We switched to Dr. Wooten at Grove City Dental Expressions in December of 2014 and absolutely love it there!  Dr. Wooten and his staff are the most kind people and really make the visit a fun experience.  All of the employees that we've met genuinely seem to enjoy their work.  When they noticed a cracked tooth that would need a crown, they provided an estimate for the cost before I even left the office and without me even having to ask for it first.  There was also no pressure to schedule the appointment ASAP, which was nice and gave us time to save up a little bit.  In addition to that, we had prepaid for everything beforehand; however, during the appointment, Dr. Wooten didn't have to do one of the procedures he had expected to do and let me know and had the account credited without us having to ask for that either.  We have been very impressed with their honesty and integrity and the friendly environment is just icing on the cake.

Everything completed as explained beforehand. Dr Kurtz was very polite and explained the whole process before starting.                Insurance billing completed correctly and quickly.

The office is beautiful and the staff is nice. He is a great dentist but he is pricey. They have Monday through Friday and Saturday as well. I think they have some nights. I never had a problem with anything.

It was supposed to be done in two treatments but he thought it would be fine to do it all at one time, and I had a lot of pain in the days afterwards. He did whiten my teeth but I wasn’t especially pleased. I was going out of town and he thought I wanted it completed before I go. He said that it would be okay and so I went ahead and did it. I continued to go to him for my regular dental work till I recently switched dentists. I had been seeing him for probably five years. In general as far as dentistry, they are up to date on all the latest technology. The staff is very nice and he is very nice. I did feel that he watched very closely how much money I had left from my insurance company. So, towards the end of the year, he would tell me that they could go ahead and fill a tooth. It didn’t need it yet but it was going to soon. There were times when he had me get work done that I didn’t feel was completely necessary. I felt that he was trying to get as much out of it as he could. The quality of work was good but those other factors made decide to go somewhere else.

I have just had one appointment there. They really showed a concern for what the expenses would be and how to handle it. I am on Medicare now and they knew just what would be covered and what wouldn’t. They gave me a complimentary full mouth x-ray. They had the machine right there and they went ahead and did that and didn’t charge me for it. The staff was very knowledgeable and they were courteous. What stood out was how knowledgeable and how helpful everybody was. The office is nice but a little dated.

He does really high quality work and he is up on technologies. The environment is really nice, the staff is nice and they are as helpful as they can be. If you have a problem and you need an appointment he will make one on a day that he is not normally in.

Dr. Schumann found a tooth that needed an onlay.  This is not a big deal, but the tooth had just been filled about 4 months earlier.  This is the second time this had happened, so I already knew that my insurance would not cover it.  The first time this happened, I paid the full price for the onlay.  When his assistant was filling the tooth she called Dr. Schumann in to have a look and she told him that she didn't think the filling would hold and that I really needed an onlay.  He instructed her to proceed with the filling.  I am going to see a new dentist (have not yet), and I am curious to see what he has to say.  The tooth is not bothering me, so I figured there was no rush.

He's an excellent dentist. He didn't waste a lot of time. He did send me to the oral surgeon. He keeps his office open in the evenings and weekends. He's available so that other people can go there. The girl at the desk was very helpful concerning the insurance. The doctor is not a highly friendly person.

Even though we've moved to Grove City, I continue to go back to Reynoldsburg to her for at least for the time being. The office is just very nice. It's clean, nice people in the office. They're helpful. It's easier to go back to her than to find another dentist that's for sure.

They're top notch and I'll definitely be staying with them.  The staff is very easy to work with and friendly.  I like the way they will fix anything that might go wrong without any conditions, and that they explain everything well.  Mr. Holman does a great job ensuring everything is as painless as possible.  I have and would recommend them!
