Ducts, dryer and furnace cleaned.

John (the owner) and Tony worked hard to clean our ducts, dryer vent and furnace. We were surprised at all the stuff in them. They did a great job, and we are totally satisfied with their service and will recommend them.

Original Angie’s List deal $79.99 for air duct cleaning.

First scheduled appointment was a no show and no phone call. I had to call them; technician sick; call to reschedule took time. Scheduler promised additional air ducts for the inconvenience. I requested dryer vent cleaning instead. Technician advised on-site that no need to clean air ducts because they are in ceiling. On-site for approximately half hour to run vacuum in straight line from outside in. I asked if they were going to clean out the vent from dryer to outside at least twice, was told there was no need to. Charged full price and overcharged tax at 8.1%. Tax in my area is 7.5%. I didn’t realize discrepancy until after they left.

I called on 4/22 to set up an appointment. First available was yesterday (5/9/2018) from 12-2, so I set it up. Then nobody showed up or called? Must be too busy to keep commitments or contact to change the appointment.

Air duct cleaning and returns

Initially had to reschedule due to extremely bad weather however it went very well, the person that did the work was great, explained and was honest regarding what we needed and what we could forgo. While the price was slightly more than I was expecting I would hire again.

All vents, intake returns, (4) main lines in basement.

It went very well and was completed in a timely manner, My appointment was between 10-12, but the arrival time was close to 12:30PM. He explained that he got a late start, which I was okay with, but all-in-all, I am satisfied with the service and will hire them again.

Air ducts cleaned

I've been reluctant to post this review because of mixed feelings about my experience with this company. On the one hand, scheduling the work was relatively easy and, as far as I can tell, our ducts were cleaned well. On the other hand, the person who did the work failed to remount several large duct covers, bent the edges of a few others, and, on either side of one duct, slightly separated the baseboard from the wall, apparently while trying to remove the duct cover. Granted, these are older fixtures, and the correct way to remove the covers is not necessarily obvious. But I assumed someone working for a duct cleaning service would know about these things.

Duct and furnace cleaning

This company is fantastic! The cost was the best I found and the quality was A+. The guys are extremely friendly and explain what they are doing, how they are doing, and gave some great suggestions. They charged by sq ft of the house instead of # of ducts, which produced a fee significantly lower than their competitors.
