  Everyone is very personable and outgoing. They are very non-judgmental when it comes to any services. They lay everything out and explain the plans from beginning to end. They do a lot of very good follow up. They are one of the few dental practices in the Columbus area that are open on Saturdays.

  They are a close location to us. Dr. Kaur's availability is what we like, some late nights and weekends. We have never had any problems with her. Three of our family members go to her. We will continue to see her. She is really nice.

  My appointment was well beyond my expectations. The exam started with developing a treatment plan focused on my concerns and desired outcomes. The plan was followed throughout every stage of my cleaning and exam. While I never had to wait from the moment I arrived, I never felt rushed. They took their time to perform all the tasks I needed done and answer all of my questions. They truly made me feel like I was the only person or thing that mattered at that time. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and comfort. And, their fees are so reasonable. I have recommended Northstar Family Dental to all of my family and friends.

  Office staff is wonderful. They are easily able to get me in on short notice and at the time I need. I think it helps that they have a bunch of dental hygenists and the dentists just rotate around checking everyone after the cleaning. Most of the staff members have been there for years and seem to love what they do.
  The only thing is that I wish they had tooth whitening in the office. They don't have the set up for that but they will make specially designed trays for you to take home. Not really a huge deal but I don't like dealing with the trays.

  My husband and I both have an established dentist and we go to different ones. I wanted some place closer and he wanted to stay with out original dentist who's Dr. Lohead, that's where Jim goes and he loved it there and I go to Dr. Mary Faeth. I love my dentist, I used to go to Dr. Lohead but like I said I wanted some place closer to where we lived and I found Dr. Faeth on a recommendation from someone at work and I've been going to her for probably five years; I absolutely love her. I think she has wonderfully pleasant office atmosphere, it's just nice going in there and you just have confidence that the technician are doing a good job and Dr. Faeth as well, she's great. I've never had a problem with availability, I just go in every six months to get my teeth cleaned and checked and then if ever I do have a problem outside of that they get me in right away, so there's no problem there. I've recommended people, if I have someone that I work with that has asked me about needing a dentist I have recommended her and I will continue to.

  They were excellent. Even after I moved away I went to them when they were an hour away. They are involved in community outreach for those in need. All of the staff there show outstanding customer service and their work is the best as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  I have a child with special needs, and the dental hygienist was wonderful with my child and that was the first time I didn't have to sit with him through a cleaning. They were wonderful with him and made him feel very comfortable. You don't have to wait very long, and they greet you by your name and I appreciate it!

  Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Their schedule was flexible and I was able to get an appointment at a time that was most convenient to me. The general cleaning was effortless and went smoothly. The dental assistant was pleasant and I felt like she did a very through job. The dentist was friendly and gentle. They recommended further dental work and were able to give me the exact cost of the procedure before even booking it.
