    Perkins pools llc.
They did a great job. They trimmed back all the plant material around the edge of the pool deck. It was no simple job and it looked great when they were done. They pressured cleaned the concrete before they did the work. They epoxy repaired the numerous cracks some major. One spot the concrete lifted and they sanded it done to make it look good without the expense of repacking the section. Then they add the resurface with the color of my choice. It turned out great. They opened the pool and even vacuumed the pool. Tim discovered a problem with my DE filter and replaced the torn laterals within a day and had my pool up and running. He also included painting the coping around the pool that was faded. He had great attention to detail making sure no white paint got on the pol deck. He did a final check and will be back to help with a concrete fix and paint touch up. I couldnt be happier.

    Ken's Spa Service
I found Kens Spa Service on a Sunday afternoon after a quick search on Angies List. Several days before my spa pump had quit working and the temperature on my spa was dropping rapidly each day so I felt like time was of the essence. Kens hours were listed daily EXCEPT for Sundays which he listed as closed. I left a message on the business line which also had his cell phone number in the greeting so I then called his cell phone and also left a message. I went out shopping and much to my surprise I received a call from Ken that same afternoon. I explained my problem as best I could and said he could come the very next day early morning even though I would be at work. He called me at work after he arrived and diagnosed the problem and. Informed me that he could complete the repairs the same day! I also had Ken install a new Ozonator since he was already going to be performing work on the spa so it made sense. From start to finish his communication and service are every bit top notch as the other reviews state so dont hesitate to contact him! I gave Kens Spa Service a solid A all the way around but did have to give a B on the price point as I felt it was a little high for the service performed but given the turnaround time and saving me the effort of installing the pump myself then I will have to accept it. I will continue to use Ken in the future for my spa needs.

I love the result! Champion offered me several affordable financing options and I caught their 25% off sunrooms March Sale. What a deal and a God-sent blessing! After the consultation meeting with the Champion sales representative and agreeing to a contract, I was delighted to learn that they could start work sooner than initially projected. The men were punctual on the scheduled day given me. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves when the work was done :).

    Splash Swimming Pools Inc
From start to finish, I was amazed at Rays workmanship and knowledge of swimming pools. I have never seen anyone be so thorough and precise as when he measured the pool, which is probably why the new liner fits like a glove. There is not one wrinkle in the entire pool, nor is the liner overstretched. It fits perfectly! Likewise, I have never seen this quality of workmanship on the actual installation. Ray clearly operates with a spirit of excellence and perfection, and he has the experience to deliver. The pool looks better than I have ever seen it. (And his price is very fair, too!) I could not be happier with my new liner, and I am happy to recommend Ray and Splash Swimming Pools for all of your pool needs. I was very blessed to have found him, and I'm sure you will be, too.

    Edwards Construction Inc
I sought multiple estimates when we started our project to replace a 26 year old 28ft x 12ft deck. The proposal from Ed Miller, Edwards Construction Inc, was clearly the most professional. I explained that we wanted an enclosed porch of about 18ft with a connecting 10ft deck to fill the existing 28ft space. Ed immediately grasped what we wanted and made numerous design suggestions that resulted in our custom built 18ft x 14ft three season room & 10ft x 12ft TimberTech deck. Within a few days of out first meeting, he provided a proposal that included a detailed architectural blueprint, photos of similar projects his company had done, list of previous clients, description of materials used, project cost, estimated start date and a construction contract. He invited any questions or suggestions for changes. The estimated construction date was about 2 months out due to projects already scheduled, with caveats of weather permitting. The actual start date was about 2 weeks beyond estimate due to weather and satisfying additional current client requests. Ed and I communicated along the way to plan the start date. Jeff, Chris and Kenny were our project crew. Jeff, as crew leader, is a master craftsman who takes great pride in his work and has completed hundreds of remodeling and construction projects. Chris and Kenny, his able assistants, combined to make the project go smoothly. They freely answered questions and made suggestions. We enjoyed the camaraderie and interaction with the crew. We are delighted with our finished project! The quality is readily apparent. It was completed at expected cost and in a reasonable time.

    Cross County Pool Service Inc.
They initially arrived on Friday (6/10/16) to open our in-ground pool. We had just bought the house and the people who owned it before did not close the pool properly. There was a lot of algae so the servicemen were going to have to return the following week once the pool water was clear. I wasn't home, but my wife was and was ok with their first visit. We had them come back out the following Tuesday, and I worked from home that day so they could walk me through how to maintain the pool. We also had them vacuum out the pool since there was a lot of debris at the bottom. The serviceman walked me through everything, and I was satisfied for the most part. He showed me how to remove the big filter from the canister. He cleaned the large filter and put it back in the canister. I stood directly behind him as he was putting the large filter and canister back together. He showed me the o-ring around the bottom portion of the canister, and instructed that I make sure that doesn't come unseated. I then observed closely as he went to tighten the large black ring that keeps the top part of the canister from separating from the bottom part of the canister. I watched as he forcefully tightened the ring, but the one thing I didn't hear was a click, which means the ring has engaged two of the four plastic fingers that protrude from the sides of the bottom canister. This click signifies a successful and secure connection, and the top part of the canister won't separate from the bottom part of the canister. I wouldn't know how important that click was until a few days later. The servicemen were just about finished. They showed me how to test the water for chemical levels. He started the pump, and showed me the operation that should happen. Water wasn't coming into the system like it should, and he then realized the water level was too low. Water wasn't making it into the skimmer. The water level was too low due to the fact that they vacuumed and pumped water out of the pool. He turned the pump off. We did have the water hose running the entire time the other serviceman was sweeping the pool, but it wasn't putting water in faster than it was being pumped out. The instructions they left were run the water hose until the water level is about 1/2 to 3/4 the height of the skimmer box, and then turn the pump on. I did so, and things worked as they said. Luckily a few days later I got up in the morning and looked out our kitchen window to see our pool fountain cutting on and off. I noticed the water level in the pool had dropped about 6"-10". I turned off the pump, and I filled the pool back up with the water hose. When I turned on the pump again, water started gushing out of the large filter canister. I proceeded to turn the pump off, remove the black ring that fastens the canisters together, remove the top portion of the canister, inspect the o-ring, look down into the filter, put the top portion back on, fasten the black ring, and then I heard and felt the all important click...meaning the black ring had securely fastened the top part of the canister to the bottom. I immediately knew this wasn't done by the serviceman because I remember watching him struggle to fasten the black ring, and I stood directly behind him so I could take notes and there was no click noise when he fastened it. Basically he must of had in on crooked which is why it was so hard for him to fasten. It was on tight enough to keep water from being pumped out initially, but after a few days of vibration the canisters worked free enough to start pumping water out the side. When I informed Cross County Pools of the error, they basically said I was lying and since service man left with the pump off it was on me.I took electrical mechanical systems in school, and have 2 Masters degrees...I'm not an idiot and could see the Cross County Pools serviceman did not fasten the black ring correctly. I called and just asked for some percentage off my bill. I would have be happy with anything...even 1%. Had I not of caught it, my pump would have burned up. Had I of been lying I would not have taken the last 30min to write this. Needless to say I will never be using Cross County Pools again. How they handled this customer service issue is unacceptable. The owner didn't even have the decency to call me to investigate, or call me a liar to my face. If anything his serviceman was lying for fear of getting in trouble. We're all human, and we all make mistakes, but to put their serviceman's mistakes on me is absolutely RIDICULOUS! I will now try and work with my bank to see if I can dispute the entire charge they had already charged my credit card.

    All About Tile
Fantastic job by Tom Moore with All About Tile. Tom is very conscientious and makes sure the job is done right. He and his partner Brian made sure the tile layout was correct and consulted with us every step of the way. Tom and his crew were with us for multiple weeks completing the kitchen backsplash, powder room, hall bath and master bath. They could not have been more hard working or courteous. Work area always cleaned up every night. There is nothing Tom cannot do! He takes a lot of pride in his work. We have a gorgeous hall bath and master bath. Beautiful job in every way! A+++++++++++++

Mid American Gunite Pools & Service Inc
They were here either late April or early May.  The price was one of the reasons we didn't return to them, it was pretty expensive.  The way the pool stuff goes is they had, I want to say it was around three hundred some dollars to open the pool.  So and they tacked on like a 50 dollar fuel surcharge just to drive up from Kentucky, so that was one mark against them, and then it's kind of like there was a rate and above that the clock starts ticking and depends on how long they are out here.  So when they closed the pool in 2014 that crew we liked.  It was usually a crew of two people.  So that's why we went back to them to open the pool.  Then the pool opening, that crew wasn't quite as on the ball and we just weren't entirely happy with that service so that's why we went to the Cross County to see how they did.

    Outdoor Design Build LLC

We love our new patio.  It transformed our backyard.  We heard about David Underhill and Outdoor Design Build from a friend of a friend.  We saw the patio they built and when we met David decided to go with his company.

As we sat down and talked to Gayle, she designed almost the exact patio we wanted.  With a few changes we had the perfect design.  It was fun and interesting to watch Gayle create a great drawing while she talked with us and asked questions.

We had 2 very large trees removed.  And the existing deck taken down.

Manuel and his crew then built the patio, walls, fire pit and built in grill.  All the guys were very nice and when we wanted to make a change during the construction they did so with no problems.  Some of the crew even showed up and worked in the rain under an umbrella.

Now we have a beautiful patio, fire pit and new built in grill with landscaping surrounding it.  We are confident that if any problems arise with any of it, David will take care of it.  He is very easy to work with and always made us feel that our patio was the most important job they were working on.  We would recommend this company to anyone wanting a new patio.
