    The House Doctors
I knew I was a fan of Kim when she first came to the house to give us an estimate.  She was personable, friendly, honest, and driven.  She has since remained involved as the team assigned to our home has gotten used to the routine, troubleshooting issues when they arose.  We had a cleaning team that serviced our home for five years and, when they retired, we were sure we'd never find anyone as good again, but it's safe to say that these folks do it BETTER.  Our house hasn't looked this clean since we first moved in, the attention to detail is extraordinary, and Kim truly goes overboard to ensure that the customer is pleased with their work.  I've heard of folks going the extra mile, but Kim goes an extra football field to make sure things work out right.  The cost per visit is a little outside of our affordability range right now, but Kim is working hard to find ways to get the enormous job that our house entails done in less time so that the cost comes down in the long term.  She does this with resourcefulness and determination, and yet never compromises quality in the process.  I cannot recommend The House Nurses enough.

    DIAMOND SPARKLE CLEANING
Kimberly is a dependable employee. She always comes on the day agreed on. She is willing to juggle her schedule when I have special needs.  She is a kind and caring person who also talks a lot.  She will usually follow special requests and suggestions I have for specific cleaning needs. She has cleaned for me every other week for 7 years.

    Giant Eagle Inc - Cleveland
I go to Giant Eagle because of its convenience.  I like it because they give me double coupons, so I can save some money there.  They give me fuel perks when I spend a certain amount, and I can get some amount off per gallon of gasoline at a gas station.  That is a very nice thing.   They usually have what is there in there ad.  It is not like some other stores one goes to where what is on the ad is not available; whereas at Giant Eagle, they are usually in stock.  Once in a while it could be out, but for the most part I can count on the sale items being there.   The people are friendly for the most part.  These are the reasons to go there.  I would go back to them next week.  There are two things that I do not like about this grocery store, of which the first one is the how their parking lot is.  At other places, the parking is more angled, and each line in the parking lot would be a one-way; it would be an angle parking. However, at Giant Eagle, it is a two-way parking. It is very hard to pull into the spots like that.  The spots are not that big, and it is difficult.  I always have to do two maneuvers to park in.  If it wasn’t angled, it would have been much, much, much better.  Their old location was with an angle, but when they built this new store, they did it this way. I do not know why they did it.  I hate it.  To me, angle parking is much easier. I need not worry about cars coming down one-way when I am backing up.  I look the other way, but don’t really have to be concerned too much about cars coming the wrong way. It is just easier.  I don’t know why they changed it.  The is one thing, and the other thing that I do not like is, when I am coming out of the grocery store, they do not have metal plates by the sidewalk towards the parking lot.  These metal plates have big bumps on them and it is difficult to maneuver with a shopping cart.  When there is a lot of grocery, something always falls out.  I have to hold my arm around it to make sure nothing falls out.  It is just irritating.  I don’t understand the purpose for it. These are two things that are very frustrating.   I have complained to people at the store and voiced my opinion, but I guess that doesn’t matter. I feel like going out with a jackhammer and breaking up those metal plates, but that is about it.

    HANSON SERVICES INC
At first I was very pleased with Maria who is the companies lead manager. I felt comfortable, and assured that every aspect would be handled, and she would be making unannounced visits to assure everything was being take care of as promised. She never once made an inspection. I finally complained that the cleaning was not being performed as expected. She informed her employee by phone; who then in turn confronted my wife when she got home from work about what Maria had said to her. The following day the employee did not report for duty, and did not call to let anyone know she was not coming over. I told Maria I did not want that person over again, and Maria agreed to send out another person. The next care work was a delight to have. She did a great job. The only draw back was she helped her self to Pop and Lunch, and Snacks when she was here. I guess I just wasn?t expecting to have to feed her as well. The real problems with this service occurred with the evening help. One employee did not come, or call at all, another was late several times, and the straw that broke my back was an employee over an hour late, and then taking cat naps around the house while my mother tried to manage my father by herself. This company also had problems with their billing department. They would bill us accordingly, but were up to a month late in submitting reimbursement statements to our long term health care providers. This caused us to constantly have to adjust bank accounts to accommodate their bad practices.
