AElite Home Remodeling IncFrom start to finish and then some, we are grateful for the work that Elite did in our home. I have my dream kitchen. Robert, Janet and their team are kind, courteous and trustworthy. We initially met Robert when we were in our first home and trying to make the decision to add on versus moving. When we opted to move and knew we wanted to redo the kitchen in our new home, we only called Robert back to do the job. Hard working, quality people who care about doing the right thing. We will definitely call them for future home projects.- Sophia M.

ACraftsmen Service CoCraftsmen Service Company was very helpful all along our remodel journey. From the initial consult and brainstorming to designing the layout (with computer renderings), to the physical work and then the finishing touches, CSC was very polite, professional and thorough. Their mobile showroom (trailer with 6 mini-kitchens of various styles) was very helpful in picking what we liked. Work was started reasonably fast, completed on time and on-budget. Cabinets installed are of high quality, with soft-close hinges and drawers, and many "bonus features" coming standard. Appropriate referrals were made to select countertop, sink and backsplash and CSC took care of the rest. During the job, our questions and concerns were always addressed to satisfaction and they were able to accommodate a few changes that had come to us as an afterthought. They were mindful to protect the carpet and living areas, especially during demolition and cabinet install. Bill, Connie, Luke, Matt, Adam and Kurt were all very helpful and professional from start to finish. We love our new kitchen and dining room! Highly recommended!- Michelle A.

AFoster's Tile & Home RenovationsMy wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work Willie and Chris did for us. I would absolutely hire them again. Below is is summary of our experience: 1. Project - We did a full remodel; new shower with extended wall on one side and all new tile/fixtures, new vanity and countertop, new floors. 2. Estimate - Rigid Tile was 1 of 6 contractors that we had come for an estimate. Willie arrived on time and was professional and friendly. We walked him through our vision of the bathroom as he took detailed notes. What I immediately appreciated was that no matter what our designs were, Willie never said something was too difficult or impossible to construct. My wife and I were grateful for that, as some of the other contractors tried to talk us out of certain design elements. Willie replied with a bid for the job within a few days. The estimate ended up beating 4 the other 5 by several thousand. Rigid Tile also beat the 6th by about one thousand. However we choose Rigid Tile because of their flexibility and willingness to work with our designs, as well as Willies friendliness and professionalism. 3. The Job - Our start date was about 6-8 weeks after the estimate. Willie and his team showed up on time for the start date. The job was scheduled for about two weeks. Throughout the process, Willie and his team did excellent work. Willie is always available by phone (seriously, he will pick up about 98% of the time), so it was easy to check in with him and ask/answer questions in real time. Willie made sure that everything was made in accordance with the design my wife and I put together. In particular, the custom tiled shower floor is especially impressive; all the other contractors wanted us to use a prefabricated base that would have been between 2.5-4.5 inches. We were looking for a base to be as flush to the ground as possible without tearing too much into the subfloor. Willie successfully did a 1.6 inch shower curb which we are thrilled about. 4. Overall - my wife and I highly recommend Rigid Tile; they dont consider the job finished until you are 100% satisfied. We are absolutely amazed by our new shower/bathroom. Willie and Chris are highly skilled and just genuinely nice guys. In fact, Willie helped me patch a whole in our drywall (that was unrelated to our project) and fixed some issues with our front door (without us even asking).- Jason A.

ARising Height UnlimitedThe project went very well. We picked out the materials on our own, the work was great, and overall the subs did a fine job, and if there was something not quite right, it was addressed and fixed to our satisfaction without any pushback or problems.- scott e.

ATime For New FlooringIt went great and he did the initial repair on a short time frame as we were getting ready for a graduation party and came back later in the summer to do the other three areas with new tile. He was great to work with! Approx $1500 for lower bathroom/foyer (165 sq ft), about $700 each for laundry room and tub area (each area about 60 square feet), $50 loose tile repair and $250 to replace 3-4 tiles on a short timeframe.- JOY B.

AThe Grout DoctorJob went great. I was planning on just re-doing some peeling caulk along the base of the shower myself but wound up accidentally ripping out grout as well. They replaced the troublesome sanded caulk, which the previous contractor swore by, with some color matched silicon caulk that is performing great. Seals were nicely done with no gaps or sinking in.- Jim G.

ATony Carifa Marble and Tile CompanyJoe and Jack were the BEST part of the renovation on our first home, which was a foreclosure. They were punctual, incredibly polite and respectful, and very detailed. They made the bathrooms look like a million bucks. Their work is so clean and so precise and so PERFECT! I cant wait to finish up some more projects around the house and I wish I could have these guys do everything, because they are literally the best. I am incredibly picky and they always made sure I was happy and were always patient with my requests. And can i just say again how incredibly polite they were! Im so incredibly happy I found these guys and have referred them to everyone and anyone! I am without a doubt a lifetime customer..thank you guys a million times over!- amirah e.

BDavey TileBrian was very accommodating working with my schedule to get the estimate and measuring done. He was also very helpful in suggesting a tile place for me to visit when I mentioned I wasn't 100% in favor of what I had originally picked out. His suggestion worked out wonderfully, I found exactly what I was looking for. There was an issue with his measurement, with caused a delay in the project when more tile had to be ordered. But he was on top of resolving the issue and made good on timely installation and other considerations. His work is A+, I rated an overall B only because of this issue.- Stacia H.

AABS Interiors of Mid-Ohio LLCAdam demolished the shower and bath. He prepared the subfloor for infloor heating and travertine tile. He installed infloor heating, new travertine on the floor and in a custom designed shower. He installed a free standing tub which required rerouting some plumbing. Adam was contracted for labor only. He went to the tile supplier with me where I purchased all the materials for the heated floor, tile and other necessary supplies. As home owner, I was responsible for the design, fixtures and vanity and top. Adam was excellent to work with. He provided appropriate suggestions which improved the design ( wainscoting) and listened to my ideas and comments. He painted the walls, ceiling and woodwork in excellent fashion. He started the job on the agreed upon date. He had over an hour drive to our house and often did not start until 9:30 or later. His work day was shortened because of that and as a result I think the job took a bit longer than he thought. Although all the tile and millwork was prepared in the garage I did experience a great deal of dust in the house which I assume was sucked in through the force air system. I was pleased that Adam attended to all the final details on my punch list. I could not be more pleased with the completed project.- Kathy P.
