    Randal and his team are professional and the work is great each time. They make sure that the work is performed well and if an issue comes up such as a leaking window washer pump they worked with me to resolve it. They also made sure that the rear upper deck spoiler from Audi Accessories took the paint properly on my 2001 S4 Avant as well as cutting the holes in the aftermarket front bumper so that the headlight washer jets would still function. I don't go anywhere else and I recommend them to everyone that if they want excellent service and a group of people that care about what they do then this is the place to go. The price is not low but then again you pay for what you get when you go to cheaper places.

    work done appears fine. What bothers me was that my truck was full of rust particles on the floor and on the drivers seat. Also there was a stain on the paint below the fuel door that I assumed would be repaired since the rusty fuel door was repaired and this stain was about 6 inches below the door and probably caused by the rusty fuel door. It was NOT on the estimate and I did not mention it specifically during the estimate (my bad). Dropped the truck off on 8/1 and picked it up on 8/10 (they told me it would take 4 days). For me this is not a big deal since I am retired and dont use the truck too much. Somebody who need it to get to work or needed the vehicle as their main transportation would be in a bind. The work they did appears to be fine. The little details that I assume ( again my bad) would go along with this job were lacking. This is a "work truck" not a "pretty" truck I see guys drive. I maintain this truck mechanically and don't worry too much how it looks. But when I spend the money to get it fixed I expect it to be treated as if it were a Ferrari. My money spend just like the guy who owns the Ferrari. I would hope that they wouldn't have allowed and expensive sports car to go out like this. I did not mention any of this at the time I picked up my vehicle since I knew it was something I could easily handle.

    I contacted them to get an estimate to replace the power steering hoses on a 2000 Ford F-150. The gentleman said it would be around $1800. He didn't even look at the truck! I later had the vehicle repaired elsewhere for under $100. I will not use them in the future.

    They did a tremendous job! I did not see a single problem with it. They actually cleaned it up more than they had to. I'm not real good at keeping my car clean, so it looked a lot better after they finished than it did before the accident. My insurance is with Allstate and they are an approved shop with Allstate. I would take my car there even if they weren't. A plus is that the estimator works with ABC & G and Allstate approves the extra cost if it differs. So I don't have to get a check from Allstate or write one of my own. Also their Mill Run location is near where I live and it is just across the street from the Allstate collision estimate location. And Enterprise car rental has a "branch office" in the ACB & G building so I could pick up and drop off my rental there. Finally, ABC & G has "load leveling". They were scheduling two weeks ahead at the Mill Run location, but I was able to drop it off soon after I got the estimate since they were able to start work on it within a couple of days at their East Broad location. I have done this before and their quality is great no matter which location does the work.

    It started in October and extended through November. There was no cost. It was an insurance. If there was something lower than 'F' I would give them that. There was a lot of disorganization and lack of validation. Every time I went back to pick up the vehicle, there was something that they didn't fix. I didn't talk to any of the mechanics. I only worked with the service engineers. They were nice. They just didn't get the job done. It took six weeks and then ultimately, I ended up taking it somewhere else to get it fixed. I would tell a friend or family member not to use them.

    Wife's car was victim to hit and run in local parking lot.  Coming out of pocket and not very familiar with the insurance process we were apprehensive about where to go and what to do.  Our first step was to start at a local body shop that we had passed by countless times - MacDonalds Auto Body Repair.  
    From the moment we walked in the door at MacDondalds, owner Dave and his son's, were true professionals.  They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the estimate process and how to proceed with insurance company.  Their estimate was right on the money with the preferred shop our insurance company wanted an estimate from.  However, our experience at the other, local (chain/corporate) shop, was the complete opposite - rude, impersonal, pressured, etc.  
    Once the estimates were complete and the check was in the mail we went straight back to MacDonalds.  They fit us in the next business day, repairs were completed on-time, within budget, and excellent communication throughout.  The car is looking as good as new and we are relieved to have had such a great experience at MacDonalds.
    Would recommend MacDonalds to friends, families, neighbors and complete strangers.  A+ all the way around.  These guys are great and a perfect example of why supporting local, family owned business is so important.

    I was referred to Eurotech. Upon arriving for a quote, I was taken to the back. Once Joe, the owner, saw the damage, he offered to try out a new tool that he had received earlier in the day. Without charging me ANYTHING, Joe and a body shop person worked on removing a major dent in my rear panel. He then offered to quote it for a full repair if the original referrer was not able to repair it after their intervention. I felt well cared-for and not jerked around at all! Joe and his staff are a class act!

    Scheduling was easy. Took info from insurance company and set up an appt. Found additional damage and worked with the insurer to get it approved, including all OEM parts. When we got the car back it was spotless and has driven like new. All of Rife's people were polite and courteous.
