AHunny-Do Services LLCCody finished my basement bathroom and did a fantastic job. This was a pretty challenging job given those wonderful surprises involving basement plumbing. Cody ran the water lines, installed the toilet, tub, fan, sink, shower door, electric...and then finished the drywall and laid the floor. He even fixed some of my framing gaffs and gave me pointers on how to frame the remainder of the basement. He also came well within his quote and was pleasant to work with. APickens Windows ServiceThey noticed the door had bad rollers. They fixed the door so that it would slide better. They also removed a damaged screen and took it to the shop for rescreening. FAll-Systems Remodeling LLC.duct work his crew cut threw my 220 volt line for my drier and cut thru my plumbing line. they wraped the plumbing line in foil tape and use a shrink wrap under ground wire sleeve and black tape and stapled the wires back up in the rafters. (this is a code violation) any time a major electric line is cut thru you MUST now put the splice inside a safe electri box. they did nothing more than staple it to the floor joist. o ya floor joist.. while he was running the new vent to the laundy room he proceeded to cut 7.5 inches out of 3 of my 10and quot; floor joist. so now i have 2and quot;s of support out of those three supports. (again this is against code. you CANNOT cut more than 1/3rd of the floor support out without changing the strenth of the support. this is just the beginning i dont think i need to continue. i will post pics asap to confirm everything i am saying. if this company comes to your house and give you a great deal. there is a reason why.. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE STEVE OR ANYONE OF HIS CREW. I HAVE EVERY GUYS NAME THAT WAS ON MY JOB IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THEM ALL
ENDED UP ME SUEING STEVE AND SCOTT HIS LAWYER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT BECAUSE I CONTACTED STEVE TO LET HIM KNOW OF UNFINISHED WORK THAT KEPT SHOWING UP THEN THE PAINT JOB BECAME APPARENT AND ALL HE COULD TELL ME THRU EMAIL WAS and quot; PER OHIO STATE LAW I HAVE FULFILLED MY CONTRACTURAL AGREEMENTand quot;. WHAT OHIO STATE LAW IS THIS!!! I COULD NEVER FIND WHERE THIS IS LAW. HIS CREW EVEN SAID HE COULD NOT BELEIVE THE WAY HE HAS BEEN LEAVING THIS JOB. I TOLD HIS LAWYER THAT I SHOULD BE HIREING HIM AND THAT HE WAS AN IDIOT FOR TAKING STEVES CASE AND THAT I GARENTEE THAT I WILL BEAT THEM IN COURT . GUESS WHAT I DID.. STEVE WAS MADE TO REIMBURSE PART OF MY FUNDS. CRAZY THING I MUST ADD I OFFERED STEVE TO EITHER FIX WHAAT IS NOT COMPLETE OR JUST REFUND ME 1200.00 AND I WOULD WALK AWAY AND COMPLETE THE JOB MYSELF. ONCE AGAIN HE REFUSED. SO HE ENDED UP PAYING ME 2 FOLD. THIS IS A NOTE FOR CONTRACTORS IF A CUSTOMER IS OFFERING YOU A DEAL OUT OF POOR WORK TAKE IT BECAUSE IF HE CHOOSES TO DO AS I WAS FORCED BY sTEVE TO DO. YOU WILL LIKLY END UP PAYING FAR MORE AS HE HAD TO DO. I MADE THIS OFFER TO HIM PREMATURE AS MOST HOMEOWNERS MAY DO TO TRY AND RESOLVE THE PROBELM. AFTER HIREING AN ATTORNEY AND INSPECTOR IT RAISED THE STAKES A BIT HIGHER. I WILL END THIS WITH ... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND WATCH FOR STEVE GRZBEC TO CHANGING HIS COMPANY NAME.
