  • READ THIS BEFORE CHOOSING ALL MY SONS! I initially met with their estimator, Michael Bernard, cell # 954-882-8169. He told me we had more items than could be moved in 1 day, so he suggested moving us June 21-22. We had the majority of our items sitting in the garage. He confirmed there would be no problem taking anything at all. On Thursday, June 21st, nobody had shown up as of 2:30pm. I called the office and spoke with Ashley. She informed me nobody would be coming, and that the entire move would be done Friday, June 22nd. This was completely opposite of what Michael had told us, but she assured us it would get done. On Friday, June 22nd, the movers showed up around 11:30. They managed to move several boxes and our beds, but didn't touch a single piece of furniture over a 7 hour period. We asked the movers when someone would be coming back. They assured us someone was coming the following day, Saturday, June 23rd. Since nothing had gone as planned up to this point, I called the Columbus office to confirm. I was told on 3 different occasions that someone would call me right back, but nobody did. Finally, at 6pm, I was able to speak with Michael Baker. He told me nobody was available Saturday, but that I would be the "priority" move Sunday, June 24th. On Sunday morning I received no call or update of any kind. I started calling every number I had, but the only place that would answer was the main number at corporate. They told me management was going to call the Columbus office to make sure someone called within an hour. After no calls an hour later, I called back. They seemed shocked that nobody had called, and told me they would follow up again. A half hour later, I finally received a text that said I would be hearing from a driver shortly. Nobody called. Finally a truck showed up. I informed the driver, Andrew, that his company had failed to deliver on any promises up to this point. Fortunately, Andrew and his team did an amazing job. They managed to get 80% of the remaining items, including most the furniture. I tipped all 3 crew members $100. The following day I spoke with Bobbie Hayes, management at corporate, about all of the problems I was having with the Columbus office. She assured me she would take care of the issues and make everything right. She even gave me her cell #, 214-907-2163, and Michael Baker's cell #, 614-746-8909. A 3rd move day was set up to get the remaining items on June 27th. I specifically requested Andrew again, given the fantastic job he had done prior. Bobbie once again assured me she would make sure this was able to happen. On Wednesday, June 27th, nobody showed up once again. When I called the Columbus office, they told me I wasn't even on the schedule. I immediately hung up and called Bobbie. She seemed shocked that this happened, and called the Columbus office on my behalf. When she called back, she told me Andrew was in school, and was unavailable. Instead of letting me know, the Columbus office decided to completely remove me from the schedule. She let me know Andrew was available the weekend of June 30th - July 1st, and asked me to pick a day. I chose Saturday, June 30th. She said I would receive a call between 7:30 - 8:00 from the driver, and that my move would begin between 8:00 - 9:30. On Saturday, June 30th,. once again nobody shows up, and I receive no calls or updates of any kind. I called the Columbus office and spoke with Ashley. She informed me I was not even on the schedule. I immediately hang up and call Bobbie, who seems shocked again that this is happening. She calls the Columbus office, who tells her that Andrew was injured on the job 2 days earlier. Apparently he decided to skip school to work. All My Sons has been a complete failure. Not once have they apologized, or offered to do anything to make this right. I HAVE BEEN LIED TO BY MICHAEL BERNHARD, MICHAEL BAKER, ASHLEY, BRAD HORAN AND BOBBIE HAYES. Don't make the same mistake I did - choose another company.

  • Everything went very well.   They were on time are very well organized.  All of our things were moved safely and quickly.  They put everything exactly where I asked it to be placed (so be sure you know where you want your stuff!).

  • They showed up on time, we're very friendly and responsive. They worked very hard the entire time we were paying them, meaning they didn't take a bunch of breaks. They really hustled and gave us our money's worth. They took great care with our items treating them like their own. We had no damage of any kind. They were very careful to wrap our furniture and lay down mats on our floors. They did not hit a single wall. They cleaned up after they were done. A+ work in my opinion and I would highly recommend them.

  • Leaders unloaded a Pack Rat Portable storage container for us at our new home. They also picked up a washer and dryer for me at our old house. When I first called, the guy that gave me the general pricing and collected my info really didn't seem to be very interested or have much patience for my questions. But, after I got off the phone with him everybody else from the operations guy to the moving crew was very professional. They moved very large items through some very difficult areas. They covered the floors, railings and other areas that might get bumped. They did bump and scuff a few areas but it was very minimal and not really a big deal at all. They even moved a few things for us twice because after it got moved in, we decided we wanted it in a different area. The crew did a good job. This is the first time we used a mover and I would you them again.

  • After a disasterous experience with another mover that left us without our kids "big" Christmas gift(grumble) I called these guys to move a 4'x8' air hockey table.  They were AWESOME!!!  Can't say enough about them.  They were there early, diligent about making sure everything was packed well, made it safely and damage free around a VERY tight corner leading to our basement and even set it up for me.  They were AWESOME!!!

  • The experience was good overall. The sales person was incredibly responsive, gave us a good quote, and had great service. We didn’t have any problems; everything went exactly as they said it would. The movers were careful and nothing was broken.

  • Leaders did a great job...they showed up when they said they would.  We all walked the house to give them a feel for what they were moving.  Then then busted their tails to pack 2 large trucks.  There wasn't any goofing around or wasting time.  They were very professional and extremely friendly.

The gentlemen doing the moving were friendly, strong and capable, and beyond courteous and seemed willing to perform any of the necessary tasks to complete the job professionally. This job was a small job but the work and willingness that went into completing it seemed to be as professional as probably any big  job.  Thanks you - thank you - thank you!

  • These guys were just wonderful.  They were really fast, especially careful - they even fixed some things that were messed up on the move into storage.  The whole experience, from initial contact for estimate through the time they left was great.  I wish everyone I hired was as good.

  • THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME!! VERY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, AND CHEERFUL, EVEN THOUGH BOTH THE MOVING OUT DAY AND THE MOVING IN DAY WERE 90 DEGREES AND 99.9999% HUMIDITY!! THEY WERE ON TIME AND COURTEOUS. CHRIS EVEN HELPED ME PACK QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY WHEN I WASN'T TOTALLY READY WHEN THEY SHOWED UP. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. AN OUTSTANDING JOB!!
