into an appliance this old, so I decided to put it out of its misery and shot it. It was only the second service call it required and I'm willing to bet the new one replacing it will be a lot more trouble prone.

The service company did a fine job and I will use them again.

I called them on 8/16 and they said they could be there on 8/19. Because of my work schedule I couldn't see them until 8/23. They schedule for a 4 hour window. Paul was there within that time. The problem with the dish washer was caused by using to much detergent. He also recommended using powder instead of the liquid. Haven't tried that yet. The washer required a lid switch which needed to be ordered. Paul checked the other parts of the machine and told me it was worth fixing. He estimated the cost around $150.00. I got one of the last good Maytags. Paul called the parts department while he was at the house. No one answered because it was lunch time. He told me they would call to schedule a new appointment. This day cost me $128.05.

They called 2 days later and once again due to my work schedule the work was delayed. On 9/6 Paul returned during the time scheduled. My washer now works fine and my family is happy. This day cost me $158.15. I did have a 10% off parts coupon.

Appliance Man does call you when the repairman is on the call before you so you have an idea when he might arrive. Paul is very conscientious and will answer any question you have. Appliance Man should be proud to have an employee like Paul.
