    CASSIE'S GROOMING
Cassie is the best groomer we've ever had for our dog, in 6 years. She was able to take our double-coat dog and make it so that she barely shed for several weeks. It was amazing, and we'll use Cassie again.

We have been with them for years through 3 different dogs but I rely on them very much. I do think that they have gotten a little expensive. We have black labs and they are just like members of the family.

I feel like I go once a week. I have three dogs, so I'm constantly calling them about one problem or another. On the price, I think they're all expensive. I'd have to give them a B, but there's no way I would go anywhere else, I've been going there for 40 years. I'm sure there are vets that charge less, but you get what you pay for. I'd rather spend the extra money and make sure that my dogs are given quality care because my dogs are everything to me. I would use them again, probably next week.

Cori Wilson is a wonderful groomer. She is very knowledgeable and treats your pet with a lot of TLC. I have a 12 yr old Shih Tzu that is very anxious at the groomers. He loves Cori and goes right to her now when he is groomed. He has a lot of allergies and skin issues but Cori has helped him with recommending special shampoo that has really improved his skin. I highly recommend her.

It's just like a daycare and a kennel.  We use them all the time.  My dogs have been going there since they were puppies and they love it.  Every time, they're super excited to be dropped off.  They come back tired and well cared for.

Took dog there multiple times and he had a great time while he was a puppy. Now that he is older and needs more attention, it is not a good pick. They do not offer any 1:1 personal time like other places around Columbus. So, good for social dogs and horrible for others...

I really like that they keep daily logs and can tell me how my pets are eating, behaving, etc. My cat has a sensitive stomach and they could tell me if she got ill on any day. upon pickup they provide a short summary of the stay and that is awesome! They had no problem administering the cat's medication. They were pretty accommodating when we had to pick up our pets a day late due to unexpected travel changes.

They are very personable with the animals. Actually, our dog is a rescue. So we were not 100% sure what kind of a dog he was. We were told he was a Shepherd Husky. They didn't immediately re-issue the pills because they didn't trust the way it was weighed and they wanted to come out and see the dog and weigh him because he is a lot smaller than what he should be if he was truly a Shepherd Husky. The fact that the doctor really showed interest and concern and came out to make sure that everything was okay instead of just re-issuing his pills, I thought that was outstanding.

    Lance's Hidden Fencing
It went very well. Everyone that I worked with was very patient in answering my questions. The installation was just as explained to me. The trainer was very nice to our dog. We did have a storm with lightening that was hitting over our house the day after installation. I think that is why our fence was not working. It was quickly remedied by a repair at no charge. My only concerns are that when we tried to do follow up training, our dog just wanted to bite the leash. When we gave up on the leash and let him go, he seemed to go through the fence with no reaction. The collar was set on 4 of 10. We have since bumped it up to 6, but he has still gone through. We will continue to work with him. Since he is not yet 6 months old, we don't want him loose until he gets neutered. I would use Lance's Fencing again.

    HILLIARD VETERINARY HOSPITAL
Great! The staff was very friendly & informative, and very understanding of information inundation with a new patient. They were prompt to answer phone call questions when I had to call back later in the day.
