    Several seasons with good results.  Realistic expectations of therapy were described.  Additional options and therapies at home offered.  A set time course for therapy described at beginning of treatment and this was followed, not dragged on.

    From start to finish, this business was disorganized and unprofessional. I tried making an appointment online and their online scheduling system wasn't working. When I tried to call to book, I was told that I could not make an appointment on the phone (???) and that I had to make it on the website. I was finally able to do this and received two email confirmations to remind me of my scheduled massage. When I showed up for my appointment, I had to wait ten minutes to be acknowledged,and was then told that I couldn't have my service completed. When I asked why, it was explained that only couples massages were being performed that day. When I asked why I hadn't received a phone call to cancel, Sherrie told me that they didn't have my phone number (not true I had to submit this information when scheduling in the first place). She went on to say that they had been having trouble with the phones recently and perhaps that was the problem (they also had my email address but didn't try to cancel that way either). To make matters worse, she basically tried to blame me for the scheduling issue. "Didn't you see the advertisement for couples only on the website?" She then asked why I hadn't booked a couples massage and brought my husband with me to the appointment. When I explained that he was at home watching our newborn she told me I should have brought them both with me. Seriously? If you're going to implement an online booking service, insist that customers use it, and send confirmations of a booked appointment you need to hold up your end of the bargain. End of story. As I was leaving, Sherrie told me that she would call me that evening to figure out what had happened and why I had been scheduled when I shouldn't have been. Very interesting, seeing as how she had just told me that they didn't have my phone number. I was told that I could have 30 minutes added to the service for free if I were to schedule for another time, but for me this is not an acceptable solution. It took me longer than 30 minutes to drive to and from my rejected appointment! I am appalled at this company's lack of professionalism and the way I was treated. As a new mom and graduate school student it is very difficult for me to find extra time in my schedule. Instead of being relieved of stress, I left feeling worse than when I had arrived. For the purposes of clarity, a Groupon was purchased in the amount of $32 for a one hour swedish massage valued at $85. I will be requesting a refund from Groupon and suggest that anyone else who purchased one do the same.

    Dr. Rai is my physician and he has done an excellent job.  He performs back and neck adjustments and then provides electrical stimulation therapy.  He has progressively given me more exercises to do to strengthen my muscles.   He has a very positive attitude, answers questions well and is very encouraging.  The best thing is that my neck pain is gone and most of my back pain has disappeared as well.  And I am willing to drive from Hudson to North Royalton because of his excellent care.   The only down side is that initially I have had to go 3 times a week from January through March and then am down to 2 times a week in April and May.  Shortly I will go down to 1 times per week.   But the upside is Dr Rai's care,  it is easy to get an appointment after work and the staff are friendly and professional.  I would highly recommend this doctor.

    My wife called to ask if they would honor our Angie's List "Big Deal" coupons (one for my wife and one for myself) beyond their expiration date and were told by a man that answered that they would. She asked if we could think about what date would work best (we planned to do the massages at the same time) and get back to him and he indicated that wouldn't be a problem. Then when we called to schedule, the owner answered and said we were out of luck because the coupons had expired!! Had we been told this on the first call, we were prepared to adjust our schedules to get the massages. Thankfully, Angie's List was much more understanding and immediately refunded our money.

    I went there for minor aches and pains. She makes you sign a waiver incase it hurts while it is being done which wasn't the case at all. It's quiet and she plays music. She is very outgoing.
