  • As before when I reviewed them, they not only got the job done, but these are sincerely good people who care. It's winter. It's freezing. My furnace stopped working. I bundled up, put my puppies in their sweaters, turned the space heaters on, and called them ASAP. They fit me right in. The men who came out were, as always, friendly, very professional, and nice to have working in the house. A part was needed that could have taken a couple days to receive; yet, they went and got it, and were back within a couple hours ... and then, there was heat! They are highly professional and skilled. What sets them above so many others though is that they are also honest, kind, and caring people who go out of their way to make sure the customer is safe and comfortable.

  • Our furnace went out on a Sunday night. On Tuesday morning another company determined that the fix on our 20 year old furnace would cost $600-800. We decided to replace the furnace instead. I got quotes from 3 companies. The low cost vendor who had been out kept changing recommendations and would not give me a model number that I could use to find the equipment online. Leigh worked through questions and quotes with me over the phone for comparison and was patient through my research and learning process. I made a decision on Wednesday mid-day to go with Leigh because my third quote for the same equipment and services was $1,000 higher. Our installation started the next day. We also had the AC replaced to avoid the same issue with equipment failure when the temperatures rise.

  • Hired Choice Aire to install a complete home HVAC System (Furnace, AC, Humidifier, Thermostat, etc). They are a Bryant equipment dealer, which is basically same as Carrier (sister-company). Eric, the owner, is the main contact. Company seemed big enough to be there if needed in emergency, but not too big where it's a constant parade of different/new people... dealing with the owner directly was nice too, part of the reason I went with them as well. Installed: - Bryant "Preferred" 96% efficient, 2 stage, variable speed, 100,000 BTU furnace - Bryant "Preferred" 3.5 ton, 13 SEER 1 stage AC - Aprilaire #600 Humidifier - Cor Wi-Fi Thermostat - Plus all the other needed various supplies/equipment to install the new system. Been installed for about a week. Everything appears to be great. The install looks extremely clean and well done... but that's about all I can really go off of at this point. The crew was very nice, professional and made sure to not leave a mess in any way. They do have to return in a couple days to install the new thermostat as my current wiring to the thermostat area needed some adjustments to be made. They promptly followed up to set up that return date to install the thermostat once the part they needed to order came in... without me having to call them to see what the status was. Definitely glad we chose them for the job and would recommend them. *** Just a note on pricing, I opted for the standard 1-year labor warranty and not the 10-year labor warranty.

  • It turned out to be a simple fix and the technician used the extra time to check out the system fully. He also looked up my furnace and told me that due to some issues with the model I have, I'm eligible for a rebate from Carrier when I replace the unit.

  • In this freezing weather, my furnace stopped yesterday, and with the luck I've had recently, I was worried to call anyone. I went to Angie's List and saw another of the TOP Providers (as is Brandon) who actually recommended Brandon Heating and Air Conditioning. As busy as they were, they were booked until tomorrow; yet, they said they would try to fit me in, and someone was here by 3:00 today. He (Josh) was certainly professional and knowledgeable to the point he knew immediately what the problem was; yet, he also was so kind and pleasant to have in the home. Not only are the dogs and my frozen nose warm again, but to have good people do a job well and in such an honest and pleasant manner, they added a warm feeling to the day!

  • It's always been a positive experience. They came out and replaced a hot water heater on Thanksgiving day. We had a house full of company. They came out, not a question and they've had our business ever since. I suspect they aren't the cheapest around. I would absolutely use them again. We've used them for so many services, we use them for the yearly maintenance.

Their technicians take the time to do thorough cleanings and explain any issues they find. They show up on time for appointments and use shoe covers in our home.
