My daughter and I hired Compassionate In-Home Care, Inc. in April 2011, now after using them for 7 years, their services and rates are still an A+! Without their assistance I would not be able to remain safely in my own condo. My caregivers are highly qualified and very compassionate towards all my personal needs. They also assist with housekeeping, cooking, shopping, errands, transportation to my Dr., DDS., hearing aide Dr., barber, grocery store, etc. Since my two daughters live out of state, my two caregivers help me with all my day to day problems. Both of my caregivers have a healthy relationship with my daughters. The caregivers also help me understand my mail and medical billings and statements. The pricing for my services have been very reasonable over the past 7 years and I would highly recommend using this Outstanding A+ company!

The group of ladies that provided care were all wonderful. The company was very receptive to my requests and did a great job matching the right caregivers to fill the needs of my parents and to match their personalities.

Was there in the emergency room and feel if I had actually had a heart attack that I would have died. Previously I had gone to Doctors for almost everything but that was my last visit for any services there.

I go about every 6 months. I have been seeing Dr. Miller about a year and a half. Her bedside manner is excellent. The office staff is excellent. The office atmosphere is great. The wait time is about 10 or 15 minutes. I would recommend her.

I would not change doctors unless I really absolutely had to. They are very patient. They're really very interchangeable. The doctors are outstanding. When I had an emergency, they said, "Come on, we'll figure it out". It's a too nice office. They don't make me wait. It's not like a lot of other doctors. Sometimes, the person at the front desk is a little funny, but everybody else is awesome. I'd give them an A+ on bedside manner. They listened. They talk to you. They're excellent. That's why I keep coming back. I recommended them to my husband. My husband gets most of his treatment through the VA, but occasionally, he needs an outside doctor. He finds the same thing. They're very effective. He can get in. They take care of what he needs. It's all good.

That was a good experience for my mom. We could not be there in the morning so we went every afternoon and stayed until evening. We hired them to come in for 4 hours everyday in the morning. She was very good to my mom. My mom really cared for her.

We visited nearly every childcare center in Grove City while expecting our child. Primrose was the first we toured and it set our expectations very high for every other one that followed, and nobody even came close.
The staff are all fantastic. We have not been disappointed with any of our child's teachers, from infancy up until today. They are all dedicated to making our child's days fun and educational. Our child has been able to communicate with us since 9 months old using sign language and the vocabulary seems to increase every week as the kids interact with one another. The teachers keep everyone focused while still allowing the children to explore and have fun. Every one of them seems to enjoy being there and they are all passionate about teaching young minds in a caring, nurturing environment.
The facility itself is only a few years old and always clean. The outside play areas are separated to prevent older kids from being too rough with the younger ones and all of the equipment is age-appropriate and safe. Toys abound in the rooms and our child is never at a loss for something to do. Safety is a top concern while still allowing kids to be kids. Anything dangerous is kept secured and away from curious hands. The rooms themselves have necessary padding but not to the point where a child learns that their world is free from obstacles.
The education program so far has been phenomenal. Primrose is a national chain with strict learning standards that are dictated from the top down. Reading, music, and art have been the focus so far and our child has developed a great love for all of them. Our child is constantly asking us to read books and hardly pays any attention to the TV that we might have going. Age-appropriate art projects are a constant source of learning; animals, textures, geography are all taught through art and allow our child self-expression while learning about the world and environment.
Sickness is a fact-of-life for childcare, but the staff takes great efforts at minimizing that reality. Parents are contacted in short order when a child needs gets ill and everyone else in the room is notified of any contagious illness that a classmate has contracted. The cleaning protocols to regularly sanitize as much as possible, and again when a child falls ill, is another helpful step toward keeping the other children in good health.
Unlike many other facilities, Primrose separates non-mobile infants from mobile ones. At around 9 months or so, a child is moved into a different room so that they can get more appropriate care. This also keeps the younger children safe from being run over by a now-mobile baby. We never saw another provider do something like this and all of the infants were kept in the same room from 12 weeks to 16 months. After 16 months, children are moved into a toddler room to be with kids their own age, and then into another room at 2 years.
The cost for their services was comparable or even less than every other center that we visited in the area. Another national chain was quite a bit more expensive because we were not eligible for federal assistance. The other national chain that doesn't take federal subsidies was also a great deal more expensive. We also toured some church-sponsored centers and they were in the same ballpark as Primrose; however, no spot was guaranteed unless you were a member of that church.

I am on the 4th round of different treatments, all of which dr Lowe
fully described to me prior to the changes due to the previous one not
    working.
He and the staff at the Olentangy OSU urology department are totally professional and make you feel comfortable.

She's excellent. We started going to her when she was in medical school and we followed her for medication. She takes good care of her patients. She's just the best doctor we've ever gone. If we need recommendations or specialists; she does.
