    After moving and having the service relocated to our new home, we received three calls in June, July, and September off 2014 that were robocalls informing us that they did not receive a "test signal". Upon listening to the call, my thoughts were - if they don't receive a test signal, how do I know when they receive an alarm signal? I would call and they would have me perform a test signal directly from the control panel. They never addressed my concern mentioned above. Twice in December and once in January after arming our system, we received a message stating - unable to confirm alarm activated. After long consideration I decided to request a release from contract and based on the initial contract expected to pay a $750.00 termination fee. Upon calling, I was informed that there was no termination clause or fee and I was responsible for the entire value of the contract. When we moved, the contract had been "re-written" to exclude any early termination agreement. That fact was never fully explained or pointed out to me. I find that practice to be extremely deceitful and illustrates a very unprofessional method of doing business. Please be very, very careful if you choose this company as there are so many better choices.

    I have got the alarm turned out in the house, but yet the motion that actually keeps on cycling like the alarm turned on, so I have a hard time figure out what I got everything was closed up or not. When I wanted to found out if that is a normal operation over the phone, but I couldn't send me and I never was able to talk to a supervisor. You can't a technical information all they want to do is sell you. If you have a call, they are again  responding, but I would assume that would be okay, but I don't know, I couldn't talk to supervisor on how the systems work. I would probably not use them in the future.

    I called them to come fix the alarm system that kept stating it was "unready", implying an open door or window.  The technician said the beeping was caused by the CO detector being faulty and fixed that instead.  The system still says "unready".  I called the service manager to ask why this was supposed to be "normal" and he will not call me back.  There was also a $25 service fee to come out as well.

    He came out and reviewed our system and listened to our concerns and he had answers for everything.
    The installation went awesome with no issues.
    Since then, we had a alarm go off but with their quick service and response no issues arised.
    I would recommend anyone to this company.

    We have it but we have not really used it as we have cats in our home and we do not want them to set off the system. Our goal is to use them in the near future. One individual came out to do the installation, he showed us how to use the service, he did a great job.

    The provider arrived on time to look at the present security system, and spelled out what he would do to install a new system, and stated the price for the combination of labor and materials.  I signed the contract, and an approximate date was set to do the work.  The provider kept in touch to schedule the job, and worked steadily to get it done.  He showed me how to use the software to control the security system, and scheduled another check of the securuty system the next day to be sure that everything was working.

    I contacted Rick for an estimate, he came out to look the house over on 4/14.  He adivised that he liked to start people out with a simple system if they have not had a security system in the past. This is my first security system and I appreciated this approach.  I told him what my concerns were and he addressed each area with the system he quoted.  Rick and Kevin installed the system right before I moved into the house so it was ready to go from day one.   I also asked them if they could run a network line and a couple of speaker lines in my living room.  Kevin came back and ran these lines the week I moved into the house. Rick and his team were great to work with and the times that I have accidently set the alarm off the call center has been very understanding and patient.

    After using Guardian in our previous home and having a good experience, we decided to use them again on our new home. The salesman and service man met us at the home while under construction. We walked through the house, the salesman seemed in a hurry and rushed us through the job. All sensors were installed later, but we were never shown how to use the keypad, which was a different model than the one we had at our previous home, and we were not given an instruction booklet. The salesman told us to call him sometime and he would come show us how to use the system. We called the salesman, Bert Henry, multiple times to schedule a time for him to show us how to use the keypad. He stood us up THREE times in a row. A call to customer service to request an instruction booklet was responded with the promise to both email and snail mail a booklet. We only received the email version. Additionally, one window (which admittedly was not on the original house plan, but was present during the walk-thru) was left without a sensor and leaves us vulnerable. We have now been calling the salesman for MONTHS without response, except assurances that he will "get right on it". He did actually come back to the house once to bring us an instruction booklet, which was printed off of a computer on legal sized paper, saying, "We didn't have any of the pre-printed booklets." I have had less patience about this than my husband, and I am ready to switch to another company. I feel that the last year of monitoring fees has been wasted, even though I was willing to split the cost for someone to come out and install the remaining window sensor. The customer service reps on the phone are very polite and considerate, but only refer us back to our salesman. Our last contact with the salesman was approximately 7/28/10.

    Very well. The electrician was friendly and very helpful. He showed me what was wrong with the outlet and how to change the bulbs in some difficult ceiling light fixtures. He also tightened some loose wires in them which were causing them to go on and off. He installed three smoke detectors and took his time with one that was causing a little difficulty.
