FI had to start a BBB complaint and they still did not take care of the problem. "Smile Direct Club customer support has no idea how their business operates. The payments are setup through a third party that finance the product for Smile Direct Club customers. When I updated my payment information and called several times to have it fix, they never mentioned this. Furthermore, they said that if my card was updated on my smile direct account, it should work as I intended. [It did not.] It took me several attempts calling different numbers to get someone that knew exactly what I needed to do. I wasted a few hours today just to get this fixed. It seemed like it had no end. It's very shady. You'll not see any more charges to your card from now on." - I helped my boyfriend with some temporary payments and they would not remove my credit card from his account and kept charging it after we tried to change the payments to his card.

AMy tooth needed a crown and they worked me into the schedule today to do it. One of his hygienists came in to numb me and it didn't hurt at all. The assistant explained to me that they take digital impressions with a camera and they use that to make their crowns right in the office and I was able to watch mine being made. My appointment took about 2hr (plenty of time to catch up on tv while they made my crown) but when I was done I had my permanent crown and didn't have to wear a temporary or comeback to have it finished. Great experience!

BThe facility is beautiful. They have individual waiting suites for each patient with a table, chairs, etc. They offer different ammenities for your comfort. Very comfortable and relaxing environment. There is a small library across from the rooms which is a nice way to spend some time. The staff and Dr Johnson are very friendly and thorough. Dr Johnson is a holistic dentist which is why I wanted to go there. I absolutely loved all the staff, the facility, Dr Johnson, etc. I loved the technique they used to clean my teeth...with water. My teeth have never felt cleaner.
The only issue I had was with the billing. The office does not accept insurance. They will submit it for you but you have to pay the full amount for treatment upfront. We had a little difficulty getting my insurance claim submitted as I work online and my insurance company is in another state. After a few months, I sent a copy of the claim to my insurance company and they finally received it. Paying the bill upfront for cleaning and xrays wasn't that bad...but to pay $1,600 up front for a crown would be difficult for me at this time. I couldn't use the flexible spending account card either.
Unfortunately, I will probably need to return to an in network dentist so I don't have to pay the entire bill up front. However, if I ever need mercury fillings removed, I will go to Dr Johnson...as he has special equipment and the skills necessary to remove them safely. I'm not happy about not being able to have Dr Johnson as my dentist...I loved everything about the experience...except the billing. If I could afford to do this, Dr Johnson would be my first choice in dentists. If you have the money set aside for medical expenses and can afford to pay the entire bill up front, I highly recommend Dr Johnson and this office.

AOakwood Dental-Dr. Michelle and Dr Attila Nagy DDSMy niece and I went to get out teeth cleaned and we had the best experience ever! The staff was very polite and helpful, Dr. Nagy was very informative. You can really tell he cares about your well being and makes sure you use all the right products at home to maintain healthy teeth. Also their facility is very very clean! I clean houses for a living and I care very much about clean invirement especially a dentist. They scored an A++ in my book!! We will be definitely going back with my family!
