    Richardson Exteriors
Our house has a leak that happens only several times a year. It only leaks when it rains really hard. The previous homeowners and us have had multiple contractors come to fix the leak, but the leak always seems to come back. Nobody has been able to get to the root of the problem. So Richardson Exteriors is the next contractor (and hopefully last contractor) we are using to fix the leak. For the quote and scheduling, I dealt with the owner Ron. He always returned my phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner, and I really appreciated that. Ron said that the leak could be from various areas so he could really only fix the leak by taking all the siding off the problematic side of our house and rebuilding it with new siding (since the old had been caulked so much by other contractors) and putting up proper flashing. This being our third attempt, we figured we'd give this plan a shot. Richardson Exteriors came and removed all the siding and trim. They looked at where the water damage was, and determined the cause of the leak to be from several areas with missing roof flashing, water from the J-channel going behind the flashing instead of out in front, and not having house wrap. So they put new siding, trim, and house wrap up. Also, they replaced rotted OSB, removed two rotted out louvers that were in the siding, and put vents in the soffit instead. They also tied in our 2nd floor gutters to the 1st floor gutters so that water would go directly to the lower gutter instead of all over the 1st floor roof. The contractor working on my house did a great job of communicating to me what he thought the root causes were. He also took the time to answer my questions about how siding/flashing when installed correctly is supposed to keep water flowing out away from the house rather than into it. He even showed this to me with leftover materials so I could visually see it. After seeing how it worked, I'm more hopeful that we've finally fixed our leak. So is my leak fixed? I won't really know until we get some really heavy/windy rain storms. It usually resurfaces within a year or two. Since it is yet to be determined, I left the quality as N/A, but I feel pretty good about this fix.

APCO | The Architectural Products Company
I think I was pretty impressed with them. They were very efficient. No charge for the estimate. They had me pretty far down the waiting list, but they beat all the other estimates by leaps and bounds. They were worth the wait. I hate plugged gutters. Since it was summer and the leaves werent falling; I didnt mind the wait. They were pretty busy. It took them awhile to get here; they were busy. It was a month and a half, two months before they came to do the work.

I think I was pretty impressed with them. They were very efficient. The guy that came did an excellent job. It was a one-man crew and he knew what he was doing. He was supposed to show in the morning. Came in the afternoon. I didnt mind Im retired. He was a great public relations guy.

    Arrow Roofing & Siding
The deal was, I'm sure, not a money maker for Arrow as it was a very small, inexpensive job. No doubt it was offered primarily as a way to engage with some new customers and potentially be considered for some other more extensive follow on services. As such I was leary about what other "problems" thy might find and propose fixing while they were there. Much to my relief there was absolutely NO pressure from the salesperson (Cam) who came out to our home. When I explained that the gutter covers were the only service I was interested in at the time, he did not waste my time on any high pressure sales, nor did he 'begrudgingly' fulfill the terms of the special offer exactly as advertised- despite the fact that I'm certain they made next to nothing on the project. He was very gracious and perfectly happy to do just the covers as advertised. He was very professional and personable throughout the entire transaction. A great experience across the board, I would not hesitate to call them again for home services. So ultimately, yes, they did get a new customer and potential some bigger projects in the future!

    GUTTERS UNLIMITED
The employee that installed everything was friendly, efficient and did a quality job. I got the larger gutters to better handle the rainwater in a heavy storm. I am so glad that I won't have to climb on the roof to clean them out anymore. Thank You Gutters Unlimited.

    C&A Seamless Gutters
Very well... eventually. Original home visit and estimate was very fast. Considering this was such a small job, we agreed to wait until the company had more work in the area... rather than spend the company's time/money/resources to make a special trip for a small job. However, after not hearing from the company for nearly 3 months, I contacted them and asked that they schedule the work regardless. They agreed. Crew arrived the following week... unannounced and with no prior contact to arrange/verify the installation date. They removed old gutters and downspouts and installed the new. Process took less than 1 hour. Crew was friendly and professional and took the extra time to clean up after themselves... very much appreciated.

    Arrow Roofing & Siding
After Cam came out and we had agreed on the scope of work and price, an installer came out about a week later and installed the covers while we were still at work (Note: they had called beforehand to schedule and we had all agreed on this arrangement.) I looked over the work after it was completed and everything looked great. Exactly as described and agreed upon. Have not yet had a heavy enough rain to see exactly how well the covers handle large water flow, but I can say without a doubt that they are keeping all of the (tons of) leaves currently falling on the roof from clogging up the gutters and downspouts!! Very satisfied with cost and quality thus far.

    LG Roofing and Remodeling
It went very well. We started off hiring LG Roofing and Remodeling to install their Gutter Dome product on a small, problematic area of our home in April of 2015. Mr. Bradshaw diagnosed some potential problems with our roof at that time due to a lack of drip edge being installed at the time of build. About a year later, we had Mr. Bradshaw come back out to assess reparation needs around the exterior of the home due to various consequences of water damage. Over a course of 5 days, he addressed around 15 areas of repairs and improvements to our exterior, mostly due to original build roofing and gutter installation issues. As he discovered new issues related to contracted repairs, as water damage behind exteriors is often unknown and unpredictable, he was quick to bring it to our attention with photos and a thoughtful explanation of options and related costs. We felt his explanations and additional costs were fair and warranted. He is an exemplary communicator as he used text messaging to let us know estimated arrival dates/times and project updates, and treated us with the utmost courteousness.

    The Eco Plumbers & Drains
Carl did a great job. He explained all he observed & what needed to be done to fix our problems. He took before & after pictures to show us.
