DPEDIATRIC PHYSICIANS INCThe doctors - especially Dr. Breen - are fantastic. We had our three children attend for several years and never had a complaint about any interactions with their professional staff. Their front office and administrative staff, however, should all be removed or retrained immediately. We left the practice because of one too many unprofessional interactions with their secretaries and billing personnel. If you decide to take your children here make sure to document every interaction with their administrative staff regarding appointments (especially!), prescriptions, and any other non-medical topic that may come up. They will almost certainly screw something up and blame it on you.- David J.

AProfessional PediatricsHave always been seen the same day for sick visits. Not a long wait once checked in. The doctors have all been there for several years and are absolutely wonderful with children of all ages! They take pride in your child's health!- Jennifer D.

DHilliard PediatricsPoorly. They wanted to charge me ten dollars for signing and stamping a form for my son's school. After I complained the staffer thankfully waived the fee but the doctors running this office shouldn't put them in such a poor position to have to ask for payment to do something that undoubtedly took under a minute to perform and should be done as a courtesy.- Edward E.

ARiverside Pediatric AssociatesI searched out the best pediatrician in Central Ohio when our son was born. All of my research brought be to Dr. Barrett. I have been very pleased with him. My son who is two and a half now loves seeing Dr. Barrett. We just received the letter I was not looking forward to in the mail a few days ago. After more than 30 years of service Dr. Barrett will be retiring in July. I am very happy for him but he will be missed. We love Riverside Pediatrics and I am hoping to stay with them but need to find a new pediatrician we love. We also have a new baby on the way that makes it more essential. Highly recommend this practice.- Blair R.

AProfessional Pediatricswe have them as my kids' pediatric doctors since my first kid was born, it was 8 years ago. Everything is good so far, we have seen all the 4 doctors in the office, doctors and nurses are good. But sometimes the waiting time is very long, we spent about 30 mins last time until we were taken to the exam room by the nurse.

AHilliard PediatricsWe've been using Hilliard Pediatrics for 16 years. Drs. Teller and Crecilius are excellent physicians as well as clinicians, they have a great rapport with my children, and they have great availability. In fact, they offer walk-in service between 8 and 9, and they offer same-day appointments if necessary. They're always available by phone, too.- Walt D.

BProfessional Pediatrics3 of the 4 doctors there are great. They have been seeing my childern for 6 years and I really enjoy the doctors. However, for the diration of those 6 yrs I have been less than impressed with the office staff and have voiced my concerns to the doctor. There are two nurses there that I feel are exceptional and I feel it is always hard for doctors to be great when their staff is not as wonderful. I have decided to leave the practice due to the office staff and am saddened to be leaving great doctors. It is difficult to schedule appt and the office staff seems to want to handle everything there way and not bring childern in. I have taken my kids numerous times to urgent care just because the office staff didn't feel they needed to be seen, but I did and I was willing to pay the office visit. It has been difficult to get forms filled out and returned in a timly fashion and they have several times left me on hold for 30 minutes or longer. Even on one occasion had a staff member place me on hold while I was mid sentence with out telling me and another person answer the phone and tell me she got busy and had to transfer the call. Thats fine but maybe tell me what you are doing not place me on hold mid sentence. I hope the practice is able to better train their office staff and become more accomidating to parents. Families will deal with the staff alot more then the doctors so it is important to have a staff that is friendly and understanding.

AProfessional PediatricsI always went up to Professional Pediatrics and I've been real happy with the doctors there. I was there a few months ago. I just have always been happy with them. I've always gotten an appointment the same day I call, early in the morning first thing. They are just very friendly and easy to talk to . I've just been happy with the care.- David L.

CEmerald PediatricsA blocked tear duct is a very common occurence with infants and pediatricians ought to be able to recognize obvious signs of infection (copious amounts of pus is a red flag). They don't know what they're doing.

AHilliard PediatricsOverall, the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I like that they have two waiting rooms for sick and well children. They have walk in times Monday-Friday, so you don't have to wait for an appt. with a sick child. They also are courteous and answer all your questions when you call the nurse and the on call doctor no matter the time- day or night.- Debra K.
