    The doctor did a very thorough check even though I had to be squeezed into their schedule. Retina detachments can cause blindness, so the doctor described what he saw and gave me a number to call in the event that I began to see flashes or a and quot;curtainand quot; in my peripheral vision. Each of the staff members was very courteous and professional.

    Three different surgeries were performed.  the first two were for each of my eyes.  Removal of the lenses with cataracts were completed.  In addition corrective surgery was performed on each eye at the same time of the cataract surgery.  After healing it was determined that both eyes were restored to 20/15 vision and an astigmatism was correctly perfectly.  The second eye required another surgery to correct slight imperfections in my vision remaining after the first surgery.  When the third surgery was completed my eyesight had been corrected to 20/15, my cataracts were gone and vision much clearer, and my astigmatisms were gone.  I only require reading glasses as my prescription says that I am farsighted.  This was the expected outcome and I am very comfortable with the result.  Throughout the process, the various doctors who cared for me had one thought -- do what was necessary to create a 100% positive outcome.  As far as cost, the original cost covered all my treatment even though I required additional surgery and a very extended recovery.  All services after the surgery were performed at no additional cost.

    I won't be returning to Western Reserve. Overall it was a very aggravating experience and took many visits to get both my contact lens and glasses prescription correct. I've been getting my eyes examined for 30 years and I've never run into the problems I encountered here. The doctor was very short with me and kept doubting my concerns all throughout the exam. She seemed annoyed and very rushed. I had to go back for numerous fittings only to find out that both of my prescriptions were too low. This office is also very pricey and I ended up paying a lot out of pocket.

    I felt the exam was very brief and not thorough enough. I ordered contact lenses from there, was told they'd be in in a few weeks and when I didn't hear from them, I called to follow up and they had forgotten to place the order, so I needed to wait another few weeks to actually receive the contacts.

    I am totally satisfied with their services and their pricing is probably in line with everybody else. They are very good as far as the way they deal with people and the waiting time for the glasses and so forth. I would use them in future and would recommend them.

    I have been going to them for four years. I have gone to get my new glasses and adjustments. There was a woman there that gave me attitude because I came in to adjust my glasses re-adjusted. She didn't like the fact that I had to come back. It is a free service but I would have paid for it if I needed to. I just didn't like her attitude or rudeness. The actual doctor is fine. I have only seen him a few times. It is easy to schedule an appointment there. They didn't make my glasses how I wanted them. There was some kind of a misunderstanding. I am seriously thinking about switching to another place.
