    Western Medicine LLC
My husband and I have both been seeing Dr. Dr. Dean for several years. Due to my husband's 26 years of military service, we've seen our share of primary care physicians. Dr. Dean stands right up there with the very best of them. He is both professional and personable, great qualities in your primary care doctor whom you're likely to see more than any other. His office keeps up with our medical needs, such as time for annual check-ups, vaccinations, cardiac and other medical check-ups that he doesn't perform. He's just a great doc and we wouldn't trade him for any other, ever!

Dr. Denka is very prompt. They have always taken me back right at my appointment time. He is very pleasant, listens to what you say, and doesn't rush you.

    Beaver Creek Family Physicians
They take time with their patients. They are good at keeping appointments on time. They are pretty easy to get in and make an appointment because there are five doctors in the practice.

    Far Oak Orthopedics
Went smoothly, staff readily available to address concerns and ensure effective pain management. Everything went as promised and walking without a cane in fourth week.

He is the best. He knows his stuff. He is a very nice person. I had seen a lot of allergists but he has several things on his walls. I take allergy shots through his office.

    Samaritan Family Care
He is just a very good doctor, caring, personable and takes very good care of me. They are usually pretty good at being punctual.  I have been going here for about 5 years.

    Chapman, Dr. Deanna J
My first appointment, I was seen right away and, after x-rays, found out that my foot was broken (which was a huge surprise to me)! Dr. Chapman was very matter-of-fact about it (which was good) and told me to rest it some (not walk as much) and it should heal by myself. I had another appointment 6 weeks later to see if it had healed. This time, I had to wait for almost 45 minutes to be seen and almost left. I have had two more appointments and have had to wait at least 20 minutes each time. However, she seems to be a good podiatrist (don't have any others to compare to) and my foot is healed and I am getting orthotics so that maybe this won't happen again!

    Chapman, Dr. Deanna J
All interactions with Dr Chapman have been very satisfying, however due to problems with the billing dept, I have changed doctors.

    Huber Heights Medical Center
Dr. Hendi and her staff are thoughtful, caring, and compassionate care givers. They take the time to listen and, while sometimes I have to wait a few more minutes to be seen, I always know they will take the time needed to ensure I get to feeling better. The have very flexible schedules and when needed, they have appointments available either same or next day.

I've had 2 colonoscopies with this group over the years. The last time in their Springboro office. In both cases the Doctors and medical support were super. The billing employee (Springboro office) did not want/understand that UHC would cover the procedure 100% as a preventive. procedure. The employee also told me that the anesthesiologist was and quot;in networkand quot; for UHC. It took me three months to get the billing paid! The anesthesiologist were and quot;out of Networkand quot;, and UHC claimed that the billing employee would not submit the correct coding for a and quot;Preventive Procedureand quot;. Finally a and quot;expeditorand quot; agent at UHC just paid the full bill. I really don't know if the problem was the billing employee at the Dr. office, or UHC hoping that I would get fustrated and pay the bill. The billing employee at the time of service kept telling me that and quot;Colonoscopyand quot; wasn't considered a and quot;preventive proceedureand quot;.but a and quot;out-patientand quot;. In all fairness I think that year was the first year that UHC came up with 100% paid preventive proceedures.
