    9 Trees Landscape Construction
Everything turned out beautifully. My patio was 16 years old and almost looks brand new..Although rated price as a B it is because I know I could have done cheaper thru other companies ..The work completed was fantastic and sometimes you pay for quality and professionalism. I would recommend them to others and would reuse them in future

    My Yard Guy
I met with the owner and walked him through my yard to show him the issues I was dealing with (uneven ground, poor grading, patchy grass coverage, dead bushes and trees, and worn down pathways where dogs constantly run). We decided that the ENTIRE yard needed graded with soil and then seeded. We also agreed that he would remove 7 arborvitaes, 1 large dead bush, and cut another large stump to the ground. I also sent him photos of what I wanted my gravel walkway to look like and he responded that he could do that for me. He and his crew arrived and worked on my yard for about 6 hours. They added some soil and graded about 1/4 of my yard and took out the trees and bushes (left the stump he was supposed to saw down). He asked to be paid in cash halfway through the job so that he could pay his workers. They came back after lunch with gravel and just dumped it in the yard and said he would come back another day and add the brick edging. The correct way to lay a gravel path is to dig the path into the ground, lay landscaping cloth, add edging material, then pour the gravel in - he did none of this. He just dumped the gravel and somewhat organized it into a pathway (he took liberty with this and put it where he wanted though and did not consult me on the changes he was making to our plan). I have honestly never seen such poor workmanship in my life. I called him the next morning to discuss my concerns with the project and he was completely surprised that I wasnt happy with the job and said that he would do what he could to remedy the situation. I didnt hear from him for a few days after that, so I had 2 other lawn professionals come out and both told me that I should not let Tyler (My Yard Guy) back to fix anything because it was clear that he didnt know what he was doing. I told Tyler that, after speaking to other professionals and realizing how far off our expectations were, I thought it would be best for him to return the $500 I paid and come pick up the gravel. He negotiated to return half of what I paid and promised to return my money and pick up the gravel by EOB that Wednesday. He never showed up to return my money or to take the gravel. I have tried contacting him through texting, calling, and social media several times and he has refused to answer my messages and then blocked my number. He has made no attempt to remedy this situation and I am now planning to take legal action against him. I have never worked with a more unprofessional person in my life and am going to work very hard to make sure that no one else gets scammed out of money and work like I have.

    9 Trees Landscape Construction
The planning , work and care for the property was excellent. the crew was on time, careful in caring for the existing lawn and landscape and meticulous in cutting and laying the stone. We did not have one problem or complaint with the installation. I looks beautiful and we will definitely use them again for any future expansion. Bob

    9 Trees Landscape Construction
Everything went very well. Even when they had a few surprises during the build, the extra costs were very reasonable. Manager and crew communicated with us the entire project and were extremely professional. For lawnmowing, mulching, and general landscaping, 9 Trees was responsive, reasonably priced, and completed everything with the highest quality. We highly recommend 9 Trees.

Very well! Dennis knows and loves trees. He did an excellent job trimming and thinning numerous trees in the yard. Dennis cleaned up and hauled away all the cuttings. I would definitely hire him again!

    A Treemendous Design
Superb, outstanding, could not be more pleased with the company. Prompt, professional communication from initial contact, through estimates, a busy summer, all the way to a clear how-tos for me to perform the proper basic maintenance. Lovely design appropriate for my modest needs, work areas are tidy. Today is the day after, and it looks like the plants have always been there.

    LeValley Lawn & Tree Service
They do the mowing, they do the trimming of shrubs and stuff, kind of general landscaping service. They are always, absolutely outstanding, and I'd recommend them to anybody who's looking for lawn service. They've got two teams, but there's one that specifically services our neighborhood. They're the ones that are always out here except in extenuating circumstances.

    Aumiller Landscape Maintenance
Communication was tough! had to call multiple times to get an appointment and schedule a date. However once we did speak they came out the next day for an estimate, and did the job less than 2 weeks later. So that was great. Quality of work was terrific!

I got them out of Angie?s List book. They were supposedly going to do my yard this time. I am thinking about having them do my lawn this year, but no one has called me. I?m half way wanting to do it and half way not. I hate to do it till I start doing it, then I like it.
That was just the one time and there were a lot of leaves. There were more leaves than the weekend before where I had bagged 16 bags. I knew there were a lot. We?ve got a lot of trees and we don?t have a very big yard.

I think the whole thing was $180. Maybe it was $200, that?s right, because I wanted him to take the leaves away after he had gotten them, because Hilliard has a policy here where you can put them on the curbed lawn and they will come and get them, they say. I did that a couple years ago and they didn?t come for weeks and it ruined the whole yard, I had to reseed it. So, I told them I wanted it taken away. I think they charged me an extra $20 for that.

I don?t really know how to compare the price. It was maybe a little bit higher than what I thought, but I didn?t really compare it with anybody. I compare it to how much I charge me, which is zero. It wasn?t bad at all. Two weeks later, more leaves came down. I ended up doing it myself the last time. It wasn?t his fault. Actually, I think they blew in from the neighbors yards.

I never actually met them, but on the phone and everything they were very professional. He texted me. We did a lot of things by texting and he was very responsive with that. I guess the only thing if there was a rating for, I would mark him a little low, but it?s really nothing bad. It took him a while to send me the bill. I remember telling him that if he didn?t bill me pretty soon that I would use it for Christmas presents. He actually never billed me till January. I came in on the end, I know of his season when I was looking for somebody. I am sure he just got in there. It?s not bad. I mean most people wouldn?t care that they didn?t get billed.  That was my only concern, that he wouldn?t remember and then I would be mad when it came up and I saw I forget about that $200.

I was hoping he would call this year cause I have some kind of landscaping I am going to try to do either myself or have him do. I am still thinking of having him do my lawn. I do some stuff on the side and if I do the yard, it takes me half a day. Just cause I trim everything, mow and clean the mower and all that stuff. Then I usually fine other things to do outside, if I start that. It was $228.38. The Fall cleanup was $150, waste removal was $25 and mow, trim and blow was $30.

I rated them an ?A? because I was kind of in a rush and I was hoping I could get somebody that same week. When I called and he was available, like I said, he responded quickly. He was real quick. I texted him and he texted back real quick. It went back and forth till we got set up and everything and I thought that was pretty good. He did what he said and he charge me everything he said he was going to charge. The only difference was in the waste removal. He thought that Hilliard collected that stuff and he didn?t charge me for that. He left them there and that was the other thing. I called him and asked him if he could get them and he came back that same day and picked it up.

I think he was very good. I think he had a good rating on Angie?s List before. I thought he was pretty good. The best work was he was very responsive and did it. I was in the need to have someone come out and he came very quickly and the work was good. He was pretty much as good as I would have done. It was nice to come home to see no leaves on the ground.

    Following Steps Landscaping
These guys were amazing. Were very prompt and professional. Not only did they accomplish what we initially wanted them to do, they were able, in the time allotted, to trim all the way around the house, weed all of the beds of remaining weeds, rake the front yard, and bring everything to the curb. Nothing short of amazing, and all done with precision. Would definitely hire them again.
