    Michael was very easy to work with. He provided great explanations of the work, showed up on time and worked quickly to get the work done. The results are great. No more mold and the source of the mold an incorrectly venting bathroom exhaust was rerouted correctly through a goose neck vent via the roof.

    Very well. Fast response, technician was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and very respectful of us and our home. Work was done, and cleaned up better than I expected it to be (that is, as well as or better than I would have ). The installation is crisp - everything is plumb, joints well done and neat, holes sealed cleanly.

    Robert got in touch with me as soon as my original review showed up yesterday, and showed me that he sent a response within a couple of days of the original request for quote. He did his best to get me back as a customer, and show that he did provide what we agreed on, at the right time. Not sure where that original email went, but probably went into my spam folder while I was on vacation. We're good now, so please ignore my "D" review from January 15. (My word of advice is to always follow up a quotation with a quick phone call if you don't hear back from a customer. That prevents email issues like this from turning into problems.)

    I am extremely disappointed in Airguard's inability to keep information straight. Robert came out to my house to look at some mold in my bathroom and to give an estimate for its removal, along with the installation of a bathroom fan/light unit. I was given a quote and accepted. Soon after, in an e-mail to Robert, I asked him if a unit would be provided or if I had to supply one myself since things were not clear. He told me I would have to purchase one. No problem there. I made my purchase and waited for the install date. The day of the service, they screwed up my time with another customer. We had to reschedule, but I was the one who had to call to ask what was going on when nobody had shown up or even called after over 30 minutes. On the day of the reschedule, one of Robert's contractors came to install the unit that THEY had brought with them. My wife was home for the appointment, so she had to call me at work so I could talk to the guy and figure out what was going on. Long story short, the guy that came was told by his boss (Robert? I'm not sure) that they were to install their own unit, and that they were not told to do any drywall work. Robert confirmed to me in an e-mail that they would be installing MY unit and going through the ceiling and attic, and out through the roof for the ventilation. When I explained this to the guy that came, he had no idea what I was talking about despite the fact that I had a written quote and e-mails from Robert confirming what would be done. I don't blame the person who came to do the job, as he was just doing what he was told by his boss. Unfortunately, he was given incredibly wrong information. I told him to cancel the service. I was really looking forward to having this done, and now I need to find another company to do the job.

    David got the radon testing equipment to the property two days in advance so I could get results on the day of the inspection. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain all of his findings to me along with suggestions for bringing things up to code/correcting problems. He also let me know what findings were problematic versus common. He has an easy manner and was receptive to my questions. He found high radon levels, carpenter bees and several safety/health issues with the house. While we only used a few of these for further negotiations, it give me peace of mind to know we can fix the remainder of the problems ourselves because we know about them. I would use him again and refer him to my friends and family.

    Dave went beyond our expectations when doing the home inspection. He has also been very responsive with any pre or post inspection questions. He found a few health and safety issues that is changing the whole course of negotiations such as attic mold and that the toilet drain pipe is not angled correctly. If the seller of the home will not remedy the issues Dave found with this home inspection we will gladly use him and plan to use him for our next home inspection.

    It went on pretty well. Dave is very nice and patient. He is professional and will explain to you all the issues and provide corresponding suggestions. The report comes out pretty fast. That's why I hired him twice. If next time I need to purchase a house, I will probably hire him again. BTW, the price is very reasonable especially after the 10% coupon.

    Dave was great -- he was extremely thorough and gave us great details on the home we are in the process of purchasing. When he encountered conditions that were not as they should be, he explained them fully and gave us referrals for services so we could follow up as needed. We had the inspection report emailed to us within the day. When I emailed with follow up questions on an issue, he was responsive and made sure we had the information we needed.
