  1) they never called to schedule me; I finally called them after the first 2 preference dates had gone by. So we scheduled for the 3rd choice April 12th. 2) they did not show at 2 pm on 12th when scheduled; finally called them at 3 pm. The guy said his father had gone to hospital night before and his dad/mom part of the crew scheduled to come to my place. I felt I should have been called early in day (would have revised what I did for the day), but was understanding and re-scheduled. 3) On April 19th scheduled at 10:30 am - he called about 11 am and said I wasn't going to believe him, and this had never happened before, but his car broke down. We discussed and I said I still ABSOLUTELY had to have some one come that day. They showed up at 4:45 pm. 4) It was his mother/father (assumed) who came; they only worked for 2 hours and were ready to leave by 6:45 pm. I told them 4 hrs was NOT 8 HOURS as the agreement had been; they asked in broken English if they had done all I asked. My main focus was my floors, which at 72 and using a cane, I have difficulty doing. I did a quick look around. The floors were SPOTLESS, so I let them leave. 5) Later I found many dust webs through out, particularly in the Master Bedroom (I took pictures, but do not know how to upload them here) - hanging webs and items on walls not dusted nor lampshades, nor window sills. In other areas, I could tell what they had dusted versus what they had not dusted, because the areas they dusted, knickknacks were not put back as originally found, but on areas they did NOT dust, nothing was moved. Also, the cleaning was to be comprehensive including all appliances - they cleaned the microwave, but never touched my refrigerator nor my stove (which were not terrible, but both could have used a wiping out). I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FIGURE I PAID $31/HOUR FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NOT COMPLETELY WELL DONE instead of the $15.60/hr. I believe this was because they came so late and were in such a hurry to leave that they did a rush half job, so basically I paid twice as much as I should have paid.

  EIA Cleaning Services

  Up until recently EIA has cleaned my house for 2 years. Their work has been inconsistent. Karla does a good thorough cleaning job but not all of her employees do. They have broken my window blinds from being too rough...but always offered to pay to replace them. Karla was responsive if I needed to reschedule or cancel. Her cleaners were showing up late and not being honest as to how long they were actually cleaning. We werent home when they cleaned but a neighbor would let me know when they arrived and left. There were times when corners werent cleaned...or behind toilets. There were also times when there was no bleach smell at all in the bathrooms even though they claimed to be using bleach. I would return home 10-15 minutes after they finished cleaning....and no smell? Also their vacuum didnt do a good job. I had to ask them to use my Dyson. How can professional cleaners have a vacuum that doesnt do a good job? Whe I complained Karla asked how she could fix it. I requested that she be one of the ladies who cleaned my house. She agreed but after having some medical issues she could no longer do it so I had to find another cleaning company.

  Downey Clean Carpet Cleaning

  They came and cleaned the carpets. They moved nothing. A week later I had to move a piece of carpet that I have at the bottom of the stairs and it was filthy underneath it. I had then moved a chair and it was filthy as well. My furniture is all on sliders so it is very very easy to move but the did not move and clean under any of it.

  good except no english speaking person came, so it was difficult to tell what I wanted done and I did not need to be done. finally one of them called supervisor on phone. cleaning service was just fine once we got the directions established.

  The only difficulty we had was in the scheduling and when we finally did have a set date on Thursday the 16th at 3 pm, they did not make it. I had to call them at 4 p.m. to find out why they had not arrived (they should have been calling me to tell me they had been detained longer than expected on prior job). But re-scheduled it 7:30 a.m. Friday the 17th and they arrived at 7:50 a.m. They were only suppose to spend 1-1/2 hours (which equaled 6 hours for the $99), but they actually finished and left at 10:10 a.m., so were here over 2 hrs. and as I said above they actually cleaned MORE than I had requested cleaning which is why I gave them an OVERALL 'A'.

  Complete Home Services

  The first appointment made was missed by the contractor. Furthermore I was left waiting all day without being notified that the contractor was not going to show up.

  I called the provider the following day and was assured that the job would be done and that they were sorry for the inconvenience but hey had been having problems with the particular contractor that had been scheduled to do the work.

  This was seemingly a good deal so I went ahead and re scheduled the job to be done at a later date. When the scheduled date came  I waited all day for the contractor to show up and It was about 5 to 5:30 pm before the contractor showed up to do the job.

  When the contractor had finished looking over what needed to be done we were loosing daylight so I questioned the foreman if they would be able to get the job done because it was starting to get dark. He assured me that his helper worked quick and that even though he had a bad back he would help make that happen. The foreman then went up and did something on the back side of  the roof where he was out of sight for a few minutes then came back down the ladder and talked to me while shouting to his assistant to hurry because they still had the garage gutters to do.

  By that time though there was very little light left and it was completely dark by the time they had finished at the garages. For that reason I did not check the job at the garages till the following morning when I found that the contents cleaned from the gutters on the ground and apparently no cleanup around the house either.

  
  

  I filed a complaint with Angie's list and also with Complete home services to no avail. I received outstanding payment due from Complete Home Services which I refused to pay and my derogatory review did not appear in Angie's list monthly or online as far as I know.

  I would not recommend this contractor and at the very lease would advise "buyer beware"

  The additional cost from the 79 dollar initial list price reflects the amount I paid my grandson to complete the job in April when I had 6 inch Maple seedlings growing in the gutters.

  EIA Cleaning Services

  I purchased their Big Deal for a whole house cleaning for $199.They deserved twice that amount. Karla and Carlos did an excellent job! They spent almost 6.5 hours and my house is spotless. The house was empty as we hadn't moved in yet but everything they did clean is top notch.

  I hired them to come clean every 2 weeks. As long as they continue to clean as they did today we will be happy to have them clean our home regularly.

  Sure Shine Window Cleaning Solutions

  Called last week and I scheduled for this week so was thrilled at quick response. Arrived on time right after they did my neighbor's home. We received a discount by doing that. Cleaned every window and screen inside and out plus cleaned the gutters and skylights and doors! Very friendly and hard working. Will definitely have them back as what they did in around two hours would have taken me a week. Very pleased. Would recommend them and their quality service.

  Downey Clean Carpet Cleaning

  We have 3 young children and 2 pets.  Needless to say we had many stains and smells on the carpet.  The technician came in and got right to work.  He was done in about an hour.  Our carpets look and smell great.  We are having a family reunion at our house next week and we couldn't be happier with the results.  The price was fair.  We would definitely use them again!
