    It was a pleasure working with Jerry Meyer of Meyer Brothers and Sons. Jerry understands that not only should a provider give great service in the construction of a customer���s project but they should also give the customer the proper management and guidance throughout to ensure that concerns and issues are being met. We were kept informed on a daily basis as to what would transpire, what Meyer Brothers and Sons would be responsible to do and also what would be expected from us so that the project would be kept on schedule and without unwanted surprises. Jerry made the rounds to our site almost on a daily basis and on the few times he was unable to be present we were always contacted either via a phone call or an email. On each of the city inspections, Jerry made the arrangements with the proper authorities and managed to be present at each inspection so as to answer any questions the inspector may have had. The crew that worked on our project was terrific. Friendly, great work ethic, always helpful of questions when asked, professional and always mindful of leaving the jobsite cleaned and clutter-free. Our covered patio is everything we expected and we have had many friends and neighbors comment on how great it turned out. We have worked with a few other contractors throughout the years but never have we had the personal attention given to us as we have by Meyer Brothers and Sons. This was our first time using Meyer Brothers and as with all first time endeavors with a new contractor we went into this with some reservations. From the start, Jerry and his crew put any doubts we may have initially had to sleep. I have never given a contractor a glowing review but in this case this contractor deserves one.     The person who booked the appointment was very professional and courteous. The person who came to my house to give me an "estimate", not so much. First of all, he called 3 hours prior to the appointment and wanted me to explain the issue to him over the phone and possibly send him pictures of the problem areas. I didn't really see the point of this if we had a scheduled appointment later in the day. He told me he thought we could take care of it over the phone, and told me what the issue and resolution would most likely be, including a cost of about $800 (not sure how you can do this without seeing the extent of the problem, but okay.) He said it as if the price was going to make me cancel the appoiontment. I told him that I was not professional in this area but wanted it assessed and resolved. When I asked if he was still coming for the appointment, he said he would. He arrived on time (early) for the appointment and was certainly not friendly. He didn't even introduce himself to me or tell me he was with the company, although he did have a logo on his shirt. Within about 30 seconds of seeing the area, he told me what he thought the problem was and what it would cost to fix it. He grumbled repeatedly about how his secretary told him that the patio was at the bottom of a hill (guess we had a miscommunication, as it's clearly behind the house at the top of a hill) and he didn't know why he came out for this. If he had known what the situation was, he could have just talked to me over the phone. I said I wouldn't have ever agreed to go forward with such a big job (to me, at least) over the phone, sight unseen. To that he replied that he would have looked at it in person before starting the job. He just would have saved himself a 50 mile trip. He's right. Round trip, it's about 50 miles, but I'm guessing not all of their customers are right down the street! How is the distance to provide the estimate my fault?? I wasn't thrilled by this point, but I reluctantly asked if I could have an estimate in writing because I was going to get a second opinion for the job. He told me he doesn't "do estimates". He could write up a contract for me. I told him that I wouldn't be going forward with a contract and thanked him for his time. While he wasn't thrilled about the distance, what really wasted his time was his attitude. It couldn't have been more clear that he didn't want my business. I've since contacted another company, and am already impressed with their extreme professionalism. Looks like I dodged a bullet.

    Terrific job! Professional, punctual and polite. Returned all phone calls timely and showed up when scheduled. Tony Rosemeyer and John Ives were both a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure all was completed properly. The installation crew had to completely tear off the original roof and then install the new roof. They drop clothed protected all around the house and plant material and cleaned up extremely well. We certainly recommend Rosemeyer Roofing based on our experience. My wife and I are very happy with their work and our new roof!

    After talking to several roofing companies, Rosemeyer was local and had many satisfied customers that we were able to call or see repaired roofs. They meet with our insurance adjuster and helped the adjuster on some missed points on the estimate. Several days before the scheduled repair, material was dropped at the house and was checked for completeness. The day of repair Rosemeyer had a Project Manager there as well as a Production Manager who stopped by several times during the process. Our roof was very big but the job was completed within 1 day. The gutters were installed 2-3 weeks later and they were done in 5 hours. The new roof and gutters improved the look of the house. The cost of the repair was exactly what the insurance paid. We paid only the deductible and a reasonable sum for gutter upgrades. We are very pleased with our roof and Rosemeyer Roofing, we would not hesitate to recommend Rosemeyer Roofing.

    All went well. Contracted work completed on time as weather permitted. I submitted payment within a few days of receiving the bill. Did appreciate receiving a phone call so soon after receiving bill. Apparently, check was in the mail when I was called requesting payment.

    Once they got there they did fine, communication was lacking. There are a couple of problems that need fixed. The miters at gutter corners need to be addressed, according to Shawn there is a cover plate for each one. He stated that he would get back to me, but as of yet no communication. They removed landscape lighting & placed on patio, someone destroyed the posts. The ground anchors are also missing. Hopefully this can be replaced.

    All workers arrived on time each day. They were very courteous, but I told not to bother them during their work day. They kept my driveway & yard cleaned up each night, when they finished, everything was cleaned up very well before they left my job on the final day.

    The installation crew consisted of one man. Several of my neighbors have had their gutters replaced recently and it really is a two person job. The installer did a good job but it was spread out over a 5 day period. I never saw the field supervisor come by to check on the job as he promised. In addition, the field supervisor was supposed to get back to me about replacing damaged metal and vinyl framework on my garage. I have not received any follow up call on this project.

    Very friendly and professional. We had to reschedule unexpectedly and they were extremely accommodating. Great work. Went out of their way to repair some minor roof damage at no extra cost.
