Landscaping reviews in Grafton

It is beatiful and Bill Soder and his crew are excellent workers with amazing skills and ideas. They took an area where an above ground pool had been and created an awesome patio area with paths connecting to the back porch and existing sidewalks. In addition, they created 2 flower beds to flank the paths and the patio. Had them comeback a year later and install more landscaping.

Really well. Brian and his assistant were both professional and expeditious in removing and grinding the stump. We had arranged for me to dispose of the tree. To help me with this, they cut-up the tree into pieces that I could easily haul with my truck. I explained to them that I needed the tree and stump removed in order to put in a patio. Knowing that, they made sure to grind down the stump very deep. Even then, they told me that if it wasn't deep enough, they would return and grind it down even further. Can't say enough good things about Brian and his company. I would hire them again and recommend them in a heartbeat.

The two man crew showed up on time. They began removing the indicated plants and installing the new ones. They spread the mulch and cleaned up the grass and concrete areas before they left. Project took about 6 hours.

My brother usually takes care of my Mom's yard work, but he was unavailable for several months.  So we made arrangements with Chris to mow the yard and pick up the leaves on a 1/2 acre lot.  He did a fabulous job for us a year ago so we hired him again.

We finally had to move Mom to a new place.  But before we put her house on the market for sale we needed help getting the landscaping under control.

We called Chris again to remove old, rotten landscape timbers and replace them with new pine treated ones.  He also mulched some beds, topped off the gravel on a parking area beside the garage.  We also needed a solution for redirecting water that came from drain pipes on the side of the driveway and to retain the gravel from washing away from the parking area.  He solved the problem with additional pipes and dirt.  It looks and works great.  Our neighbors are happy that the water won't run onto their property anymore.  The house had great curb appeal and sold in 3 days.

    Thanks Chris!

Mark and his crew came in the morning with all their equipment and 2.5 hours later had all 3 trees cut down, ground all wood into a mulch and clean the yard to my satisfaction. The whole experience was one of the best I had with any contractor.

Chris Taylor came out when scheduled to look at what was needed and provide an estimate. He scheduled his 3-man crew to remove 9 pretty large trees at a time convenient for us. They did a very professional job with top notch equipment. They worked well as a team to remove the trees, some that were several hundred feet from the street, in about 2 1/2 hours. They raked up all branches and leaves and used a blower so the yard was back in perfect condition. Later in the week a subcontractor ground out the stumps. Directly afterwards the Taylor Tree crew removed the stump grindings and replaced top soil to grade level so we could plant grass seed. Again everything was done very neatly and professionally. The crew was friendly and competent, considerate of our yard and driveway. The job was completed at the estimated price. We hope to arrange tree inspection and care with Taylor Tree, also.

We needed to renovate a large raised bed with 2 major goals--screen the view of a neighbor's garage from our main living areas and deck and plant attractive and interesting trees, shrubs and perennials to provide year round interest and color. Kevin listened carefully to what we wanted and requirements like deer-resistent plants. He designed and adjusted a plan to plant attractive new plants and to make use of existing trees, shrubs and perennials that could be used in the overall plan. The crews came 2 separate times--at first to plant the new spruce trees, shrubs and to transplant shrubs. About a month later they planted perennials which were selected and placed once Kevin could see where our existing perennials were. The crews were professional and very hard working. They would adjust where plants were planted as the landscaping developed. They used a lot of our existing shrubs and perennials which kept the cost down yet look just right. We are very pleased--it looks terrific and as the plants grow, we can see it will look even better. I recommend Kevin and Lifestyle Landscaping to anyone.

I met with Brandon Clark and discussed what needed to be done the week prior and he provided a very competitive estimate. I scheduled the work with him and a crew of four arrived on Friday (May 22, 2015) to begin. We have a lot of square footage of mulched beds and a lot of trees so we wanted the beds cleaned, re-edged, new mulch added, some stone placed on pathways and some tree trimming of select trees with low hanging branches. The crew worked until 6:00 pm on both Friday and Saturday and then returned to complete the work on Sunday. I was there the whole time to monitor progress and provide guidance and the crew worked very hard and was very polite and professional. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and even though the job took a little longer than estimated we were only charged what Brandon had provided in our estimate.

I would highly recommend Advanced Lawncare or their landscape division called Accelerated Landscapes to anyone who is looking for high quality service at a competitive cost.

    It was wonderful.
Mike returned my calls and texts immediately.
Pro Cut scheduled the service on the exact day and time I wanted them.

I was a first time customer with this type of service and they were amazing
The people they sent were polite and they listened to what I wanted and did it..
    I am so very satisfied.
I have never used a service like this and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised!
I will do this from now on and will definitely use Pro Cut Landscaping

The problem that I have is that I called them back to ask a question about the service and received no answer. I called also to pay for more services and again no answer. I called the office and they never called me back. If they didn't want to do more work for me ...fine...just let me know. I paid on time...in fact early there were. If there was a problem I wish they would have let me know!

In order to prepare a large raised bed for replanting, we had 4 large trees (2 evergreen, 2 deciduous) and around 8 large overgrown lilacs removed. All had been planted about 24 years ago. Marco came out the day I called to give an estimate which is what he charged once the job was done. Marco and 2 other men safely and carefully cut down these tall trees and thick shrubs, carried the debris to the street and left firewood neatly stacked. They obviously knew what they were doing. They would have disposed of the firewood if we'd asked them to. They specially cut down the cherry tree so that the trunk could be used by a woodworking friend of ours. They picked just the right time to do this when the snow had melted enough to get to the trees but the ground was frozen enough that they didn't damage the yard or other plants. They were courteous and considerate of our concerns. They subcontracted the stump grinding to someone who did an excellent job the next morning with a cool machine which ground out everything in half an hour (one stump was nearly 3 feet in diameter.)
