For long distance moves which is what my family did, would not recommend Mount Up. They are not setup well for unexpected complexity that generally goes along with the moving process. Ultimately, their level of professionalism and responsiveness just does not match up to other moving companies.

Being relocated by some of the very best professionals in this industry is one of the most fantastic experiences you can ever have. It gives you the feeling that besides you, some people else have respect for your property. It is happier to realize that they are willing to do everything just to ensure the safety and property of all that you value. Such is the feeling I had when I was recently moving to OH from VA. A good job was done and I really liked. I would like to recommend them

I have one complaint; yet, it went extremely well, and yes, I give them high praise and over 5 stars other than my complaint. You could not find better gentlemen to do the work than Rick and Romeo. They were friendly, quick, careful, and professional. My only complaint is my fault for not reading all the details and confusing them with another who states they do refund unused time. I paid for 2 people for 2 hours @ approx. $225.00 to $250.00 for the time ... I think it was .... plus $60.00 > a $30.00 each tip. These guys were so great, it took less than an hour, so I asked Hire a Helper if they would work with me on a refund for the remaining 75 minutes or give me a deal to have the guys come back and move things in the mess left in the basement to move everything down to the basement (with me paying, but to cut me a deal since I paid for time unused. I was told simply No, so that's that. UPDATE 3-8-18 I have already reviewed these fabulous people; yet, I want to do an update. Even though it was my fault for not reading the details, they DID work with me on the extra hour paid, and I appreciate that. When you find a good honest person, they deserve all the extra praise we can give them! I need to read how to nominate them for an Angie's Award. They have been very patient with me also since I've had to change the day a couple times. They're coming back next week for 3 hours to help me get out of a mess a contractor left looking like the rooms were ransacked. I can't wait to see the hardwood floors in my house again that Mother and Daddy always kept spotless.

When I spoke to the person from Bright Eyed Movers on the phone he said they were to busy to go out to the home and give actual quotes. They did phone estimates based on the preparedness of my parents. I told him that we were trying to get quotes (which have limits as to how much more can be charged) from three different movers who would also be packing the house. If they were packing the house preparedness wouldn't be an issue. I repeatedly told him that I really needed a written quote and already had two movers set up to meet with us next week. He said that he couldn't guarantee that they would have anyone available to come out but if they did, they would call me. I got so frustrated with the whole process of a phone estimate without limits because he has never seen the house, that I finally said, "if you don't want our business, I will find another mover on Angie's List to get a quote from". He was again insistent that they could do a phone estimate based on my parents preparedness. I finally told him not to bother as I wasn't looking for a guess sight unseen from a company that was going to be responsible for packing and moving everything in their home. I gave up an hung up. They potentially lost somewhere between $10,000-$12,000 move because all they want to do is give phone estimates sight unseen. Totally unacceptable. We moved last summer and interviewed several companies, all of which sent someone from the company who walked the house and gave us or emailed us a very specific quote with a very specific parameter of overage they would be allowed to charge. I am not willing to have someone give me a guestamite over the phone with no guarantees that they couldn't double the cost when they come out to move them. My parents have 3,700 square feet plus my father's workshop and the screened porch to move. It is absolutely ridiculous to assume you can even give a close estimate over the phone for packing and moving their home. Very frustrating. 8/8/2017 UPDATE: HE TRIED TO STRONG ARM ME TO TRY TO GET ME TO TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN, AND I REFUSED. HE SAID I WAS RUINING HIS BUSINESS!!

Andrews Moving and Storage were right on target with their estimeates and in completing the job, unlike D&D Moving, who quoted a job, then could not commit to the dates we needed. Not only did Andrews meet the necessary dates, but their service and treatment of their customer far exceed that of D&D Moving, who actually insulted me in a follow up conversation.

Upon dealing with D&D's office, there was no resolution possible. They and made bookings between the time the estimate was done, when I confirmed to him that he had the job on the Thursday, and finally on Friday afternoon. When I finally got Derrick on the line directly, he first said that I had "given his office staff a hard time because of the dates". I explained to him directly that there had been on indication from him on Tuesday when he gave the estimate, nor on Thursday when I told him he had the business, that there would be any problem with the timing. In fact, all dates were clearly stated on the estimate. He proceeded to push back on me that there had been no contract signed, and I had given no indication that he would have the job. He said further that he gives estimates all the time that never get responded to, so they have to schedule bookings when they come in. I explained again that there was no indication that this may happen, never told to let him no by that afternoon, or the next day, or whenever. I even told him on the day of the estimate that I would have a decision in the next day or two, and still, not indication of any problem with booking to meet our time line. To add further insult, Derrick insulted me personally by saying I mistreated my wife while going through the estimate process. I would approach this company with caution if this is how they treat their customers or potential customers.

Honestly, my experience with Krupp Movers was the best part of my entire move. EJ, David S, Matt R, Vernon were professional, punctual, fast, and otherwise just really good guys. Another reputable moving company estimated 8 hours for this move, but these guys got it done in 6! On time and under budget. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, they didn't break a single thing or scratch a single wall. I never write reviews because, well, I just don't like to. These guys did so great though, I couldn't not tell everyone how awesome they are.

It was a great move! Our realtor recommended D & D Moving and we're glad they did. They sent James' crew of four and two trucks. We had two drop offs with items to my son and daughter about a mile away. Everything went very smoothly. The men were VERY neat and clean and worked fast. Because of their speed the cost was well under the quote. Very highly recommended.

The 4 movers, Cory, Chuck, Dan, and Kevin, showed up on time, worked in pouring rain, had an 11 hour day, were extremely professional the entire time, didn't get a stain on our white carpet, or a scratch on our white walls. Would highly recommend Leader's Moving and especially that crew.

We recently used Integrity Moving and Storage to move us from Columbus, OH to Hudson, OH. This was a great experience from beginning to end. David came out to look at our house and belongings and give us a quote. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the company and how they operate. After obtaining another quote, we decided to go with Integrity. David was quick to respond to my questions through both email and phone calls. Robert, Huston, Darius, Keith, James M., and Christian arrived on time the day of the move, with two trucks as planned. They introduced themselves, we showed them around the Columbus house, and they got to work. They were respectful to us and themselves the entire time. They were focused on safety for each other, and handled our belongings with care. About an hour into the move, they let us know they were taking a 5 minute break, and then they were right back at it. The loading took about 2 hours, then there was a 2.5 hour drive to the new house, and they took half an hour for lunch (which we weren't charged for). The unloading in Hudson took about 2 hours, and again they let us know they were taking one 5 minute break. Once at the new house, we asked them for two extra things, to move a wood burning stove for us, and move one large chair upstairs from downstairs, and they had no hesitation with helping out. The original quote was for 6 movers, 2 trucks and estimated at 10-11.5 hours. But these guys got it done in 6.5 hours, so we were very happy with that! We packed ourselves and my husband took apart all the major furniture prior to arrival, which helped with the time it took the movers, but these guys definitely hustled and were efficient. We will definitely use Integrity again on future moves.
