They installed the replacement battery quickly in my collectable Dilbert watch. In the past I have used them for resizing our wedding rings. Cleaning and repairing clocks for the company I was working for at the time. I have also taken in numerous battery powered watches that nobody else would even attempt to change the batteries. I have a number of Fossil Collectable watches and I will take them in when they need batteries.

The crew at Fulkerson's are top notch.  We have used them several times and had a great experience every time.

they repaired grandfather clock which had been sitting unused for several years.  we were not in a hurry so time was not an issue for the service to be done, so they asked if they could put us behind some jobs that were more immediate. when done they even came out and adjusted the clock to make sure it was functioning properly.  Repair was alittle pricey but they did warn us it might be at the higher end of their estimate.  Still, if not an heirloom would have thought hard about paying that much.

About a week later, my watch, an Elgin, started to lose time, approximately two minutes a day. I decided to give it some time to make sure it was losing time. It was. Today, I stopped in and told Fulkerson's about it. They checked the battery and said it tested good. And maybe it is. But maybe it isn't. I spent many years in electronics and know battery testers are not necessarily reliable. Having worked in  retail, the proper response should have been, "It tested good, but I changed it anyway on the chance it is defective." They didn't and would rather sacrifice a customer than the two or three dollars to keep good will.
