    MIKE JONES MOTORS
We had a Northern Lite truck camper and live in Indianapolis. We had some issues with it and needed (desperately) someone knowledgeable with truck campers (and hopefully with Northern Lite specifically). I made MANY phone calls in Indy and just could not find such a person. Many insisted that they could work on it because a camper is a camper but while this might have some truth, there are many things unique to a truck camper. So we drove to Cincinnati and on to Hamersville thinking we maybe made a mistake to drive so far into the 'boonies' - what could be here? We were SO wrong! Mike has BY FAR the largest inventory of truck campers and truck camper brands we've ever seen. Their rv repair facility is large and professional. Mike himself greeted us and called in a couple of very friendly and knowledgeable technicians to evaluate our issues. They went WAY out of their way to help and advise. We would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking to buy or have a camper serviced.

    Cardinal Transportation Ltd/Andre's Limousine Svc
Steve, our driver, was on time and very polite. Did a great job driving in bad weather, over 40 miles each way. First Limo ride, but everyone's price was in the same ball park for such short notice.

They have done a great job in storing our boat. They have guys there to quickly bring your boat in and out. The service is phenomenal. We have been very happy with them.

    U-Haul
I have varied experiences with U-Haul. I always had very good experiences with the office I deal with here. Whenever there has been an issue, they have been right on top of it. Whenever I reserved a van, they always had one available and if they weren't able to come through for some reason, they have always been able to take care of it appropriately. They are really professional for a U-Haul place. They are really topnotch. They are inexpensive than anywhere else. The vans never break down.

    Peter B Brown
He replaced the water flow valve.  Everything works great now!  I’m going to have him back to install a new thermostat in the future!  He was respectful, punctual, and responded very quickly.  It can be hard to find someone to work on a boiler, but he had no trouble at all and really knew his way around.  I had three people out before who had no idea what to do with it.  Pete was able to assess and fix the problem quickly; like he did it every day.  Price reflects labor; I purchased the part from the local supplier.  He didn't add any price to the part I needed.

    PATTON'S TRUCK & HEAVY EQUIP
They can fix an RV better than any other dealership.  We were having a problem with our RV and no one else could fix it.  The tech at this company fixed it.  They are very reasonable with their prices.  They kept it inside their garage to make sure that it didn't freeze up in the winter.

    Mayflower Tours
I would easily qualify for a 9+ on a scale from 1-10 if it had not been for our tour guide getting to and from the airports in Chicago and Frankfurt. I can only say that she was a real novice. As one of the other people in the group stated, "This is truly organized pandemonium!". Some of the specific issues are: 1. Boarding Passes - Group or not, one does not get through security with only a ticket. I was told (and I challenged the information) that since I was with a group, my ticket would allow me entrance to the gate and get a boarding pass there. Had to go through the security line twice. 2. In Frankfurt, we were at a standstill for 20 minutes until our tour guide decided to ask an airline representative. Fortunately, we did make out flight. 3. As we were preparing to leave Zurich to fly to Frankfurt, we were left standing in a group wondering if we were really going to get our boarding passes as a group. 4. Was told there would be washing machines available. Had to pay six Euros to have a shirt washed. 5. Receiving my luggage four days into the trip is a story in and by itself. The reason I did not receive my travel bag in Amsterdam was because of inaccurate direction. I arrived at O'Hare from Dayton independent of my trip on to Amsterdam. As far as my ticket was concerned, my trip terminated in Chicago. My plane arrived late, so I called the Mayflower guide for the trip stating that I was running late and all I had to do is pick up my bag and head to the international terminal. She stated that I did not need to get my bag; they would get it and onto the airplane. I actually challenged her on this, but she assured me that it would get to Amsterdam (this was Sunday). ... I finally got my bag on Thursday at 11:10 am. Of course I had to buy a few things and it was quite inconvenient. Because they allow individuals to be tour guides when they have so little knowledge how to negotiate through an airport, I have no choice but to not recommend them for travel.

    FREEDOM OUTDOORS
I purchased a pre owned 2009 stratos bass boat from this dealership.. the price was really fair but that price also come with its fair share of issues.. when I picked up the boat the drivers side leaf spring was broke, the trolling motor breaker box was broke, they wired up and burned up my humminbird depth finder, the brake line was broke, the upper left spark plug was cross threaded (after I was told they check all cylinder compression they then denied checking that cylinder compression after I told them it was cross threaded).. the motor has never ran correctly sense I purchased the boat.. I asked them to look into this issue and I would agree to pay for parts and labor they told me on a Monday to drop off the boat on Tuesday after work and they would get it in and look at Wednesday first thing in the morning... 2 weeks later after numerous non returned phone calls I went to the dealership to see what they found out was wrong with the boat I was told they didn't have time to look at it yet they had other boats to get into the shop to clean up and sell.. after they finally looked at the boat I got a phone call to come in to talk to them.. I went to the dealership rite after work and they told me that all motors act/sound that way.. i've owned 2 cycle motors for the last 18 years i've never had one sound/act like this one.. sense this experience ive taken my boat to bass pro shops to have this looked over by a trusted mechanic and they have found several issues and have told me that most of the info I was told by the freedom mechanic was 100% false information... I asked bass pro to tell me how to winterize the motor on my boat and I told them how freedoms mechanic showed me how to winterize it.. I was told by freedom that you needed to unplug the fuel pump, push throddle down 5 times and turn the key to the on posision.. bass pro said no that is not the correct thing to do this will return your motor to the factory break in settings causing the motor to use a lot of extra oil to coat your cylinder walls also causing spark plug fouling ect.. they said that the mechanic should have been told in mercury training.. in my honest opinion this company buys boats that they never spend time to go through and check the quality of the watercraft and sell them for a profit in hopes that they have people back rite away for service work.. ive cought them in many lies the several times I have dealt with them and would never recommend anyone purchase from them.. I fish all around the state of ohio and have been asked by several people if ive had any issues with my boat purchased from freedom outdoors because they have had nothing but issues with there purchase from them.. I guess karma will catch up with them eventually matt

    Glow Limousines
We had purchased a 'Night on the Town' certificate in September with the intent of using it for a weekend night out. Having been burned on a similar purchase in the past (from a different provider), I made sure there were no restrictions listed on the advertisement for the purchase or on the certificate itself..there were none, other than a limit on the number of passengers. When I called to book the night, I was told it was only good for Sunday through Thursday. (Reall!y!?!?! Who does a 'Night on The Town" on those days???). Explained that nowhere does it say those restrictions on either their Certificate nor on the advertisement when I made the purchase (I made a copy of the add...just in case, glad I did). Was told it was not his problem, and he will not honor it other than Sunday-Thursday....I would not have bought it had those restrictions been listed....again, was told not his problem. Explained that I am basically out the money we paid for it now since we can never use those days based on work schedules, he did not care.....asked if he would honor it, refund my money, or If I need to go to court to get my money back......his reply was" F--- off, see you in court" and hung up. Totally shocked that he would not honor his own certificate, even more dismayed by the unprofessional attitude. Thankfully, the radio station that sold his certificate for him at their auction, in exchange for significant advertising time on their station for his Limo Service, did refund my money as a courtesy. They did not have to do this...the burden was on Glow, not them, to honor his commitment...the radio station fulfilled their side of the agreement with the advertising, but sadly Glow Limo chose not to.  We had used his service once before with average results, was not happy about the large amount of oil that his car had leaked onto our concrete driveway, and probably should have realized he was not the most reputable person when he did not care nor even apologize for it after he was informed.
