It was a great experience. The place is SUPER clean and professional. They are quite particular about sterility and making the customer feel welcome, safe and comfortable. My artist was Eric Vie. They have a huge selection if you don't know what you want, but I brought my own design and he basically just defined it a little more. I'm really happy. There are alot of tattoo places around here these days, but the other ones I checked out didn't come anywhere near Krazy Katz. If you're thinking of having work done, definitely give them a try.

The entire staff was very helpful and professional with my son and I when we went ot get his first piercing. The gentleman that did the piercing was very informative and made sure my son knew everything that he was going to do before he did it. Everything was very clean and sterilized. Great experience and we would Definitely go back for any future piercings or tattoos! Great place and staff!

    Sundown Tanning
I had (2) incidents of poor service and owner/management non-response, involving this business. (1)  At the time of service purchase, I was offered and purchased, as a new customer, a 5 tans for $5 packet. After my first tan I decided to upgrade my account. I asked the receptionist to upgrade my account, and since I had not utilized the 5 for $5 packet option, to utilize those funds as part of the packet upgrade. The receptionist informed me that she could not refund or transfer the funds for the unused service (5 for $5).. The business had no posted refund policy. When asked, the receptionist could not tell me what their refund policy was. I asked the receptionist to contact her management for a decision. her response was that had had no way to contact anyone in the management. I asked what she was expected to do in these type, or emergent situations. She answered that she did not know.  I then wrote a detailed explanation of my request along with my full contact information and asked that the message be forwarded to whomever could resolve the issue.  After 3 days with no follow-up contact, I inquired about the follow-up with the same clerk.  I was told, by the clerk that she made the owner aware through phone and email contact.  As of todays date, I have not been contacted by anyone from the salon. (2)  While tanning at Sundowner Tan, and in booth #15, the corner sitting table collapsed while I was seated on it.  As a result of the fall, I had some aggrevation to an old medical condition, which was minor in nature.  I examined the now dismantled seating structure to find it was not attached to the wall, but freestanding.  The stability of the seat relied on the wall (corner) it was positioned against, but contained no alternative source of attachment.  I informed the clerk of the incident upon leaving.  The clerk said the owner was aware of the situation and had arranged for someone to repair the seat, but it had not yet happened.  The clerk firther said she had been injured by the seat in that booth.  I asked, isince the owner was aware of the defective seat and had arranged to have it repaired, why that booth had not been taken out of service.  The clerk resonded that she didn't know. I asked that the clerk make the owner aware of this addittional incident and have the owner contact me regarding the incident.  Not to my surprize, I again, have not heard from the owner or any representitive of Sundowner Tan. February 28, 2012: How do you counter a lie? The company's response was completely and totally untruthful. I am updating now because I spoke with one of the employees, outside of the salon, who told me she had been threatned with the termination of her job, if she did not lie about the incident, if asked about it by anyone. Truely pathetic. Addittionally, on the date of the booth table collapse, I called the Huber heights fire and rescue to report the incident. The dispatch logs are there. I don't believe I would call the authorities, who through their investigation would inspect the booth in question, if the incident were not true. Draw your own conclusions...

Work came out decent The leaves faded brown though! I Say decent because ive seen Worse. I was quoted $200-250 and i was told it would take up to 2 and a half hours. I literally got there at 1 and didnt leave till 8 oclock!! I told him i had to work at 5 oclock and he just took his sweet time which yes is great in some way but he should have been honest about how long it would take and the price he ended up charging $450 and i said nothing and paid it and gave him a $50 tip but afterwards im like i really got ripped off!! Plus my boss was p***** at me for being 3 hours late ! Everyone says the tattoos a nice tattoo but definitely not worth $500 dollars ! I would recommend going somewhere else because its very uncomfortable to have to lay there for that long!
