    They gave me a quote that was less than my insurance deductible. Then they were able to come out and perform the repairs three weeks earlier than anticipated! They did an absolutely fabulous job, you can't tell there was ever a missing shingle. Everyone we dealt with from beginning to end was friendly and helpful. The gentleman who actually performed the repairs was nice enough to bring our temporary cover down for us and left not a single piece of trash in my yard. I truly appreciate the service they provided. I would recommend them to anyone!

    I hired the company to replace the north roof of the barn and reattach the south roof of the barn and complete both roofs with silver seal. When they showed up they had to borrow a ladder and a hammer. They didn't bring their own equipment so I let them know what type of paint and rollers they needed to use and they didn't use either one of those. They did not get the paint mix right. They borrowed my own tools. I said that's fine as long as they're clean when you're done. The next day I went out and found that nothing was cleaned up. They also started working on the roof and ended up leaving holes in the roof in which they then had to put a tarp over. They did not seal the holes in the tin roof. Later on one of the workers used one of my buckets for paint, ended up going up on the roof, and the bucket ended up dropping on the grass and spilling all over. The worker did not put tarps down in garage for sealing so they got the sealant all over the roof and siding, my smoker cover, my apple and cherry wood pile, all over our new sidewalk, on the door mats, and on the driveway. They're response to that was "we forgot to set the tarp down, sorry" and they just left. I called them to come back out and look at the job and clean up the messy paint and no one called back or showed up. I let them know I will pursue legal action for this. 4 minutes after I sent that the owner called back and started cussing me out. I told him not to call back anymore. I told him I was not going to clean anything and that he had to clean everything and if he can't then it will have to be replaced. I would have loved to give them a grade lower than F if it was possible.

    We did have some bumps but all was taken addressed to our satisfaction. The doors are beautiful and all the workmen were great. The workers seem to be higher than average with regards to professionalism and respect of customer. All work completed and very happy with the end result.

    The entire experience with this company was exceptional.  From initial communication to the completion of the job.  We were having continuous leaking issues that were pretty severe with water running down the front of our fire place like a waterfall everytime it rained.  We were having trouble getting anyone out to do the needed repairs.  I finally joined Angie's list and found Arco Remodeling.  I called them on a rainy day and explained what was happening at that moment (my waterfall down the fireplace).  They were very responsive and John came out that day to take a look.  He was awesome!  He looked over the inside where the damage was happening and up on the roof.  He took several pictures so we could see where the issues were and what needed to be repaired.  By that evening, he had the pics sent to us along with a quote.  A week later the job was scheduled and completed the following week.  John also took several pictures of the repairs, and we could tell they did an awesome job.  Very professional.

    If I could I would give them an F minus.  
    My wife was on her way to Disney World with our daughter and two grandkids in June.  She was hit by a reckless driver who was also a Nationwide insured driver. It went downhill from there. 
    We were unable to open a claim because the other driver had already opened one.  They left my wife and grandkids stranded on I-75 in Athens, TN between Chatanooga and Granville.  Because it was Saturday night they would not help her.  I had to hire a taxi to get them to a hotel.  
    Next, while we had the car towed we had an adjuster who wanted permission to take the vehicle into a secured storage lot.  First the claims people didn't want to sign the document over to them and the evaluation of the vehicle was not done according to OH and TN law.  The reason was that the car's model (Lincoln MKX) value was high in my local market area (about $4000 higher than what Nationwide came back with) They went all the way out of state to look at vehicle values so that they could value it less.   
    It doesn't end there. When it was put into a secure lot, everything was stolen out of the car.  Nationwide refused to pay for any of the stolen items.  Also, after we'd bought a new vehicle it took them four weeks to mail our plates to us and they wouldn't pay for the vehicle registration, title transfers, and temporary tags.  They told us they were sending everything the day after the accident and we didn't get it for a month.  
    My agent was no help through this process, either.  It took two and a half months to get this claim settled and we were the victim.

    They were so professional and did their job neatly and precisely! When they were finished you couldn't tell we had workers there all day only by the new face lift to our home! They didn't have the right size gabel vents. They kept me up to date about the vents and came out and replaced them and we didn't even know they were there! They didn't ask for any payment until the job was completely done! I cannot say enough good things about my experience and the work they have done!! I also want to say we had four estimates and Security Roofing was our lowest estimate and we got what we paid for and more!

    Mike Gardner the owner is nice and looks out for the costumers best interest. I have really enjoyed working with his staff. They are all friendly! Sarah, Marty, and Martine have all been so kind and always made me feel like as a costumer I mattered!

    When they installed the system, it was not correctly installed or properly grounded.  This static caused it to destroy 2 TVs.  The technicians came out and said, yes, it was not properly grounded and installed.  The claims adjuster came and took the information, but since then the physical evident and information has disappeared.  We have since had other technicians come out and they too confirmed that the system was not properly grounded or installed. Then, when they started the program on my account I had purchased specific packages.  They started to pull channels from these packages and charge for them separately and told me I would have started to pay for them as well. They said they would give me a Hopper and install it for free.  They said this would be a free service with no commitment.  They asked if I had an external hard drive and said they would transfer all of my old movies and shows to it.  They ended up ruining the hard drive.  They gave me a monthly credit for this. I had an HD channel blocked on my system.  I had the SD channel selected, but the system automatically switched to HD, even though I had it blocked.  It burnt the whole picture into my plasm TV screen.  A technician came out and said he did not understand how it could switch over automatically and to turn this into claims.  They denied my claim.  I said that I would like to cancel my account and they then said that, not only did they actually end up putting me into a commitment with the Hopper after they assured me it would be commitment free, but they have ruined almost $3000.00 worth of TVs, have denied my claims for the last TV, and are charging me $50 to remove their own dish and $110 to cancel my service. For almost 3 weeks I have left messages with someone at the corporate office, but he has not yet returned any of these calls.  This person of contact for the TV claim has no professional courtesy.  They get an F, but if there was something low they would get that too.

    I have had issues for years with blow offs of my shingles.  Every time the wind blew...I had new problems on my roof.  When I met the Maxim salesman out at my house, he mentioned that they could increase the nailing pattern on the back of the house to 'hurricane nail' it.  The sales rep seemed very knowledgeable and understood my problems and concerns.  When the crew arrived, I was pleased (and surprised) to see a 'local' crew made up of 'local' workers.  
        The crew arrived on the scheduled date and were already aware of my issues (hurricane nailing) without me having to bring it to their attention.  It was extremely windy the days they were working, and the crew was great about clean up.  At the end of each day, aside from a dump truck in my driveway, you would not have even known that any work was going on.  Very clean jobsite.  
        I would highly recommend Maxim roofing to anyone and we are extremely happy and pleased with our new roof.

    During heavy rains, I had water leaking in my gararge and in a room in the house. I had a roofer come out, take a look at it, and he performed $800 of and quot;repairsand quot; that did absolutely nothing. I then had 3 contractors come out to give me an estimate on repairs. The first two took a quick glance, and quoted me around $4,000 to do some re-shingling and bits and pieces of siding around the windows. They did not actually identify where the problem was, just gave me some generic thoughts on what could be causing it.
    Tom Harville then came out (he was the 3rd contractor). He immediately got on the roof, asked me to hand him a hose, and he recreated the actual leaks in less then 10 minutes. He then gave me a detailed run-down on what it would take to repair. Interestingly, the repairs the other contractors were going to do would not have fixed the issue!
    I hired Tom, and his crew started that week. The siding guy was amazingly nice and efficient. He worked 3 days straight from 7:30am until dark. The shingling crew was very good as well.
    It's been almost 4 months now, and absolutely no leaks! They did a great job of diagnosing the problem, and then actually fixing it correctly and in a very timely manner. Would definitely use Harville again.
