    Ohio Basement Authority
They came out and removed some existing structures in our crawl space and then encapsulated it and the insulated the walls. The team was very efficient and were really nice. Id definitely hire them again.

    Stay Dry Waterproofing - Columbus
The sealing of the foundation went well, I am very pleased with that. The pipe replacement happened within a few days of them telling me they would get it done. However when they cut through the pipe, they also cut through my siding! I called the sales guy I had been dealing with, Paul, and he said he would pay for the repairs or they could send someone out. That was 1/12/19 I had a handy man ready to drywall the wall, so I had my guy fix their mistake and let them know it would be $100.00 for the repair. Paul said they would credit my credit card. It has now been 2 weeks and my I have not received my refund.

    Basement Remedy
Todd, the owner of Basement Remedy, inspecter my basement after our second flood. His knowledge of the situation and the information he provided allowed us to go back against the builder for repair/improvements. Without his help, we would have been faced with tens-of-thousands in out of pocket costs. To top it off, he wouldn't take payment and simply asked that we share our experience. So, here I am. Todd is honest; not all contractors are. Todd is also working for you, not for his wallet. I would - and I will - hire Todd and Basement Remedy without much other consideration.

    Ohio Basement Authority
Ohio Basement Authority was the only company I called and probably the only company I would trust with my basement based on their commercials and literature mailed to my home but most importantly the reviews from lots of satisfied customers. Three hours were spent with us during the initial consultation. Everything was explained in detail and all questions answered. We never felt pressured but when all facts were put in front of us, its pretty clear what needs to be done. Denial only gets you so far. A reminder email was sent out the Friday before the job was to begin. As if we could possibly forget what wed been working towards for the past 6 wksgreat time to clean your basement ;) The morning of the big day, Mike (foreman) called to let us know they were on their way and would arrive by 0730. I appreciated this because we werent expecting them before 0800. Introductions were made as soon as I opened the door. Mike allowed as much time as we needed to answer any questions and explain once again what would be done and a general timeline. Once we had our last minute questions answered, they hit the ground running. Plastic was put in the foyer and down the basement stairs to collect as much dust/dirt as possible. All our belongings were covered with plastic and the furnace was turned off to avoid dust from getting upstairs. The crew was very considerate of the homeowner during this entire process by trying to keep the basement door closed at all times to limit the noise/dust. The house does get cold (this job was done in December), not so much because of the furnace being turned off, but because they are carrying in/out heavy loads of cement/gravel and need to leave the door wide open as they do it. When I saw how hard they were working and the loads they carry, an open door didnt bother me one bit. At the end of the first day, I was told what to expect the following day. The job was finished by 11:30am on day two. At the end of the project, the plastic was all removed, the foyer floor dry mopped and doors/handles wiped off. At this point, Mike showed me the finished basement and reviewed the workings of the new sump pump. The entire project was not nearly as bad as I had envisioned but it does leave a lot of very very fine dust in the basement to clean up afterward. Dont get me wrong, the crew left the workspace spotless but there is no way they can remove 100% of this dust. It needs to be vacuumed over and over again to get it all. These guys are hard working, polite, considerate, personable and I would not hesitate to hire this company again. ***The only suggestion I would make to Ohio Basement Authority is, after day one, it would be a nice touch to lay clean plastic over the dirty plastic (foyer) so the homeowner doesnt track dust throughout their home that evening.

I can't say enough about this business and the staff who came to my home. Enos team was very professional, very particular in ensuring my home would be protected from all the jack hammer drilling/dust etc, They focused on the job at hand. Explained the process, answered my questions, cleaned up afterwards, and the cost of the project was very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about this company, Enos and his entire team, and Pat the companies owner. The work was excellent. I would strongly recommend this company for any basement repair/waterproofing.needs

Paul, the owner, was out to my house today to assess my basement. After he viewed my basement, asked a few questions, and walked the perimeter of my house outside, he told me I didn't need his services, and that I had a problem with my gutter lines. I appreciate his honesty and would definitely recommend him. Very friendly and personable guy.

    Rogers Basement Waterproofing
Paul called me back within a few hours of leaving a message and found a time for an estimate within a few days. He called to confirm before arriving promptly at the agreed upon time. After inspecting the crack and bowing in our block foundation wall, he gave tips for some external drainage improvements but said that based on the amount of movement he could observe, he didn't think his services were necessary at this time.

    Ohio Basement Authority
Tyson, Miguel and Bobby worked efficiently the two days involved. The first day was demolition and they did a good job of clearing all debris from the site. We had a dehumidifier running and an air conditioner and Tyson recommended turning the dehumidifier off to allow more slowly drying of the concrete surface poured over the perimeter drain system. The second day of the work was also done efficiently with complete clean up and hauling of debris from the area. They even washed the basement floor (while testing the drain system and pump discharge.
The crew was always courteous and professional.
