  • Couldn't be better. They are a local company, very responsive, explained the system well, and are prompt in answering. We set the alarm off a couple of times by accident and they did exactly as they said they would. We have a contract with them and have recommended them to friends.

  • System has worked fine but several times the alarm has been activated there was no call from alarm company. Not sure how reliable it actually is. Now out of contract the only way to get a better rate is to sign another long term (3 year) contract and I am not to excited about that so looking around.

  • I called them up and they are very friendly and helpful. I told them that I was an Angies List member and that I wanted to purchase the deal for the home system for $199. They verified my membership and then ordered the equipment. It arrived in a couple of days and installed each piece of the system. The installation took maybe an hour or two and the customer service rep for Front Point was very helpful. The only issue I had with them was that with the deal they said I would receive an Amazon gift card, but it took me two calls in the span of 3 months to finally get the card. The system works great!

  • First being that this was in April I do not remember the exact cost, but in the ballpark of mentioned above.  We interviewed several and felt most secure with the salesman from Guardian. No pressure, he drove from Toledo the day he came,  just told us straight up the cost, his professional opinion about his offer and the options.  They installed just a few days later,  my wife says the installer was very nice and she trusted him in our home.  After being broke into,  you lose the trust of your fellow man, whomever they may be.

    I already passed word onto our old neighbor and she switched to Guardian and we got a discount on our next bill from them,, totally not expected that they would do that.


    So far, since April no issues, just remembering you now have a extra step to perform when leaving and entering you home with a alarm system to engage.  My wife's cell phone can set the alarm from anywhere if we forget it and remember it later or recently my father came over to let the dog out, he just called us, said he was there, my wife dis-engaged the system from her phone so he could get in without setting it off.  Very nice option!   One of those other alarm companies had such high pressure sales it really turned us off,  three initials, starts with the letter A.


    I totally would say if your looking for a company for the first time it need to switch, Guardian is the place to use.

  • This is the second system I have had installed by this company. The previous was a replacement from the original service provider I had do the installation when the house was built. As always the employees and owner were professional and friendly. They understood my needs and did not attempt to up-sell additional products that I did not want or need.
    The installer was also professional and cleaned up after the installation. He worked with me to locate an acceptable location for the master station and answered my technical questions about the system without hesitation. I would definitely use them again.

  • It went really well. Don can over and helped us inventory all of the sensors we had in place and talked aobut our needs. Then he and his son Dayne came by, installed the new system and control panel, and even put a sensor way out on our barn, where we REALLY needed one. We have had a few of the sensors give up the ghost, and they come right over and fix it if I can't. The control panel locked up once, but it could be reset remotely. I think it was just a hitch in the install. All in all, we are REALLY pleased with Ultimate.

  • nothing We set off the alarms and the company never responded.  This has happened before and we had to pay a service call to fix problem.  Thought things were fixed.  Dog set off alarm and once again no contact from company.  Was told I would have to pay for service call.  I decided to stop service and I had to pay to do that!  What a scam.  Paying monthly fees for no sevice.

  • We are very happy with the service. They were quite insightful in terms of where to most efficiently place the sensors.  The up front cost was a bit higher but the monthly fees more than make up for that.
    System has been in for a few months Still happy with it.
    I needed help with a password issue(totally my fault and they where very helpful)

  • Father and son business.  Installed the agreed upon system while my wife and I was home.  Professional installation that included spending plenty of time making sure we understood how to use the system.  Found that the base unit they installed did not have all the features working properly and arranged a return trip to replace the unit.
    So far everything is working fine as we get used to having the system in our home.  Very pleased with the service and feel assured that if we have any issues or questions we can contact the owners and they will respond quickly.
