He was very friendly and did a great job of answering questions without upselling or pressuring me to buy. We had the door installed the next week and the tech who came out here did a great job installing it and hauling away the old garage. The new door looks and operates great. We were extremely pleased with the price and service. We'd definitely go to Door Depot again and would recommend it to our neighbors.- Nick W.

ADoor Depot LLCFantastic! I'm a return customer to Door Depot. I called last week and spoke to Scott (the owner) regarding the need for a garage door system to be installed in our Pole Barn. He asked a few questions regarding the specs of our barn/garage and recommended a garage door system. The best part was he asked if we had time the following week to install! We were thrilled. Two workpersons showed up this morning promptly for the appt and completed the work with no issues. Additionally they took appropriate measures to abide by the Covid guidelines precautions. Overall just a great experience. So rare to find a company these days with customer focus-- Door Depot has it. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone.- Kelly H.

AColumbus Ohio Garage Door CoBest Experience I could ask for. I called on a Saturday afternoon at about 4pm. My call was answered on the first ring by a person (not a machine) and immediately set up repair for Monday afternoon. Serviceman arrived within service window, completed repair in 30 or so minutes. He took the time to oil my springs and hinges, test the features of the opener to be sure everything else was in working order and be sure I was happy with his service. All total he was here about 45 minutes. Everything socially distanced, wore a mask. I highly recommend.- Judith S.

ADoor Depot LLCFantastic work. Wu diagnosed the problem in minutes. It turned out to be much simpler than what I had assumed. He grabbed the part from the truck and fixed it in about ten minutes. He also gave the whole system a once over and confirmed that everything was working. They did not try any pushy upsells or anything annoying like that. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Would absolutely hire them again, though I doubt I will need to after the thoroughness of the repair.- Amitai S.

AColumbus Ohio Garage Door CoWe contacted various garage door companies for a quote on a complete garage door system, including a new door, opener and keypad all with wi fi capability, to replace a 20 year old system. Columbus Ohio Garage Door was very responsive, answered numerous questions promptly and provided the best option for what we needed. Anthony performed the work by himself on a Friday afternoon and did an excellent job. He removed the old system (including haul away), installed the new system, explained how to operate everything and cleaned up completely. Highly recommend.- Jennifer W.

AApex Garage Door Services, LLCThe experience was pleasant from the initial call until the job was complete. I received an immediate email confirmation for the service call. A short time later I received a text alert to say the service tech was enroute.. Rob C arrived promptly and immediately replaced the springs so that I could get the car out which allowed the woman of the house to leave for work. He was so informative and efficient that I elected replace my opener with a new quiet one which had been on my to do list for quite a while. The total repair consisted of 2 springs, 1 opener with wifi, 1 remote, 1 wall button and sensing eyes all of which came at an amazing price after Apex applied every discount that was available. Now they have a customer who'll not only be getting lube, tune and safety inspections but will also eagerly refer the service to friends, family and neighbors.- C L B.
