Remodeling the second bathroom and both Richard and Brian are a excellent team to work with. Their attention to detail and quality of craftmanship is just outstanding. I am glad I reached out to Dayton Home and Remodeling because the company has great people to work with and Richard's work is simply marvelous.

The price was very good and the services provided were Excellent. The husband/wife team that did the kitchen worked hard and fast, I was fully satisfied. Richard did my two bathrooms, he went above and beyond, was a hard worker, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend these folks.

We had an old pipe in the kitchen wall rust and burst leaking water everywhere. Morris Remolding and Repair fixed the pipe and water damages making sure mold would not surface. Installed new tile flooring we chose replacing the water damaged wood flooring. Decided to remodel the kitchen during the repairs. So we asked Morris Remolding and Repair to install new counter tops with tile back splash. Mike the repairman did an excellent job we love our kitchen! Would highly recommend this company. We just hired them on to do more remodeling in the home we just bought. Including a new archway, pantry and painting the interior of our house. Mike is a super friendly and knowledgable guy. Really cares about making his customers happy. Prompt and professional.

I decided to go with Plumbing Installers after having issues with the plumbing that needed to be fixed, where I then decided to have the bathrooms remodeled by them. Unfortunately I did not get a positive customer experience with the remodeling effort. Attention to detail is not something that was a main priority with the remodeling work that was done to the bathrooms, as things were not aligned/centered properly and just generally some sloppy work. Some of the problems were due to issues with the house, but they didn't even try to find a solution to make things right. And when I asked them about it after the work was done, they just brushed me off like it wasn't worth their time to do a professional, quality job. They rushed us into making decisions and even selected some of the remodeling items themselves, without us realizing what they were doing before it was too late. They did good on the plumbing, and I might recommend them for that, but I would still be quite hesitant to recommend them for any remodeling work. I got no response whatsoever from the owner about the concerns/issues I had during or after the work was done, even though I tried to contact him several times. Unfortunately I wish I just would have went with someone else, it was a disappointing experience in that they were not professional in all aspects of the job.
Update 7/18: I felt that I should provide an update to my review for anyone considering hiring Plumbing Installers for work in their home. I had issues from the work that Plumbing Installers did, based on poor workmanship, that I wanted them to fix. They initially ignored me and then when they finally addressed them, they simply dismissed them. They then tried to pay me off with a low sum of money where they wanted to be no longer liable for any issues incurred from the work that they did and they also wanted their warranty to be voided. I originally thought that the money offered was for me to pay for someone else to fix the issues I have from the work Plumbing installers did and the warranty would still be maintained for everything else not taken care of with that money. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. They do not honor their warranty as stated, as well as the no quibbles guarantee listed on their website. They are deceitful and unprofessional when it comes to the consumer and them following their own business standards they have listed on their website. They basically wanted to pay me off to let them off the hook from any current/future issues and to prevent me from stating the truth about the job they did. This not a company which one should consider hiring if they want a quality, professional job done as well as having coverage for the work they do in case something goes wrong.

we were fortunate to get richard peyton (who was a "one man band" ) to do the extensive job. the work included the installation of new roof vent and complete tear out/re-install of our shower, vanity and fixtures. The work was done during sometimes cold weather. regardless, richard showed great perseverance and dedication. plus he proved to be a first rate painter.
Because of his attention to detail we refer to him as a craftsman instead of a worker.
bottom line: we are highly pleased with richard's work.

Pete (the actual contractor) did a great job!  I am incredibly please with the outcome.  He had to run plumbing and electric into the area and it looks great!
My only caution is there was a couple of months between the time we contracted with them and the start of work.  I had to call Brian (the scheduler/co-owner) rather than him keeping me abreast of the schedule.  I was glad that whenever I called him he did answer his phone or call me back.
Overall I would definitely recommend them for bathroom remodels and installations.  They really know what they are doing and the outcome is professional.

They arrived on time, completed all the work quickly, and did more than expected.  Example: the old light fixture never stayed straight due to wiring box not being flush with wall; the electrician corrected this problem by replacing with a new box.  Also, the wires on the sockets and switches were extremely twisted inside the wiring box, and he took the time to correct that problem too.  I will be using them again soon to fix some other outlets that are not working.

We had our upstairs bathroom gutted and completely remodeled. Richard was the person doing the work. He was very thorough and paid attention to every detail. It did take a little over 3 weeks but the results were more than worth it! Richard acted as if he was remodeling his own bathroom. He cared and worried about every detail and that it was perfect. I highly recommend Dayton Home Remodeling and am now having them remodel our kitchen.

They accomplished the first two steps of the deck very professionally: they set 6"x6" posts 36" deep in concrete and then built the frame with bolts and joist hangers and screws. The foundation of the deck is built very well.
The deal was that I wanted a deck built with screws; no nails. The floor of the deck was laid using a nail gun and then screws were added at each joist. The balusters were attached with the nail gun, starting with staples. When that went badly they switched to nails, but left the section of stapled balusters in place.
The wood that Prather used was extremely poor quality. Several 4x4 posts were split when they finished. One 4x4 had 5 saw blade chips from the mill and they chose to use it anyway. Several of the floor boards are already split. There are several large knot holes in inopportune places on hand rails and floor boards.
The steps to the ground were all 6.5" per code, except the last one was 11.75". They forgot to properly route a high speed data cable that was in the work area and chose to leave it laying across the deck and doorway. (Now it's my responsibility to have it reinstalled correctly). They also did not reinstall the siding properly around the deck work.
At no time did Prather call into question our original deal of building with screws only. They just decided to leave it as installed. They did return and correct the siding issue. They replaced two floor boards that were badly split. They also raised the ground to make the final step navigable. Mr. Pather also decided to give me a 9.5% discount off of the original price to compensate for the issues.
The Prather motto is "Quality work done right the first time." I do not believe that they lived up to that motto and I would not recommend them to my friends or neighbors.
