    I went to the office with an appointment to find a new doctor. The office staff was rude and unprofessional. I left before my appointment as I didn't want to communicate with the office staff in the future.

    It went well. He was happy. He can get right in when he needs an appointment quickly. They explain everything. If he has a question he can email them after an appointment-it appears she checks her email once day.

    Dr. Bennett was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about my condition. She answered all the questions I had about further followup and any problems I should watch out for. I will go to her for annual urology checkups and hopefully there will be no further problems.

    She's very responsive and listens. She would refer you out to a specialist if she has any questions about your health. She takes the time to listen to you and you feel like you're her only patient even though there's probably a whole waiting room full of people. They're always friendly, but they do have out-of-date magazines

    One instance, I was very ill and taken to  the emergency room. Other than nausea and vomiting, the ER physician performed testing and felt nothing was wrong. They were about to discharge me when Dr. Nemer saw me in the ER and admitted me stating that he will get an accurate diagnosis and alleviate my symptoms. He had his suspicions and ordered the appropriate testing. I was diagnosed as having a stroke and was being transferred to the intensive care unit when Dr. Nemer again saw me that day, escorted me to the ICU, and assured me that he would be there and I would be provided excellent care aiding in my recovery.

    He has a good bedside manner, he seems to be a very caring doctor, he watches over his patients pretty carefully, and he works with you.  One of the things that keeps us coming back is the fact that he listens to the patient.  The staff seems to be more interested in being out the door at 5:00 than being there for the patients.

    I was having terrible stomach pain and all test results in the ER said that nothing was wrong. My family doctor set me up with an appointment to see Dr. Ferraro very quickly to do an exploratory surgery. He found that my appendix was inflamed and removed it. He was excellent during the preop appointment, before surgery and the follow-up. Although I didn't get to talk to him after the surgery, he talked to my family in the waiting room and explained everything to them in great detail. The experience couldn't have been any better and my angry appendix is all gone!!

    They work with my insurance, which is an advantage. They are super! I make an appointment, they honor it, and provide health service. I have had them refer me to specialists when needed. It is expensive and is not negotiable, but my insurance covers it. They are not good at answering the phone or calling me back.

    Everybody there is good. We like the primary care physicians there. That is why I go there. It is a small office. The only thing that we don't like is that it is a bit far from our place, but it is not that far to make a change.

    I am 2 1/2 years post diagnosis of breast cancer, so I carry my own "set of baggage" when dealing with the health care system. I value communication, caring, and knowledge and look for those qualities in the physicians I choose. Dr. Kaforey has a wonderful bedside manner and answers questions in an understandable, relaxed way. She genuinely cares about her patients. She is knowledgeable and thorough. I was looking for a doctor with all of her attributes and qualifications. I am pleased to report that she fits the bill! I highly recommend Dr. Kaforey.
