AChoice Home WarrantyI had great service! The agent who did the faucets was very polite, and professional. He did a great job, our faucets are nice and sturdy. On the washing machine issue, the agents that arrived were also polite and professional. The agent said that the machine needed to be replaced. AThe WaterworksThe whole experience went as smoothly as it could possibly go. Called at night when the problem surfaced, talked with Randy (very friendly and helpful) and scheduled an appointment for the next day in the pm. Next day got an advanced notice call about noon and Dan showed up shortly after. He explained the process and the cost and got busy. About 2 hours later he was done - pulled roots out of the drain line. He answered all of my questions and offered helpful tips for the future - and wore a mask the entire time. AAppliance Pro LLCJim was a first rate technician. He's very, very knowledgeable and attentive to his customers. He would text or call every once in a while to let me know how the order stood for a rebuilt circuit board. (It was fast.) When he could make a trip ahead of schedule --- that happened twice --- he'd call to make sure it was OK. Appliance Pro might not be the least expensive service you can get, but you can be sure the job is very done well. You'll be satisfied.- GAIL & MARTIN F.

ANorthwest ApplianceEverything went exceptionally well with Northwest Appliance. I called and had excellent customer service and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. I was told I would receive a call when the technician was enroute and I did. His name was Brad and he was extremely professional. Fortunately, my repair was quick and easy and he explained everything to me and reinforced the 30 day warranty on the service call. I couldn't ask for a more positive experience. AExcellent! I first had Sears out here (my appliance is a Kenmore) and they said there was a big problem, and tried to get me to buy a very expensive appliance plan. I had a feeling that was ridiculous; found Economic Appliance through Angie's List, and they determined that it was a minor issue, and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended. Fair, honest, and efficient.

AHaving worked with multiple remodelers and contractors on two different houses, Charlie Griffey is by far the best I've ever worked with. I have high expectations, and Charlie exceeded every one. Charlie had workers at my house every day (including some weekend days) during my project and communicated with me (unsolicited) on a daily basis. This is unheard of for a contractor. Furthermore, his subs do great work. Charlie was not satisfied until we were completely pleased. He even called later after the project was completed to make sure we were happy. He had recommendations for me that I was hesitant to pursue, but he ended up being spot on. Furthermore, we encountered a delay (in shipping--not Charlie's fault), and Charlie remedied the situation himself in order to stay on track. I cannot say enough good things about Charlie's communication, professionalism, efficiency, or attention to detail.

AWe all know that refrigerator repairs are tricky and can be expensive. Mine sure was. It took two visits to finally fix my problem (plugged drain line and broken ice-maker), but it was resolved and at an affordable price. I want to recommend Dustin. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Highly recommend his as well as Central Ohio Appliance Repair.
