We had one cat with a low blood count and they advised us directly and stuff like that and was very caring when we put him to sleep. They were concerned a little bit about his weight because he was moving a little.

    The Veterinary Center of Hudson
Amazing. The nicest vet office I've ever seen. It's like a spa and it smells good, not like a wet dog. The people from the receptionists to the vets and techs could not be any more friendly. Dr. Shaker got down on the floor to greet my dog. He's never been so calm or happy at a checkup. Plus the pricing was very reasonable.

    Boston Heights Veterinary Hospital

Dr. Glenn Thorson and his Certified Vet Tech, Denise, greeted me and Portia warmly. They then proceeded with Portia's examination, as the professional and caring team that I have known them to be for all of the 12 years I have been taking my dogs to them. They handled Portia gently and patiently.

Dr. Thorson inquired, as he always does, as to any issues or concerns I have regarding Portia.  He then, with Denise's assistance, obtained a blood sample, and administered her vaccines.  He also clipped her nails at my request.

The front desk staff are always pleasant and professional also.   Everyone there makes me feel welcome!

In summary I would highly recommend the Boston Hts. Veterinary Hospital's  Dr. Glenn Thorson and his support staff to anyone for quality veterinary care for their furkids.

I like it because it's a small practice -- it's not a large hospital. He doesn't up-charge us on procedures. He's very conservative on treatments. He's experienced. After our dog passed, the vet even sent us a card.

I would recommend them. Dr. Roberts is our veterinarian and I think he is very competent and professional. He is a very nice person. I have always found the staff to be very nice and pleasant to deal with. I always find it easy to get an appointment. I think the office is well run with nice people.

I brought my elderly cat in because I had been to this hospital in the past and the vet was really nice. she had lost quite a bit of weight and was peeing on the carpet in one of my rooms. The vet assistant saw me and my cat first, asking a battery of questions in a very condescending way. I was very uncomfortable. The vet finally came in a half hour later and asked all the same questions again in the same condescending manner. He recommended dental surgery and I asked about doing bloodwork to see if there was something more serious going on with her. He said they would do that on the day of surgery. I wanted to rule out cancer or something serious like that before I spent several hundred dollars on dental surgery but he wouldn't listen. I did not appreciate the manner in which I was treated so I never went back. They also overcharged me which I didn't realize until I glanced at the bill a week later--they coded something incorrectly. I called and they credited my card but I wonder how often that happens and people don't notice?

    Boston Heights Veterinary Hospital
Boston Heights has gives wonder care to our dogs and support to us as well. Their prices are reasonable and they don't try and run up a huge bill with unnecessary tests or procedures. We had one dog that require a lot of medical attention and both Drs and the entire staff went above and beyond to offer the best care possible for him

Our most recent visit was somewhat of an emergency. Our elderly golden seemed to be in pain, not eating and very weak. There were no appointments that day. The vet (Dr. Mark) worked us in during what seemed to be their lunch hour. We were given all of the attention by the staff, the dog was examined, blood work was taken, and multiple x-rays were taken. Our dog was diagnosed with a mass on his spleen and severe anemia. The staff was very compassionate. We were referred to a specialist at a veterinary hospital in Akron for an ultrasound and surgery.

    Banfield The Pet Hospital
My dog interacts very well with them. They have convenient hours. They also have payment plans where in you can take your dog for visits every month and they give discounts. I have always seen different person I go there. There are lot of doctors and nurses there. I had been waiting there for long time and it was frustrating. The staffs and receptionist were friendly. The doctor takes good care but the only thing I was frustrated was waiting. I would use them again in the future.

We were very satisfied with the approach that was used and the medication that was given.  I thought that the price was pretty reasonable for the time that was spent.  It was kind of an emergency and she took care of my cat right away.
