Very professional and timely.  Came out quickly to assess why our refrigerator had stopped cooling.  Ordered the part and promptly replaced it, just a few days later.  We are completely satisfied with their service, and will gladly use them again.

George is great. Very professional and very knowledgeable. He worked around my schedule and actually came out on a Sunday to tune my piano. I inherited the piano and I don't think it has been tuned for probably 15 years, by the time george was done tuning, it sounded GREAT! Thanks George.

One man arrived at my house with his gasoline power wash machine. He asked if he could connect to my outdoor water spigot. I told him to do what he needed to do and he went right to work. At about an hour and a half later he was finished. He walked the perimeter of the house with me and explained what he found during the cleaning process. I was very happy with this service.

My wife lost the diamond in her wedding ring. It looks brand new. She also had another ring resized and they did a great job on that too. We would highly recommend them and would use them again. There is nothing about their serrvice we didn't like.

Called the day before and was informed that repair man's day is booked but would be available the next day. Asked me how old the machine was and I said 6 years and was thinking of replacing it. Woman said don't that it's only used up half it's life and it's worth fixing. She was fairly sure what the problem was. As promised, repairman called before he left his shop. Asked all the right questions as far as symptoms go. Called me at my office later in the morning, said he would be there in 30 minutes, he was waiting in my driveway when I arrived. Had the right part with him. Gave tips on more efficient dryer usage. In and out in 20 minutes and I was back in my office in less than 90 minutes. Saved us $600+, will definitely use them again.

Had major gas leak on Monday.  Called around 5:30p to make appt to have new gas line installed.  Was told I'd be on "the first available" and that I'd get a call when they were on the way.  Tuesday @ 3:20p, I began to think maybe they had wrote my number down wrong because I hadn't heard anything. Close to 3:25p, a van pulls in.  I went out and showed the guy what the gas company had left, explaining what repairs were needed.  After he did the inspection & made a list of what items were needed, he asked where the nearest Home Depot was.  Since it was late, he went outside & called the office to see what they wanted him to do.  He came back in, said they wanted him to do the repairs that night, and gave me a high end estimate of $550 (assuming it was going to take 5 hrs).  He left to go shopping @ 3:45p.  He returned @ 4:40p and began painting the pipe with Rustoleum (which was required by the gas company). It was cold, so only time will tell if it sticks. I offered to help, if needed, since he was working alone.  At 7p, another guy shows up to assist.  I went out to check on the progress and they were using a flashlight to see.  I got my work light and plugged it in so it lit up the whole back of the house.  They seemed to be wrapping things up but I noticed that the new hole into the house hadn't been filled, inside or out.  They finally finish after 9p and hand me the bill.  I had given the initial guy the 10% off labor coupon from here earlier in the day.  After the discount, the total was over $700.  He said it took longer than expected, but that I saved $56 in labor because of the coupon.  I noticed that he started the labor @ 3:19p (he wasn't even in the driveway then...and so much for free estimates).  Makes me think I should've waited to give him the coupon.  The work done was excellent.  The gas company even mentioned it when they came the next day to turn the gas back on.  I wasn't expecting to pay for the shopping trip (since most repair people bring misc items with them) and I thought it should've been a two man job from the get-go.  I have a pet peeve about seeing people's underwear (hence the "B" for the professionalism).  The guys were polite & knowledgeable though.

They are great. With everything I have ever taken to them they are very good. The cost is very reasonable. They are doing a ring for me now and that is also reasonable. I am very satisfied with everything they have done.

We called AAA and they were here within 2 days! Jason diagnosed the problem, corrected it and charged us the basic service charge. He brought repair parts but determined they were NOT needed as the problem came from improper installation done only 5 months ago by Stewarts Appliances. Stewarts wanted $95 basic service charge and would not cover parts or labor for the new ice maker we had purchased from them only 5 months earlier. I might add that all our major appliances were from Stewarts.
Will I use AAA again? You betcha! Is it cheap? No, I'll take quality over cheap any day!

Poorly, our 5 month old ice maker was leaking and freezing the ice into a lump. Stewarts wanted $95 for a service call and would not cover parts or labor. She said we were 2 months out of coverage, they cover 90 days. We had it serviced by AAA Appliance Repair and the problem turned out to be improper instalation by Stewarts.

Well first off he was supposed to do the job on 8/8/11 he did not start till 8/10/11 when he called that morning he said he was coming, and I asked do you have everything you need his reply was yes. He showed up at about 10:30 am was at my residence about 1 hour before telling me he had to run to store he forgot something , this was at about 11:30 am.  He left, and I waited and waited for his return, finally I called his cell phone at around 3:30 or so and left a message, he returned my call immediately and said that he had been in an accident and was admitted to hospital but said he would be released on 8/11/11, and he said he would call and set up a time to finish the job. He called on 8/11/11 said he would be there the next day 8/12/11, and he showed up at 9:30 , was here for a couple hours then had to run home to cut pipes, his son also was helping him, I just happened to walk around the side of the house when I heard him tell his son, "come on hurry up I want to get this done and out of here", well he left again to take his son home, came back to finish up. When he was done I wrote him a check for the remaining balance,(gave him $500.00 to start the job) he said to call him when our gas logs came in and he would come and put the fittings on and hook it up, well our logs came in and we tried for 2 weeks to get ahold of him he would not return our calls, so I had to go buy new flex pipe for fireplace because the pipe he used I couldnt find any fittings to fit
the gas company came on 9/16/11 they could not hookup the gas line because he failed to bond the gas line to the electrical breaker box something that he should have known needed done if he was D.O.T. certified which he told me he was when he gave me the estimate for the job,so I bonded the gas line to the breaker box myself, and the gas company came out for a second time on 9/23/11 could not hook up gas he did not do the job to code several things need redone and I have to hire another plumber to fix it, and since columbia gas came out twice next time there is a charge for them to come out and test the lines, oh by the way there were also many leaks which the gas company couldn't even find, So in ending I would NOT recommend this plumber to my worst enemy!!
