Tom was quick to quote the work and get the job started. AJEFF G KURASI called Jeff in the morning to have the septic tank pumped and to inquire about scoping the lines to see about a blockage. Jeff's team was out there within hours to pump the tank, and later that afternoon was able to start the excavation to investigate my blockage. My septic sits FAR below normal grade, so normal camera scoping wasn't possible. Within no time, they found the issue, decided on the repair and had the job finished that very afternoon. They left the site as clean as possible, didn't do any excessive damage to the lawn and piled the dirt back onto the pile. I haven not had any issues since and the septic is working better than ever.- Candace D.

DFOX EXCAVATING & SEWERThe company did responed within a couple hours. Quoted me a price and said he start on in the next day or two and take a day. Cut check for quote... Took over week get him here. 3 days to do the job, but he didnt finish job. The last night he was here I was upset not being able to use my driveway or water for over 3 days and he said one day...It started raining, he got small hole through so water finaly drain then took dozer pushed dirt over... Said he be back next day to open pipe up and level and pack driveway down.Never came back and after 3 weeks of no return calls had to call someone else to finish...cost additional 1100 dollars- chris p.
